Record from Lightroom to elseware on PC

Hi there-

I am a very new user to Lightroom and want to know if you can save an edited photo or worked on from Lightroom to elseware on the computer. I looked for a "Save" or "save under" option ion the 'file' in the top toolbar, but it was nothing like that.

Thanks for looking and look forward to your response.

Sincerely Doug

There is no record of command because the economy should not be a normal part of your workflow in Lightroom. After you are done editing, LR remembers your changes automatically, so no record is required. To see your changes, you launch Lightroom, and it displays your changes.

If you want to use a picture outside of LR (as for email, or download), you could do a file-> export, and creates a copy of your picture anywhere you want to go.

  • How to go from Lightroom 1 4 or 5?

    I recorded my Lightroom 1, but it does not show as being registered creative cloud. When I add the serial number, it says it is already registered, and I can not add it. This is not synchronization, even though my email addresses are the same. I think there will be a cost of 1 upgrade to another version which I agree with, but the only options I can find are to buy a new one, as it is not registered that I paid for Lightroom 1. Or, because it is so old it's important and I have to start all over again from scratch?

    I tried to do the live chat with Adobe, but it gives me an error on the page and pointing me on the forums.

    Thank you.

    I can't make the decision for you on the subscription to the creative cloud. It's a great program, and it gives you access to the latest Photoshop and Lightroom. If you have installed 5 Lightroom as a trial version of the creative cloud, then it will be necessary to uninstall this facility because it can not be activated with a serial number. It's the same program, but it is allowed in a completely different way. If you really want to buy 5 Lightroom, then you can buy it at the following Web site:

    Products

    Lightroom is to the bottom of the page. You will notice that it says that you can upgrade from $79. When you click on the purchase link, you should be able to buy an upgrade. When you do you will be sent instructions on the place where to download the program from, and you will receive your serial number.

    If you decide to subscribe to the creative cloud then you will have a serial number for Lightroom or Photoshop. Both programs are enabled using your Adobe ID and password. And you won't need your Lightroom 1 serial number because you are not buying an upgrade.

  • Missing filters (in PS) after have exported them from lightroom

    I'm currently moving my photo editing from a computer in Windows XP 32 bit on a 64-bit Win7 machine.  For now, both computers have CS4 Design Premium and Lightroom 2.5 installed.  All applications on the two machines are currently up-to-date.

    The question and it ONLY occurs on Win7 64-bit machine, is that all my third-party filters disappear when I bring a file from Lightroom in Photoshop.  They are not gray.  They are not listed. Period.

    I threw the preferences of PS and made sure that both 64-bit PS and PS ordinary worm both point to the record correct additional plugins.

    It has nothing to do with the images coming out of Lightroom in @ 16 bit, because they are exported in this way on the XP machine as well.  Filters that cannot be performed on the images 16-bit only appear in gray.

    I can open a picture directly in Photoshop and all the filters are there.  If I export the image (and it is not serious if I choose 'Edit in Photoshop' or 'Open as smart object');  If she came from Lightroom, filters have disappeared.

    Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen and, more important, how to fix because it's really crippling productivity?

    Thank you.

    Mr. Green

    Warning: this is transferred to the PS forum because I have no idea of recommended what application is this screwing and it was suggested that I try this forum as well.  http://forums.adobe.com/thread/538233?tstart=0

    Your filters are probably only 32 bit but LR will open the 64 bit version of CS4 by default and you will not see your filters unless they are 64-bit versions. The only way around this that I know is to open the 32-bit version of PS before making an external editing and then LR will use the 32-bit version of CS4 instead of launching the 64-bit version.

  • G510 recording from cassette player

    Hi people - looking for clues of what I need to record from an old tape of the bridge to the laptop. Using 3.5 mm male to male plugged in the combo Harbour, but sound does not appear in the recording software. The turntable to cassette has a unique 3.5 mm output auxiliary port. Do I need to use a USB audio adapter? In my view, there was similar problems with that, but couldn't determine a clear answer on a boardsearch. Thank you!

  • Equium L20-197: no not line-in jack - how to record from an external audio source

    Hello

    I am generally very happy with my Equium L20, but I now find some trouble which I assume are from cost reduction. For example, there are no micro shipped, so need to buy one for Voip purposes. And I would like to use this notebook to record from an external audio source, but now to discover that he has no line-in, and it seems that the microphone jack is mono only, even if it was possible to configure the audo map to use this to source line.

    I would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas for a solution workaround, possibly using a USB port.

    TIA

    during the installation of the operating system on a single computer, I met the following error message
    "The research tree Boot Record from CDROM... Ok
    Press any key to boot from CD... Error loading operating system"
    What are the causes of this error?

    Hi DavidMuya,

    To stop this message from appearing, follow these steps:

    (a) remove any CD from the drive before you turn on or restart the computer.

    (b) enter the BIOS and change the boot hard drive sequence instead. You will need to change if you plan to boot from a CD in the future.

    Note: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. • Failed to load existing records from the database on SD card during initialization of the application

    When the Simulator is launched upward, not able to load existing records from the database in the Inbox, so no records appear in the Inbox even though they exist in the database. It seems to be a problem with the SD card in the Simulator - the file system for the SD card is not correctly initialized when the application starts first to the top. During initialization of the application tries to access the SD card by using the following code.

    Boolean

    sdCardPresent = false;

    Enumeration e = FileSystemRegistry.listRoots ();

    If

    (e! = null) { }

    While (e.hasMoreElements ()) {}

    root = (String) e.nextElement ();

    If

    (root.equalsIgnoreCase("SDCard/")) {

    sdCardPresent =

    true;

    }

    }

    }

    sdCardPresent is always set to false and was not able to access existing records from the database. Once the application is initialized and try to create the database, the database is created successfully on the SD card.  The code is the same as above when creating the database and was able to do sdCardPresent = true.

    Is there anyway to register or add the SD card during initialization of the application or any property as System.setProperty overide the path of the default directory value?

    I use BlackBerry 9550 Simulator. I checked the "file system using PC for files from the SD card" and I use "C:\bb\SDCard" for the file system of thr.

    Also tested on the BlackBerry and found the same thing, if the device is hard reset, then it not reading the SD card as well.

    Mark the thread as solved then.

  • Color profile question from lightroom to PSE 12.

    After changing for Windows 10 I find that the color profile is deleted when opening a file from Lightroom 6 to 12 of PSE.  I also get an error message when you try to load a 12 for 8.5 RAW update.  The error reads U44M1I210.  If anyone can help with the problem.

    Ok. What is the setting in Lightroom under preferences > external editing > color space? Here you have the choice between sRGB, Adobe RGB and ProPhoto. The default is ProPhoto, and unless you have changed, it is how it opens in the external editor (in your case, PES).

    If you view while in an another viewer of photos without color management, color will be away (dark and desaturated).

    Now, there may be color settings of the specific items that can strip or convert this profile, so I would still recommend that go. All I can do here is to take the floor for Lightroom and Photoshop.

  • Import directly from Lightroom still not possible...

    Hello Adobe,

    why it is unable to import photos directly from Lightroom?

    It is no good workflow open Lightroom, export photos to a new folder and import them manually into Muse-. -.

    I suggest that this post really belongs in the forum lightroom under "request a service"?

    But I'll try to answer anyway.

    Lightroom is a program intended for professionals (who are not the original to be changed when editing image) that is why all the export options are defined as a 2-step... The idea is to make | Export your changes without touching the main image.

    Why it does not = because Adobe has not got around manufacturing it syncs to the library of cc or update web code built-in to make slideshows (the reason for which our company dropped) fixed the just basic UI work on modern windows machines then your options are;

    • Put up with it until Adobe bypasses to fixing the program or
    • Use photoshop instead... My recommendation.
  • Keep the dng or CR2 files when switching from Lightroom and Photoshop.

    From Lightroom and Photoshop, how can I keep the dng or CR2 files. Now it changes the psd and when I return to Lightroom it removes options in the section of Calibration of the camera, so that while I have a choice (Adobe Standard/camera faithful), after returning from Photoshop file I have "Embedded." How can I keep the dng or CR2 files

    Adding to the good advice of Alfred - a raw file cannot be registered as the other files.

    Its only use is the basis for the creation of new files, which must be regular files, such as tiff, psd or jpg.

    When you edit a raw file in Lightroom, it does not change the file, the changes are written to the catalog.

    Optionally, save the changes in the form of metadata (xmp) sidecar files, or in the case of DNG in the file itself.

  • Images from Lightroom slow opening in Photoshop cc cc

    I just upgraded to the stand-alone versions of 6 cc Lightroom & Photoshop 6 (hoped for an increase in speed and new features). When I want to edit an image in Photoshop from Lightroom, it opens very slowly or I try a couple of times before opening. Any advice on a solution would be appreciated. Thank you.

    The standalone version and the CC version share the same program code. Regarding speed, you won't see any difference. However, the CC version adds new features that the stand-alone version does not.

  • Editing photos from Lightroom CC CC of items in layers

    I have a question or forgot with pictures of stratification from lightroom to items CC.  I've done this before and have not had a problem.  The background layer is tiny on the layer and I can't fill the layer with the complete picture.  The other layers are enormous.  What I am doing wrong?

    A possible answer-

    The dimensions in pixels are different for each image.

    'Document' that Photoshop creates should take the size of the bigger picture. The small images will fill only part of the area of the background of the document new box appears therefore as image on a transparent layer.

    You should not use "Transform" or similar to resize the layers.
