  FIXED AT MY LOCAL APPLE STORE

  I went to my LOCAL Apple store and they solved my problem, after you perform a restore of my iPhone.  Waiting for the service was an one hour, but once I got the service started , it took no longer than 10 Minutes.

  When using my iPhone, I have to enter my access code and when you open the phone application, my PASSWORD would still appear and disappear a second later.

  I forgot that the restrictions pass code that I put on my son's phone.  I just have it upgraded to an iPhone6 and thought I'd be able to clear this code but synchronize old phone code.  I tried to use iTunes to do a restore and also, I tried to erase the device with the recovery (force reboot) mode and it requires that the access code.

  My next step to be taken at an Apple store but I would avoid the trip.

  If you forgot the password of restriction, you only options are either restore the device from a backup taken before the Restriction code has been defined, or to configure the device as good as new. No point in making a trip to the Apple Store. They will tell you the same thing.

  Looks like you provided the buyer with all the advice we would give here. If they are unable to follow the instructions to clear the password lock screen and are 'too busy' to consider at the Apple Store to get help, I don't really see how you are responsible for this. Why he has waited more than a month to put in place even though they knew they had a day 30 back window? Why is he not come on why the instructions that you send it to get the matter resolved "does not work"? This kind of problem is solved per day on this site. But when someone tells us that they "can't" do something and will not provide exactly the problem they face, we cannot do anything more for them.

  So, from the point of view troubleshooting, the buyer has the opportunity to provide you with more information, so you can help, or take the time to go to the Apple Store to get help.
