  the application builder does not have any source code for you, it essentially creates a launcher for a web site.
  you could do the same thing with a 'real' program in minutes (more time to understand what you're doing if you're new to it, of course).

  I already found the solution to this problem: first remove all the old plugins DPS (CS5 and 5.5) using the uninstall en then remove the app Builder.

  Reinstall the App generator and redo the folio. This method allowed for me.
