    Hello

All this is a bit complicated with WXP and it is important to install everything in the right installation order. After some base such as chipset, display and sound drivers you need to install the common modules at the beginning and continue with Toshiba-specific tools and utilities like controls, screen, energy saving and so on.

You can use a combination of FN keys or none of them does not work?

  • Re-install Windows 7 HP used the activation key.

    Hello

I had a problem with my computer and I had to reinstall my windows 7. However, when I start my computer it asks me to activate it, but I can't because it says I have already used my product key. I have the product key, CD and everything that came with the box.
Can you help me to recover my old key?

    Concerning

    Marek

You should be able to use the same product key, simply reactivate by phone:

How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)

    1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4

    (2) press the ENTER"" key.

    (3) select your "country" in the list.

    (4) choose the option "activate phone".

    (5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

    (6) explain your problem clearly to the support person.

What is brand and model camera?

Try to run the program in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

    See the following site:

Make older programs in this version of Windows

If the program cannot be run in compatibility mode, then I would contact the manufacturer.

  • Windows Vista - cannot use the TRENDNet TBW-102UB Bluetooth device

    Hello

I am facing a problem that occurs when try to connect the device Bluetooth on Satellite A135-S4637 with Windows Vista Home Premium.

The Bluetooth device is a TrendNet TBW-102UB and in XP it works fine.
The error message is "peripheral Bluetooth is not ready."
After new installation updated from the manufacturer's Web site the problem persists.
Is there a service pack for Vista which fix this kind of problem or it is something relational to the Toshiba Bluetooth software?

    Thank you
    Daniel

    Hello

Please don't be crazy on me, but I do not understand the relationships for Toshiba laptop. Are you sure that all the USB ports on your laptop running at 100%?

If Yes, all this has something to do with this external device, driver and settings. To be honest, the manufacturer must provide Vista compatible software. Do you think so?

  • I am using windows 7 on my computer, but I want to install windows xp too. The version of win7 do not accept this for compatibility reasons. is there a solution?

I am using windows 7 on my computer, but I want to install windows xp too. The version of win7 do not accept this for compatibility reasons. is there a solution? (it is said that the version of windows 7 is more recent and it is the reason why cannot accept the addition of windows xp aas alternative software)

    Three options.

    (1) start from the XP CD, format the HARD drive, create TWO partitions, install XP on the first then the second 7.

    (2) use virtualisatioin if your machine it handles pretty well. Install Virtual PC or VMWare Server and install XP on a virtual disk.

    (3) (easiest if you have Pro 7, Ultimate or Enterprise) download and install XP Mode

    Hello irene26,

Awhile back HP Director was replaced by a new (although very similar) program called HP Solutions Center. You can find information about it here, with steps in order to get installed it on Windows 7

I installed windows 7. In the old version of win xp, I got an anti virus, but I cannot replace it in the windows.old folder

You cannot extract a whole program from the Windows.old folder, it is used to recover individual files.

You must reinstall the antivirus from the original media. Most AV programs can be downloaded from the Web

Consider installing Microsoft's Security Essentials Antivirus program. It is clean, simple and free.

If you have a DVD decoder (for example Power DVD) try reinstalling it.

If it is not... Take a look at the following site:

    Info about DVD decoders:
    Plug-ins for Windows Media Player
    http://www.Microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/plugins.aspx

Also, you could try one of the players following freeware that will play DVDs:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    VLC Media Player
    http://www.videolan.org/

    Media Player Classic

(just unzip and run it... (no installation required)

    Media Player Classic Home Cinema
    http://MajorGeeks.com/Media_Player_Classic_Home_Cinema_d6213.html
    (works on XP/Vista/7)

It's probably too late because you have unsealed the package, but as you have relatively minor glitch of the material do not have a DVD player, did you use the (free) Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to determine whether your computer hardware is capable of running Windows 7?

Do not install an operating system is usually caused by (in order of probability):

    1. you are trying to install with other devices connected to the computer. Unplug them before trying to make an installation.

    2. "" "" defective installation media. "" Check the CD/DVD installation for scratches, tasks. Try another machine.

    3. bad optical drive. Test with another CD/DVD bootable or Exchange for a well-known work.

    4. faulty RAM. Test with Memtest86 + www.memtest.org . You will download the .iso image file to create a bootable cd. Burn the file with the third party burning software *-as an image, not in the form of data. Then start with the media that you did (you may need to change the boot priority in your BIOS so that the optical drive is the first boot device). The test runs immediately. The test run for an hour or two--at least that errors are seen immediately. If you get any errors, replace the RAM.

    * It is not necessary to have a third party burning software in Windows 7 since Win7 natively allows to burn an .iso. Other operating systems require it. A good free choice ImgBurn comes from www.imgburn.com .

    5. bad hard drive. Test with a diagnostic utility downloaded from site of the disc mftr... You create a bootable CD with the files you download. Burn the file with the third party burning software *-as an image, not in the form of data. Boot with the CD that you have done and do a full test of the reader. The physical tests fail, replace it.

The oldest is compared to newer operating systems, it is less likely to work.  If you have been happy with the help of Photoshop 7 then you should be happy with the old operating system as well.  Your options are either to return to a system that supports your software or to buy new software to go with the new system.  CS6 products are still selling as far as I know.  In addition, your only option is to subscribe to the cloud of Creative for Photoshop CC.
