Receive the RunDLL error message when computer booting Vista

When I start my computer, I get this message:

Error in C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\LXCFtime.dll

Missing entry:_RunDLLentry@16

Things seem to still work fine, but may be slower.

I have not recently installed new programs and use AVG security thus run recommended Windows updates.  Any help would be great, thanks!

Hello

Part of the Lexmark printer drivers. If you have or had a Lexmark printer then re - install the
drivers. If you no longer use the printer and then subsequently properly, delete the printer.
