Record of a PSB files

Is it possible to save my photoshop large (PSB) file more fast? I have about 162 layers (in a frame-by-frame animation) on this file and it takes 10-15 minutes to save.

Hi Meg,

Well, it completely depends on the size of the file, you can try to change recording local office location and check if this is useful.

Kind regards

Mohit

  • Cannot open Photoshop CC. PSB files that I saved him just last Friday.

I'm on an iMac 5K running OS X Yosemite using Photoshop CC.

Last Friday, I saved a couple of large document using the extension files. PSB.

I even closed the file and re-opened to make sure that it worked well.

Unfortunately today, Photoshop does not recognize filed. It gives me either ' an unexpected end of file has been met. "or"It is not a valid Photoshop document."

Photoshop CC can stand no longer. PSB files? Why it could save them all two Friday and not recognize today?

End of file unexpected is the real problem.  This format has a header that the size of the file is written in bytes, and when Photoshop reads the file he expects the amount of bytes written to the header to open.  If it doesn't happen, it's when the unexpected end of file error appears.

What might happened to these files after they have been last record?  I saw this happen when you copy on removable media. (USB SD etc.) and that the media had some bad sectors.  If that's what you were doing after saving these files, which would explain the error.  Conversely, in this case is to copy the pub file to another folder on a bad drive.  So it's associated media, which means that the file has not been completely copied.  A few bytes are missing.

  • Can I record a Photoshop6 dng file for import back into Lightroom 4

Can I save a Photoshop6 dng file for import back into Lightroom 4. I don't understand why this is not simple.

    Hello!

Format DNG aims to be a universal formats of files for files camera raw: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/extend.displayTab2.html?promoid=DTEHA

You can save a DNG camera raw without problem.

Just to go the low left corner of the interface hand and select "save image".

    (as explained in the help files here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/creativesuite/cs/using/WS91C1E0BD-9600-42b2-8EBE-1E012ED61058. html #WSB0DC278F-B3DF - 4a 60 - 88BC - B3D6A852C242 )

Or you try to save a file edited in Photoshop as a DNG?

For what purpose, exactly? A TIFF, PSD or PSB file can have a raw file, saved as a smart object (to allow a subsequent reprocessing in Camera Raw) and all the pixels / editing of vector layers intact.

If recording maximize compatibility, it can be opened in Lightroom for cataloging and editing, if necessary.

  • Whenever I have download an image with the command "save the image under...". ", it records in a useless file of 168 bits.

As stated, whenever I have download an image with the command "save image under" he recorded in a useless file of 168 bits. This does not happen everytime I have save an image, but more often the not, and I don't have a lot of useless files hang out because of this. Is it possible to re - download each image 168 bits that he should have been downloaded in the first place? Is it possible to ensure that this does not happen?

    Here's what it looks like:

This means that you are not allowed to do this action.
The site could use a transparent overlay image to protect the actual image or otherwise has put in place a protection.
You can check if see you the image in "tools > Page Info > Media ' and save it.

  • How to transfer a recording in a voice file?

    Hello world

I want to make a recording CD of three files I have on my SanDisk, but cannot find an obvious way to copy the files from the recorder to my computer. Can you help me?

    Thank you! Toby

Simply copy and paste the files from the drive (connect it to your computer and open, just like a regular directory/folder) to your computer.  No special software required - just your regular operating system.

  • Access denied, need permission to record a simple text file

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7600.  This pc is a pc private home with no one else having access or all other user accounts.

Even something as simple as change, then by recording a Notepad text file is not suitable.

Things, I tried to solve this problem:

1 taking possession; It shows that I am the owner
2 set the permissions for the 'total control '; shows all the boxes ticked in permissions
3 set my profile only on this pc to be called w/admin Admin privileges
4 - Set the slider all the way up to minimum level UAC
5 used "control of userpassword2" to disable login by username
6 tried to set sharing to other users; was not allowed to do this.

I was able to save/edit this text file, while in Mode without failure.  However, when I login to my account the singular admin, I am not allowed to save a plain text file.

I read extensively on this issue as well as snobs "admin" who think that I should not have full control of the files/folders that I have control over.  It's my pc, and if I accidentally ruin, then so be it.

UAC is an understandable feature for Rookie pc users.  However, the option should be there for pc users experienced changes on their personal computers without harassment by Redwood.

Rant aside, does anyone have a real solution to a simple text file can be edited and saved without going into Safe Mode and connecting to the main account?

    Thank you.

    Hello

If you log in using the hidden Windows administrator account, you should have no trouble.
1, log in using your normal account
2, open the command line by right-clicking on the icon and run as admin.
3, type "net user administrator / Active: Yes" and press enter
4, log off your user account and when the login screen appears you should now see a new admin logon.
5, once connected to this account, you should be OK to change your files.
6, before closing this admin account back to the cmd prompt and
Type "net user administrator / active: No.»
7, sign out, then work I hope.
    Good luck

  • What is Pro CS6 support AX100 FDR Sony camcorder which records 4K in the file XAVC-S format?

I have Pro CS6 and am an intermediate user.  I just bought a Sony FDR AX100 camcorder which records 4K in the file XAVC-S format.  I can't Pro to import the file as a wrapper.  I have to click in PRIVATE at a couple of lower levels and finally found AVCHD and you can see the clip. Does not seem the right wy to import.  CS6 does support the format of Sony XAVC-S?

    [Title edited... MOD]

    John and Ann,

Thanks for the info.  I will contact Adobe tomorrow to confirm that CS6 nor does not support the Sony XAVC-S file format.

    I appreciate your comments.  Phil

    Hello Phil,
I can confirm that support for XAVC-S support has been added in first Pro CC.1 (7.1). I'm sure that others have worked around the issue of transcoding the footage. You can also download a 30 day trial of first Pro CC 2015 if you want to try. Just make sure that you update the application (help > updates...) after downloading.

    Thank you

    Software  OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)

Photoshop on a 220 GB SSD running as my boot drive, and then my stripes are two 1 TB Western Digi black Caviar, both at about 60% full, running Big and flat in prefs PS CC.

    Running Photoshop CC 14.0.0

I'm having very slow to open and save times for files psb ranging from 2 GB to 6 GB - slow, which means only 5-6 minutes

Anyone have any suggestions to improve this time?

You can disable"maximize PSD and PSB file compatibility 'in the file handling preferences.

  • Is it possible to edit the IPTC metadata in psb files?

I created a file by combining a number of images in a panorama. As planned, the panorama picked up one of the source images IPTC metadata and saved in the resulting file.

If I had saved the file in psd or tiff, I could easily use Bridge or Lightroom to edit IPTC metadata after you save the file. But Lightroom doesn't even read the psb files and bridge won't let me edit the metadata (metadata seem to be read-only).

The only way I could figure to change metadata needed to use exiftool. It seems very strange that a third-party tool is necessary to make simple changes to what is (I think) an owner of the Adobe format file. Or am I missing something?

    Thx for the advice

You might get a better answer in the forum of bridge...

    A thought...

What size do you Bridge: -.

-Miniature - preferences do not treat files in addition to:

Maybe the file is greater than the above?
