recovery of windows 7 Home premium on my laptop aceraspire

IAM so frustrated I could cry! I took advantage of the free win 10 high grade in are not like him at all. I was told to create a partition of dualboot a victory to keep 10 on a second partition. When I returned to windows 7 all looked OK, so I removed windows 10 of the second partition. then I discovered that something was wrong with my windows 7 partition cause I couldn't get internet. then I tried to get my reinstallation disc to load on the other partition. It would not work. Now where before I was asked what osi I wanted to boot from, now I get a message at the start of the bios that says "no boot device." The Acer 5253 laptop comes with windows 7 already installed and no backup disk has been included. I could not a recovery disk because of Acer that I am out of warranty. Microsoft says they can help cause Acer is the owner of the license for the software, and I bought a Windows 7 reinstall the disk that does not, and I have now a laptop won't boot plu. Can anyone HELP! understand me what to do? I live on a very low fixed income and cannot afford to pay for the new software new ora computer. I just keep to myself kicking forever talked about trying 10 windows when I was very happy with windows 7. It seemed that it would be so easy to go back, but it has turned into a nightmare. Can anyone help?

Hi John,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

It is regrettable that the laptop does not start and I can understand the inconvenience caused.

Yes, you have the option to return to the previously installed operating system of Windows 10. However, it should be an upgrade of Windows 10 of any current operating system is. Once upgraded to Windows 10, you can return to the operating system already installed within 30 days from the date of upgrade to Windows 10. After 30 days, responsible for value PC files already installed OS is deleted automatically.

As you have installed 10 Windows on a separate partition, the advice above applies.

Let me ask you;

  • How have you deleted Windows 10 of the other partition?
  • When you are offered several operating systems to boot from, what all the options that you see?
  • Have you tried to start each partition one by one to ensure that we work?
  • You receive an error when trying to load the disc?

    Hello

You have certainly reduced your options

The only legal Windows 7 download available is now Microsoft, as Microsoft has stopped DigitalRiver Windows 7 ISO downloads.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery

But Microsoft only provides these downloads for Windows 7 keys to selling product at retail, not preinstalled OEM product keys (Dell, HP, etc.).

As you have licensed preinstalled OEM (Dell, HP, etc.), contact the manufacturer of your computer to order recovery media that they need to provide for a fee, if they still have them available.

Or you can also borrow the same exact retail edition DVD of Windows 7 and use your product key to reinstall.

    See you soon.

where can I get a free copy of windows vista edition Home premium? I tried to restore my laptop without success. I think I need a copy of the installation disc so that I can reinstall it with my current product key

    Hello

There's a photo guide based on the recovery of your model here...

    http://www.Sony-Asia.com/support/tutorial/381906/product/VGN-fz18g

If you cannot use this method because what did your friend, your options are...

    • Pay Sony for media recovery
    • A base Windows installation followed by installing specific Sony drivers and software from their Web site.

If you walk down the road of the latter, I would say that, if possible, before you begin reinstalling Windows you download at least the Ethernet drivers and wireless and save in, for example, a USB key. Start your drivers to search for them (and other) here...

    http://www.Sony-Asia.com/support/product/VGN-fz18g/FAQ

.. everything will be difficult to download if drivers that allow access to the internet are not native to a new installation of Windows.

Your principled stand against Sony charges for media recovery is, in my opinion, wrong. As I already said twice...

If Sony did not provide recovery media that they have provided the means to create them

If you lost or do not burn them and messed up your recovery partition, it's not for lack of Sony.

My serious recommendation is to accept a fee of Sony for the recovery media. It will make life much simpler for you. For this reason alone, it is probably useful tax, especially considering that you're obviously not a user advanced. Otherwise, why ask the help of a friend and ask for help on this forum?

I suspect that the links I've seen on this website are actually only valid for Windows 7 media images. If you do not buy the recovery media and go with an iso image download Vista Home Premium, I have to warn about the following...

    • The legality of this is, at best, questionable
    • If it's not genuine Microsoft media you might end by in an even bigger mess (if it works at all)

    Hello

This recovery disk or using the recovery of the manufacturer provided disk is a feature that included computer manufacturer, not a process from Microsoft.

And you can't make another a method for the manufacturer to make one which includes updates, etc.

After the stuffing until the installation of this device by NOT following the instructions to the letter, my 3 USB ports only two have been disabled. Even after a clean install of Windows 7, my two 3 USB ports only have the power (can be used to charge devices, etc.), but no capacity USB (USB 2 or 3). Device Manager shows no problems with the USB system devices.

    Thank you
    Philippe

  • How do I install Adobe Flash player on Windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop?

I tried for several days to install Adobe Flash player on my laptop, but nothing helped. He'll say to me to close the Explorer of IE tab and I do, but this message continues to appear. I can hold down the CTRL, ALT, DELETE keys to display the Task Manager to see if it is running. When I close the Task Manager, then he continues to lower the load, but when I try to play games, it shows the message that I need to download flash player. Someone please help me get to the bottom of this frustrating problem.

  • Can I reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium with a key?

Hello world. I want to reinstall my edition of Windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop of HP 2000 due to some nasty malware or false-positive accidentally that messed up my Windows 7. Here's my problem. I can't tell if my software is OEM. I tried to go to my computer properties, but because of the incident, I can't get there because of the Explorer Windows unresponsive and reboot. The sticker is a little messed up, and I can't read the last part of the product key, so I need this information to find. But if it is an OEM, can I actually reinstall Windows securely, without the key is invalid or anything? I already have a genuine version of Home Premium installed on it.

Your computer is equipped with a recovery instead of disk partition...

This is how the recovery partition is accessible

For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

You may need to try several times to get everything above to work. If after several attempts, you have no chance, or the machine indicates that there is no recovery partition, your only option is to contact the computer manufacturer and ask for the model recovery discs...

After the reset, you should get all the updates from Windows Update EXCEPT for hardware devices. Then, you install a good antivirus. ONLY AFTER you have done this, if you replace the stuff of backups or install anything else.

No, the key will be invalid and the recovery partition does not use the key on the COA sticker in any case. In your case, it IS an emergency key code in which case you could use an OEM disc Windows 7 credits for purposes of recovery...

  • I'm upgrading of hard disks and need to reinstall my windows 7 Home premium

I'm upgrading of hard disks and need to reinstall my windows 7 Home premium, however the laptop I bought did not include an installation disc, which I was aware of, and now I'm not sure if the recovery disc will do what I need to do, ideas?

You should have the ability to create a recovery disk. Otherwise, you will need to use the following method to move it to a new hard drive:

  • KB2296011 causes the blank screen in Windows Vista Home Premium?

I'm troubleshooting an issue with an installation of Windows Vista Home Premium on a laptop. After Tuesday October 12 updates, the laptop goes to a blue screen after authentication with any account. There is a mobile cursor mouse, but nothing else. C/a. gives the menu, but "Start Task Manager" has no effect, restart will only work.

I am able to login normally mode without failure. Remove the update KB2296011 removes the problem, I narrowed down it to only this update. It is now necessary to restart and use system restore to go back before this particular update to access Windows.

I did the following to troubleshoot:

    (1) I tried to install the system update tool, which had no effect.

    (2) I tried to install the KB2296011 update manually after downloading, the problem returns after installing.

    (3) I tried to install the KB2296011 update manually mode without failure by another post here, but this is not possible, which gives the following error: "Windows Update Standalone Installer: Installer encountered an error: 0x8007043c.»  This service cannot be started in Mode safe. »

It seems up to present have no way to obtain this update to install without the origin of the white screen issue. Please advice, thank you.

OK, it looks like at this will be my last post.

This technician seems to address the issue much differently from the rest. After the things we have done in my previous post, he seems convinced that the problem occurs when this security update is installed, it thinks it's UAC which is damaged, and possibly other files. If its resolution suggested the problem is to run a repair on Vista installation, in order to repair potentially damaged or corrupted files. This would correspond well with hijackware theory posted earlier, too.

It seems door by another symptom not reported to me or noticed until now. With or without UAC enabled, standard users cannot connect. It passes the connection, in the preparation of your office for a disconnection. Administrative users can connect very well. As the primary user of the machine is an administrator (of course!), this was not noticed until I created a Standard user to test and found this problem.

I hope than a repair installation (or even better, an upgrade, as I prefer to simply wipe the HD and start over) will solve the problem. The machine has 2 GB of RAM and a 2 GHz dual core chip, so I think it can handle very well (my wife does mobile) Win7.

I hope that all of this novel, we have written here will help others as well.
