  It turns out that not all product IDS are created equal.

  When you create the app ID in the iOS Provisioning portal, you specify a product ID.

  

  When you configure in-app purchases in iTunes Connect, the same product ID is used.

  

  When you compress all to send to Apple, you specify the same ID of product in the DPS App Builder.

  

  However, the product specified in the producer Folio ID MUST BE DIFFERENT in the order of confirmation of subscription and notification to work properly.

  

  My problem has been created by my using the same product ID in the producer Folio I'd used in iTunes Connect and the DPS App Builder.

  In order to change the ID of the Panel producer Folio, you must click the button to update and enter a different ID.

  When users to launch your application, they will see two copies of your folio. The version they already had and the updated version. They can download the update and the subscribe button and tile should work.

  I have problems to create my test application in DPS App Builder.

  Your id is not a CCM subscriber id, make sure that you used the id used to purchase a subscription CCM.

• DPS App generator - problem creating Android app

  Hello.

  I seem to have a problem of creating an Android application of in DPS App generator. I wonder if someone could help see if I am doing something obviously wrong.

  With my app work (which works fine in the Preview on the Viewer application), since InDesign I then...

  1. select my Folio and the menu «Create App»

  2 when the Builder App Launches, I only see the option to create an iPad app. If I logout and back again using the same account, I can see a list of previously created applications. I can select "create new" at the bottom of the screen and go through all the steps correctly (app name, icons and splash screens etc.) and without error.

  3. I then finished creating the application and I'm able to download the .apk on my desk (after selection of the .p12 and the password)

  4. when I load this on my Nexus 7 and run, I get the splash screen and a white screen

  Here's the thing... Although I seem to have created an Android application, I don't know if I have actually , as I have not see any references to the Folio at the start of the version of Android (step 2 above). In addition, the file size seems too small for the included assets. I have created an 'empty' app that includes only the icons, the splash screen and the name (if necessary).

  For the record, the account I log within the App Builder is a DPS Professional Account.

  Using the workflow 'Create App"from the popup menu in Indesign is the workflow for a unique editing application integrated. And currently integrated unique edition app is not supported on Android, but because of that when you go through your workflow, you will only see the iPad and not Android app option.

  If you create an Android app, it must be a multi issue about where you post your your dahsboard folio and publish the same Folio to the distribution of Adobe server. And that you specify the ID of title as ID where you published the folio in your application builder when you create your android application.

  1. delete the current DPS App Builder application - if you do not have an option to remove the Build, send your DPS Builder App ID by sending a private message (click on my name and click on send a message private to the right).

  2. go to Applications, find DPS App Builder and move it to the trash.

  3. go to https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/welcome.html, sign in, and then click DPS APP Builder. This will give you a command prompt to install the DPS App generator.

  4. download and install DPS App Builder.

  5. go to InDesign > Folio of Builder Panel, connect with the creative id Cloud and click Create App.

  6. sign in to DPS App Builder and build the application.

  I'd like to publish my Folio via DPS App Builder. Everything works fine, but ultimately there is not two links to download providede as expected. Instead I can click on "Activate app" and enter a serial number. I'm working on this problem now too long without finding a solution... you have any suggestions for me? I use the creative cloud (a year - paid port) and I tried to reinstall the application several times Builder.

  You can register a test of this new product of Digital Publishing Solution at http://www.adobe.com/go/dps , which will allow the use of the web version of App Builder for 30 days. There is no trial available for the previous product in Digital Publishing Suite.

  The Office DPS App Builder to create iOS applications. Use the App from the DPS on the Web to create Android applications and Windows.

  You cannot use the Web-based DPS App Builder to create iOS apps, and you cannot use the desktop computer DPS App Builder to create Android/Windows applications.

  This happens when you try to install .ipa to a device that is not listed in the mobileprovision file.   I'm working on my first multi-folio application. I created the app in DPS App Builder, but downloading the .ipa, dialogue sign file and download the p12 file flags.

  I have recreated the p12 and mobileprovision file, rebuilt the app and the same problem occurs. I looked at the forum and there was a suggestion that these files placed in the root folder, but the situation remained unchanged.

  According to the key chain and my Apple Dev account, all certificates are valid.

  My dist and IOS development certificates were created several months ago. Don't know that it has nothing to do with the CERT mobileprovision and p12 who were newly created today, but wanted to mention where I have to redo all the certification files to this step.

  Any ideas appreciated.

  I created an application in inDesign.  I went through the process of creating my mobile dylancriou etc. The end result is my app was created in DPS App Builder but I can't figure out how to download the app on my ipad.  The only thing I see in the details of the App is to activate via integrated soft unique edition App.  I thought I could just create the app and download it to my ipad to view and test.

  Your best bet is to use the Adobe Content Viewer to preview your content. While that allow to improve the final application, it gives you a way to develop content and get all the interactivity made.

  You can either download the folio on Folio producer through the Builder Folio plugin Panel, then connect to ACV on your iPad to see it, or use the Preview on the device.   You can publish the first folio when you want to. It will not appear until your application is approved.

  When you create a multi-folio application, the application itself is just a container. It does not include the folios. Instead, the library looks at the level of the Adobe server for leaflets published by using the ID of title specified in the Viewer. For a subscription application, you need to create in-app purchases for each sheet of the retail and in-app purchase product ID for each subscription period. You offer in-app purchases to Apple.   Anyone else see a problem with launcing is a 'DPS App Builder"App on the iPhone 4S. The app will launch, shows the splash screen and then close.   Ok. I built a new version of 22 App from scratch rather than update the 21 to 22 version I already had my DPS App Builder. This time it worked, no crash at launch on the iPhone. Also downloaded an edition in the sandbox and it worked fine.

  I would caution anyone to spend 21 to 22/23 with this new version of the App Builder. Take the extra few minutes and build it from scratch.

  I apologize for my bad English.

  You should have three Adobe ID configured to make it work:

  (1) Adobe ID of the master account buy DPS Pro or business

  (2) a second Adobe ID, that you create in the Dashboard Administration accounts, that is set up as an account Application. That's what you put in the App Builder screen you posted above and are the account you must publish the folios to

  (3) a third Adobe ID which has rights App Builder and is used to connect to the App Builder. It is not strictly necessary (it can be the same as that of the other two accounts), but it is advisable to have separate him.

  You can't add an account in the Administration of DPS page if it has already been used with DPS. You can only add the Adobe ID who did not used/signed for DPS before.

  Make sure that when you create the account #2 and #3 you to open in the DPS dashboard with these accounts and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the screen that is displayed, otherwise the accounts do not work. Also, make sure that you check e-mail through the verification email addresses, you will receive, otherwise the accounts won't work.
