  I would like you to follow the steps mentioned below.
   
  Step 1:

  b. Select the update you want to uninstall and click on uninstall.

  Your libraries are corrupt. To resolve this issue, remove each library that you would like to delete any file. Don't worry, remove a library will not delete content it contains.

  Once you have removed all, right-click on the icon of libraries in the Navigation pane, and then click restore default libraries. You now need to include all locations previously included, if you wish.

  NEVER use the. Functions of export/import PST in Outlook.  They are broken, have been for some time, data loss and often corrupt Outlook profile in use. PST file is probably still attached to Outlook and Outlook can't find it.  With Outlook open, see the supplement files pane. PST file, right-click, and then click "close".  You may need to have the hard drive external and exported.   Make sure that your Camera Raw is updated: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

  It might be possible that you get this error because of activation problem if you receive the sign in the prompt on every launch of Photoshop.

  Launch Photoshop and verify that you are connected by selecting 'buy this software' and then go to file > Browse in Bridge and try to open any image in Camera Raw.
