  I'm about to reinstall my computer with a clean Windows 7. I have my windows 7 at my University for a discount and I bought online, so I only got an ISO I've now lost. I need a new ISO standard, I could recover my key and I tested it with the current installation, it works perfectly. But when I put the same key in the recovery of Microsoft software it doesn't and keeps saying that he an invalid key, even if it's not?

  Where can you get an ISO? I would not download an illegal version and use my key, you never know what types of malware can be added. But at this point, what is my options?

  I managed to get a direct link with the ISO I needed by contacting support. After they checked my key and I told her about my situation, it solved my problem. It's downloading now, although very slow.

  On this laptop of 2 year, Windows 7 has become corrupted. I had created the Recovery DVD, (2 games) but the recovery failed to 42% on the second DVD. I found others with the same problem.

  I am retired and could not afford to pay HP for new media recovery which I do not think that the question.

  Now, Microsoft offers operating systems ISO http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

  Problem is that the key on the laptop will not be validated because Windows 7 is pre-installed. A message said to contact the manufacturer.

  Who and how can I contact someone at HP, the feedback form is useless and there re no phone number.

  Hi Ken,

  As you have discovered, the Microsoft page won't work for a retail OS product key, however, there is a simple solution to this that you can use as described below.

  Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the entire key 25 character product activation on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

  An example of a COA label can be seen here.

  You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the Disk Image correct ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn ( Note: you can deselect additional software during installation of ImgBurn offerings) to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write that an ISO on a disc is here.  The source of the Windows Image is Digital River.

  Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the Windows activation key found on the label of the COA in the request and one time installation is complete, use the 'method of phone", described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system - this method is taken in charge by Microsoft and popular with people who want just a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally delivered with OEM installations.

  my very annoying problem is that I have some time after the release of windows 7 normally lost the toshiba bluetooth stack and the user interface for it and just used start anymoore...

  First there is when I bought the machine mount: a qosmio x 870 everything worked perfectly with the stack of toshiba drivers toshiba bluetooth and the user interface of software toshiba...

  I HAV so far is 3 total recoverys system and each time I have the same result, that my bluetooth (centrino n2230) device is recognized as a generic device and microsoft drivers is installed automatically.

  I once once dussin unable with installing the newest toshiba bluetooth stack and ultimately made it the last 2 times I picked up the system only to discover that even if I get rid of the microsoft drivers not are still able to have the toshiba drivers, as they do not recognize the device...

  The original Toshiba Bluetooth Manager starts normally but its icon is red and rightclick the only choice to start the machine, * which is already started and running with microsoft software * at the same time, which is useless to me because it is only usable for the most basic usage...

  I would really like to have the solution to get the toshiba drivers and software again by default and do not have an another full recovery of the system, its really annoying and I have so much other software I need each day for work and private use.

  But if you can come up with a solution that works I would no allmost... even buy 3 third-party software if it can solve its problem with microsofts drivers that automaticly returned if I uninstall the...

  I have carefully read your message and I m confused
  You said that you got the system several times and set to factory settings.
  From my point of view that the Bluetooth must be preinstalled by the factory settings and in this case, no additional installation is required
  I m wondering if you have enabled the Bluetooth using the Fn + F12 keys?

  For the Toshiba notebooks the FN + F8 combination has enabled the WiFi and BT but X 870 Fn + F12 is the right combination

  Then, activate Bluetooth would force other BT shares finished with BT work permit

  It's because you have an OEM product key and this site is for retail product keys.

  You must contact the manufacturer (the manufacturer of the computer) for a recovery/installation media defined for your computer which they sold you as a whole unit (included OS.)

  I don't know, but it feels good.  It is said or IMPIOUS, it is the MS Store but it's NOT the Store Ms.

The error with microsoft vista F8 repair is too fast to read however on the blue screen, even if I set automatic restart flaws in the vista start menu. The blue screen for F8 does not show in the newspaper.
