  I recently bougth an HP Deskjet 1050 printer, I want to, but a wirless able to use printing via my existing wlan print server. A wireless print server is available for purchse compatible for this model?

  What I intend to do is to use a laptop connected to the wi - fi to take impressions of the printer via the printserver also connected to the same wi - fi connection.

  Note: HP Deskjet 1050 has to a USB, NO wireless connection.

  I have a Canon MX410 Wireless printer is currently connected to my HP desktop computer through a USB port.  I would also like to add this printer to my laptop but it can not know!  I tried the Office of the instillation of the printer, but it did not work.

  I have a hp 1150, connected to the Airport extreme. All our other macs print fine wireless, except a new mac mini. On the Mac Mini I get a message saying "get the Apple software", then message is not available. The Mac mini has also another, identical hp 1150 connected via USB, which has a driver generic laser printer which works well. I just downloaded a large file of HP drivers, but that has not helped. But I need to be able to access the 1150 that is connected to the Airport extreme. Any ideas welcome, thanks.

  This error message occurs generally when you install the printer on a network.
  When the printer asks the CD then I would suggest that you navigate to below the location by using the option of browser and check if it helps.

  I plug just this printer 2 weeks ago and there are already problems! A few days ago, I went to print something a TI never printed, so I checkd the queue and it says the printer is offline. I checked and the 'use printer offline' option has NOT been verified. I googled looking for help offline wireless printer and came across some tips to restart the spool.and then unplug and plug back into the printer, so I did and he went online and I was able to print 1 document of 4 pages. But after this document, I tried to print another document, and it said "error-printing" in the queue. So today, after that I restarted my computer, it worked well again - for a document. Then he returned to offline mode. So I watched fo more help online. I tried making sure the correct port with my printers IP address has been verified and he was, and I tried to uninstall and reintalling the drivers that did not help. I waited and waited and waited for a good 10 minutes and never even printed pages. In the queue it sad it was printing, but it wasn't. I cancelled the document and just tried to print a document face a regular to see if this works-it printed fine. So I tried printing 2 - against new and it's the same as before.

  The laptop I am I am trying to print from is a Sony Vaio CR320 running on Windows Vista. I have not instaled anything new in the last week, so I know there are no new program interfering. Also, I have not removed any programs.

  Any ideas? I am a student and I am a little lost without a printer lol :/

  OK, time to bring in power tools.  Download, install and run this tool.  He should tell us what is happening.  Run it when the printer shows offline.

  Series F4400 (including your part done F4480) has USB connectivity only.  The series F4500 has USB and wireless.

  But, with the printer connected to your Mac, you can share printing works (but not scan) between the computers on your network.  To do this download and install Hello for Windows for your XP from here.  If your XP already has a version of Hello (installed by iTunes), uninstall before installing this version.

  Run it and it will find the printer connected to your Mac.  Make sure that your Mac is enabled and that it is set to never sleep (System Preferences > energy saver).

A few weeks ago my printer started to appear offline when I started my laptop and the only way I could get the printer back online was to remove the printer and reinstall the software again. Since then, every day, I have to remove the printer and reinstall the software and driver in order to use the wireless printer.

  I tried all known bugs and nothing has worked.
