PSE12 does not recognize the files, so I checked on the Adobe site and it says THAT DNG Converter 8.6 is the only one able to convert these files to my camera. I downloaded, but when I open the program, it shows no files on my SD card, just empty files (camera generated). Any ideas on what's going on?

  It is a common problem when using first the DNGC, because the DNGC works with folders no files.

  When you select the source folder, you must click once on the name of the folder that contains the raw photos to select then indicates the name of the folder in the box below instead of double-click to open the folder that actually the bottom box empty and you get this error message.

  I'm pretty new to FDM but have used before (with Essbase/Planning v9.3.1). I am now on v11.1.2 and you want to integrate with HFM but I'm having a few problems:
  
  1. when I import a file, it does not appear in the Inbox folder (it used to do this automatically in the earlier version).
  If I want to see the file then I have to go to the import screen in the web client and click on the button 'Show the file' or 'Show log', the file and the log are displayed in the Inbox > ArchiveRestore folder.
  
  2. when I get to the point of export of the .dat file does not appear in the Outbox folder (once again he used to do this automatically in the previous version)
  If I want to see this file so I still have to go in the web client, go to the export screen, then click on "View file", it will then appear in the Outbox > ArchiveRestore folder.
  
  3. when I run a batch load my file is deleted from the Inbox > lots > record of OpenBatch and a new lot created folder but no file is placed in this folder.

  There is an application setting that controls whether the file is copied or move. Check your settings for the method of archive.

• I do not see topics imported/copied

  Some of you may remember post me a few weeks ago that I inherited a mess consisting of CHM files instead of different themes for csh.  Each link for CSH calls a complete CHM file.  Now I'm trying to shoot them all in a project and configure correctly for use in our NEW product.

  So, I searched the forums and seen in the same place there is an option to IMPORT PROJECT - but this does not seem to exist in RH10.  Projects merge doesn't seem to be what I need to be at this stage.

  I'm just trying to do a test to see what is involved with pulling in the former subjects of the htm for my new project with its own set of topics.  I saw on one of the forums I was able to import a topic, but everything else should be moved manually above (like images, and other topics related files).  Thus, instead of importing the subject, I just is gone in the old project of chm file and copied everything that bore the name of project (in this case "Scheduler") in the name of the file.  I then pasted in my project.  This included 2 style sheets, images and things like the apj, cpd, brs, etc..

  However, when I opened my project in which I copied all the files, I see nothing about these files.  So, I thought that maybe I had not copied in the htm - I then tried to import just the 'Planner' of the project chm file topic.  However, in practice I got an error that says that the file already exists in the project.  But I don't see it in the project manager... WHAT OBVIOUS STEP PROBLEM OR THE THING OR I'M MISSING?

  Peter is right, but in re-reading this, I think I see what is the matter.

  Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that you think that RoboHelp should perhaps be similar to Dreamweaver features. Here's what I mean. In Dreamweaver, you manipulate HTML pages as you do with RoboHelp. And to manipulate, I mean the creation of links between them, adding and deleting content.

  Dreamweaver simply works with existing files on the drive. And if you copied a file to a folder and it PLOPPED in the site, the page then appears immediately in Dreamweaver. At least, that is my understanding.

  RoboHelp is way different, in that it has a data base and some XML files that are used to manage projects. So you can not just copy the files on a drive or a folder and plop the in the RoboHelp project folder and expect to see them in RoboHelp. They must be IMPORTED that RoboHelp can update these files in order to be aware of them.

  In my previous answer, because you had mentioned "import CHM files", I concluded wrongly that all you had to work with was the CHM files. If that were the case, decompilation sort of so a first step in order to get the HTM files inside.

• Large file downloaded but not here?

  I am downloading a zip file of 1.3 GB and it took some time and then the loading bar went away. I suppose that the file has been downloaded, but I do not see the file anywhere. I have only 1 other downloaded file and still only see 1 file.

  When I look at my used space I see this:

  

  1 another file I downloaded is only 2 MB. It is not obviously taking a lot of space so I assumes that the file has been downloaded and takes place, but for some reason any not displaying do not.

  The only other explanation I can find for the space occupied is playback of files that I have too much space in the trash. Is there a way to remove the trash, or it will automatically remove that space fills up?

  Where is the downloaded file? And if it's too much space and I don't see, how do I remove it to get space in the back? While I do not use a lot of space at the moment I intend to transfer several GB of files and must then space.

  Note: The file has been downloaded chrome (v21)

  Files in your trash can always count against your storage quota.

  Delete definitely a file is a two-step process. The first removal updates the file to the trash. The second delete Deletes your trash.

  You can see if there is any files in the trash by clicking the show garbage at the top right icon (just to the left of the dark gray box). See screenshot:

I can add xls or xlsx file and it will open properly with Excel. If I select the file open the 'Open with' dialog box and I If select Excel, the file does not open at all... nothing happens and Excel does not open. The excel in the picture as an attachment file are those where I added the excel file name extension.

  Unfortunately, the way that Firefox gives the name of file is more literal and less improvisational than Internet Explorer, you may need to add this extension .xls or .xlsx yourself from time to time.

  Usually the Web server sends a specific file name to save the download, but if the Bank is not, you should probably save it first and rename it during or after recording. At least it should work until you get a better solution.
