Why?

Thank you to

Hi Lorenzo,.

You probably question the #HOST # does not receive good value in your HTML code of the chart Flash area.
Take a look at this thread where we talk about: graphic Flash fails by proxy

  • OSX Apache Server: how to redirect the http request?

    Hi all

I have a Mini Mac OSX Server El Capitan running. It already serves some sites. Normal Server Web sites:

    -site1.example.com

    -site2.example.com

Now, I have installed an application that has its own built-in web server. This application would be normally accessible via http on port 80. However, http on port 80 connections are automatically considered trapped by integrated apache of the OSX Server. Therefore, I now put the web application to run in a different port to apache. I also setup a subdomain, so that users can access this application directly, but they also have to type in the port in the URL - for example, the new web app site is reachable at the:

    -myapp.example.com:7117

What I would do, is for users to simply access the application using:

    -monappli.exemple.com

I know that there is a way for us to have apache to "Reroute" all requests for a specific to an internal port subdomain automatically, but I don't even know where to start. What are the files we need to configure on OSX Server? How configure us them?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same requirement and has resolved the way you want to as described below.

    1. Define the additional app to run on another port
    2. Create a site in.app using port 80 and the same host name you want to use for the additional application
    3. Set up a redirection for this site in.app as follows
    4. Source = /, Destination = http://hostname.domain.com:1234 /, Status = Permanent (301)

Of course, use the correct host name, the domain and port for your situation.

PS. the same approach I have described above also can be used to redirect the corresponding https port 80 or 443 site.

  • Redirect the http to https

    I use OS X Server with OS X 10.10.5 5.0.15.

I have 2 domains pointing to the IP address of my machine OS X Server by using DNS.

    Users.NewSite.com and users.oldsite.com

The configuration of the domain for the OS X Server machine is users.newwebsite.com

It comes as the site server configuration and I also have a Web Server (SSL) site configuration as well.

I have a configuration of the redirect for "Site Web Server" redirect to the website Server (SSL)

This part does not work properly.

The problem is with the second field.  If people type in users.oldwebsite.com they get an error message that the connection is not secure.  It seems that the browser is trying to redirect the http://users.oldsite.com to https://users.oldsite.com.

I need all calls to http://users.oldsite.com to redirect to https://users.newsite.com

Or really something starting with http://users. should redirect to https://users.newsite.com

Is this possible with regex?  If so, what the expressions would look like?

Website of the Apache and the documentation is the canonical source for more information on RewriteRule examples and examples of redirection, mod_alias and mod_rewrite.

A slightly twisted example of the Apache documentation:

    < VirtualHost *: 443 >

    ServerName undesired.example.com

    ServerAlias example.com notthis.example.com

    Redirect ' / ' "https://www.example.com/".

    < / VirtualHost >

    < VirtualHost *: 443 >

    ServerName www.example.com

    < / VirtualHost >

The second VirtualHost entry is for the host site for your choice, you will probably already have this present block in your configuration file:

    /Library/Server/Web/config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf

There are various examples and discussions of this publication autour of the ' net like this to StackOverflow.

FWIW, newsite.com and oldsite.com are real and registered areas.

  • broken redirects after removing pdfforge toolbar Add on

I finally got fed up being redirected to a capture page when a URL is not found. Pdfforge toolbar that has installed a time was looong ago when I installed some other add-on I no longer use (print the pdf or something?).
in any case, it seems now that all redirects are broken.
    I get mild like things:
    Definitive change of address

    The document is moved here.
    Apache/2.2 server at www.boingboing.net Port 80

much more broken pages that require redirects.
in fact mozilla pages come in white. assignment to another computer...

I 'warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page' disabled in prefs.

  • Even iTunes 12.3.3.17 covers issues HTTP/1.1 redirect (302) to podcasts?

Since the update to iTunes 12.3.3.7 (and El Capitan), all my podcasts from a particular site is no longer download it.

I have a lot of other podcasts (from other sources), which have no problem download at all.

Download little cloud appears right in my list, and when I click on it I get the "!" on the left of the podcast, which tells me:

I tried to access the podcast of another device (PC) and the podcast is perfect.

Reinstalled iTunes, recreated the file .xml to iTunes, without change.

Unsubscribe, delete, re-subscribe. Tried many things. Nothing helps.

So I decided to launch Wireshark to see what was going on, and came to the conclusion of iTunes seems to have a problem with a redirect, gets it from the Web site.

The HTTP/1.1 request from iTunes request to FIND http://rf.proxycast.org/1153838588270485504/16256-18.04.2016-ITEMA_20963865-0.mp 3

    which is a page empty

    The server responds with a redirect 302 http://media.radiofrance-podcast.net/podcast09/16256-18.04.2016-ITEMA_20963865-0 .mp3

    She the podcast indeed.

So, my guess is that iTunes has trouble dealing with this redirect. Unless it's something else, but I don't know what.

    Any ideas?

  • Redirect https admin page?

    Hi Forum,

    I installed 6.4.0 without problems.

However, the admin page is now exposed to the Internet over HTTP, which I see as a potential security risk.

Is it possible to point the http://somedomain.nl/ to a webshare and point http://somedomain.nl/admin to https://somedomain.nl/admin?

This will block remote access to admin pages, because HTTPS is not allowed on the router.

On the internal network, I would still be able to connect to the admin via HTTPS pages.

Figgered out. Let's say you have created a Web share directory from the Admin page, called "your_webshare_dir".

    VI /etc/frontview/apache/Shares.conf

    Change

    Alias "/ your_webshare_dir" "your_webshare_dir / data / '.

    Options Indexes + includes
    Order allow, deny
    Allow all the
    Options - ExecCGI
    AllowOverride None
    TO:
    AliasMatch "^ / (?). Apps/.*)(.*)$"" / data / your_webshare_dir / $1.

    Options Indexes + includes
    Order allow, deny
    Allow all the
    Options - ExecCGI
    AllowOverride None

Nothing, except the icons of the apps in the Admin page will redirect to your webshare.

    VI /etc/frontview/apache/http-share-redirect.conf
    RewriteEngine on
    #RewriteRule ^ / $ / admin [R, L]

This will disable the auto - redirect to the administration page when you go to http://your.domain.com/.

    VI/etc/apache2/sites-available/fv-http-admin

    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/defaults.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/http-redirect.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/http-share-redirect.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/fv-admin.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/Shares.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/apps-https.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/READYDROP.conf".
    Include "/ etc/frontview/apache/lan-try.conf".

Make sure that http - redirect.conf is included in the list of configurations.
(Note: don't know why it's necessary, but it, it works for me.)

WARNING: Use at your own risk.
Known issues: these setting changes will be overwritten when you make an update of the firmware.

  • How to configure Apache to send the queries based on the domain name to the forms, www and Servlet directory?

    Hello

I installed Oracle Forms 11.1.2.1.0 on a Linux server.

This server will run a Forms application, a web site and a Servlet for a couple of unique clients.

Each client accesses its own applications through its own domain name.

    For ex:

    http://Customer1.mydomain.com/forms/frmservlet?config=CUSTOMER1 -> Forwarding Port Weblogic 9001 (Forms)

    http://Customer1.mydomain.com/www -> Directory access... local/htdocs/customer1/www

http://Customer1.mydomain.com/myservlet -> Weblogic 7101 port forwarding. This a new server created in the field of Weblogic to run Servlet. Each Servlet will be deployed with a specific context by customer: myservlet/customer1 /

    http://Customer2.mydomain.com/forms/frmservlet?config=CUSTOMER2 -> Forwarding Port Weblogic 9001 (Forms)

    http://Customer2.mydomain.com/www -> Directory access... local/htdocs/customer2/www

    http://Customer2.mydomain.com/myservlet -> Port forwarding Weblogic 7101 with PathPrepend: myservlet/customer2 /

My idea is to configure the Apache Server using 1 VirtualHost by customer:

    < VirtualHost *: 80 >

    ServerName customer1.mydomain.com

    ServerAlias *. Customer1.mydomain.com

    DocumentRoot "/ u01/app/fmw/asinst_1/config/OHS/ohs1/htdocs/customer1/www.

    < /myservlet location >

    SetHandler weblogic-Manager

    WebLogicHost myhost

    7101 WebLogicPort

    PathPrepend /customer1

    < / location >

    < / VirtualHost >

    Is this a good approach?

    Can I place block < location > < VirtualHost > block?

From what I've read on the web, it is the common way to request proxy based on URL.

My first tests raised an error like: CONFIG_ERROR [line ap_proxy.cpp 1735]: 'WebLogicCluster' or 'WebLogicHost' specified in the parameters of

That's why I wrote this question.

Further more, can I add a specific redirect for forms inside the VirtualHost customer who will redirect

http://Customer1.mydomain.com/forms -> Redirect to Weblogic Port 9001 (Forms) adding /frmservlet? config = CUSTOMER1 you URL?

    Thanks in advance.

Your approach is correct, but there are a few details that need tweaking. Can take place inside VirtualHost. Have you enabled ability to host virtual by uncommentNameVirtualHost *:80 in httpd.conf?

  • Configuration of Apache by default port problem.

    Hi Experts,

Today, I met a working port of apache configuration.

    My scenario:

I have a domain with a managed server (both on the same machine) and also, I have configured apache server using code below,

    < location / >

    SetHandler weblogic-Manager

    WebLogicHost 192.0.0.1

    7005 WeblogicPort

    < / location >

The application runs on port 80 by default. Thus, when the user access to the DNS means www.support.com (example) means that it redirected to the 192.0.0.1. Then user acesss the homepage of the

    request. So far no problem.

My requirement is, if the user accessing the DNS also redirected www.support1.com(another one) to the 192.0.0.1 and also access home page of the application itself. But what I want is, need for the user to access the specific page (example: billing page) in the application, not the home page.

I don't want to set up separate port (apache level) and separate the IP (DNS level) for the www.support1.com.

I tried to write the virtual host inside of this I used the name of the server, but it does not work.

Can I write the IF ELSE condition in the httpd.conf file as if your access from the ww.support.com go to this URL to go to that URL (billing page)

    Please share your expert suggestions.

    Kind regards

    Simo.

I found my answer after I posted.  I'll leave it here to help others...

The list of all instances of Apache that were started

    • ' ps - ef | grep apache. "

    Kill the persistent process

  • The Apache 2.2 Server CONNECTION_REFUSED (the channel to the server weblogic 10.3.6)

    • I have created a web service using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.7 application and deployed on weblogic 10.3.6 on physical server we call let back-end server.

    • I don't want customer to give direct access to back-end server so I make use of Apache 2.2 , to be in the middle of client and back-end server. Apache 2.2 is configured on different physical servers call the middle Server.

    • I set the application root context (which has deployed in back-end server) on middle Server in the file httpd.conf of Apache.

    • I shared WSDL to the client of the file location ( WSDL URL which referring to the domain name Server middle ). The external client can access the URL thorug browser where they can see the WSDL content

    • But when the client attempts to send queries to Server Middle URL he get rejected with the following error:

[error] [Public IP of the customer - clinet goes here-] ap_proxy: POST by train / [insert here the root of the application context] to the back-end host "[back-end local IP Server] / [insert here the port];" "except ' CONNECTION_REFUSED [operating system error = 0, line URL.cpp 1602]: call apr_socket_connect failed with error = 730061, local = [back-end IP Server] host, port = [insert here the port]"

This error of Server Middle Apache error log file. No backend server log

    What happened so far:

    1. I check if I have access to the Server Middle user external to use the Telnet order. Telnet IP port . He works and the Server middle is listening.
    2. I also checked for all ports. external client and Server middle, between middle Server and back-end server , also using telnet. All ports work.
    3. In this answer: ssl - Apache 2 with Redirection of plug-ins for Weblogic, original location still requested to backend - lack of server

It is suggestion to increase the value to accept orders of weblogic server setting. I did to the back-end server , but still the issue is not resolved.

    Problem solved

I need to activate the option (WebLogic plugin active) WebLogic server where the application is deployed

the structure of the field (left in the administration console Panel) - > environment - > servers-> (select the server where you deploy your application in this topic)--> general tab (from the server parameter)-> Advance - > (ICT option) WebLogic plugin activated

    Then restarted the server.

Hereby you are telling the server you'll get indirect request through server proxy or balancer for example

You can do this on several levels, such as cluster or a server based on your needs check out this site for more information

  • Need help in configuration of Proxy reverse using Apache - R12

We have a reverse proxy configuration using Apache 2.2 for Oracle Apps R12.
Demand is expected to go this way: Load Balancer (Port: 443) (https)-> reverse Proxy (Apache-> Server(Port: 8000) Application)(Port: 8000)-> database (Port: 1521).
Application is configured in https mode.

Now, when we go to the URL we get initial redirection page. i.e.
The E-Business Home Page is located at
    https://upgtest.ultimatix.org/OA_HTML/AppsLogin
If your browser is not automatically redirect to its new location, click here.

Then after redirection we get 404. Single application (without the reverse proxy server) works very well. We get the problem when you use the reverse proxy server between the two.
We receive a 404 error on apache reverse proxy server. Please help us to solve the issue.
Need urgent help. Best regards, Stéphane

We have successfully configured. The installation works fine now.

  • former site a php pages how redirect the new html pages and save ranking SEO

I have an old site that each page has the estention of php. I recreated a new Adobe Muse site, and every page is html.

    1. from the old site has established SEO, how do I redirect these pages to the new site (pages) to maintain the status of SEO?

    2. as soon as the new site is in mode proofing catalyst for business, do I have to wait until the new Muse site is launched to the host?

Please help, I'm not super familiar with coding so as simple as possible!

Well, if your use not BC you use BC or Muse to do all this.

If you have just flat files generated in Muse you put on a hosting with any CMS depends on the host, but it must now make a path setting redirects complex either at the domain level, or manually by... IF PHP server for apache etc. example configuration files

So this isn't a matter of Muse or BC and according to hosting where goes and what it is you need to work with anyone or to your work with people to do, or ask the server and options you have available.

  • How to add or context path of redirection to the portal path explicit Webcenter

    Hello world.

I have deployed an application with framework-path is ubck to the weblogic server. So I have to enter additional context after root to access this application. For example:
My server is for "http://myserver:7003", I have to enter "http://myserver:7003 / ubck" to access this application.

After that, I tried to compile/build Apache HTTPD server to v2.2 for the load balancing between the managed servers. My application can be accessed via 'http://webtier/ubck' at the moment.

My question is how to install auto prepend "ubck" my path to the application. This means that if I entered http://webtier/, I will redirect or to accede to my request.

My portal webcenter application cannot change the context path to /.
    What is the solutions?

You must use mod_rewrite of Apache in your HTTP server. See:
    http://StackOverflow.com/questions/2766443/use-mod-rewrite-to-rewrite-root-to-another-path

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteRule ^ / $ / page [R]

This will rewrite the root of your server HTTP/page/page pointing to the path of the context of your portal.
