  Although I'm not an HP employee, I know that your warranty will not be cancelled if you upgrade the memory.  A caveat, however, if you do not damage the system, it is not covered.  Therefore, you must follow all the rules to work inside the computer.  Always touch metal strands in order to eliminate static electricity (ESD) before touching any other components.

  With the model I can link the appropriate support page. Normally the Beats Audio software is part of the audio, such as driver for the IDT audio device.  Have you used a stand-alone OS disk to install Windows 7, or you use recovery media?

• HP iq504 smart touch

  I tried to use my smart touch months ago and it did not work properly so I did system restore, but during the restoration, the power went out. Now when I restart the smart touch, it loads windows and then goes straight to a blue screen. There is only a cursor in the middle. I ran some diagnostic tests and everything has extracted o.k. tried to start in safe mode and it says: in each corner of the screen, but no safe mode toolbar or Windows is available. Just a black screen blank with the mode without failure of words. I tried to restart the computer for the last known successful startup and it's the same as before, the charges with a blue screen. Can someone help me? Thank you.

  Thank you for the updated information. I'm you provide a document from HP support: get a USB HP recovery disc or HP recovery disks, allowing you to get your recovery media if you do not have everything as I doubt F11 will work for you at this stage. If this does not work all the better, but if follows does not only document and it will guide you on how to get your recovery disc.

  I am also a you provide a HP support document: performing a recovery of the system (Windows Vista) HP, which has all the steps that you need to recover your computer.

Recently, it is often just stopped in the welcome message by logging into Windows. I had to force the delivery of the PC in order to connect to Windows again.

  Wit, your laptop is off, use a cushioned soft, lint or Microfiber cloth. Wipe the screen in gentle way to remove stains and fingerprints.  Alternatively, you can buy the screen of a PC shop wipes that are made for cleaning laptop screens.

  Windows 7 has a native touch screen probably support in that. Affect the gesture is unfortunately not possible on desktop connection remotely.

  When a remote desktop session is established between two computers (one with the ability to touch and others with no possibility of touch) as in your case.   The only way to create an able to touch Remote Desktop connection is by installing equipment to touch interface on your desktop.
