(Redirected) PC desktop problem

My "Dell OptiPlex 745' automatically stops and then tries to start again and again but in vain. It started to happen about three weeks ago. After a week the problem, I took it to the store where I bought it. They replaced its feed to box that solved the problem for almost 1 week. Now the question is there yet. What I'm doing. Help, please. My computer is running on "Windows 7".

    You can use the backup utility to back up files and folders on a computer that is running Windows XP.

    If you use Windows XP Home Edition, you can refer to the following steps:

    Before you can back up important information on your computer, you must install the backup utility. The backup utility is included on the Windows XP Home Edition CD.

    Note If you do not have the original CD of Windows XP Home Edition of Windows XP was preinstalled on your computer, contact the computer manufacturer or visit the Web site of the manufacturer for more information. You can also use the backup software that you purchase separately.

    To install backup from the Windows XP CD:

    1. Insert your Windows XP CD into the CD or DVD from the computer player.
    2. Click exit.

    4. Double-click ntbackup.msi to install the backup utility.
    5. When the backup or Restore Wizard prompts you, click Finish.

  • Step 3: Start the backup

    1. To open the backup information dialog box, click Start Backup .
    2. Under If the media already contains backups, perform one of the following:
      • If you want to add this backup file to previous backup files, click append this backup to the media. This option adds the new backup in the existing backup file so that you can keep all the previous backups in a single file. This option is useful if you ever want to restore a backup from a specific day. Be aware that the size of the backup file will increase with each new backup. You can monitor the file size to make sure that it does not fill your hard drive over time. If the file becomes too large, you should consider saving the file on an external hard drive. Or, if you are concerned about the file using too much hard disk space, select replace the data on the media with this backup instead.
      • If you want to replace the files of previous backup with this backup file, click replace the data on the media with this backup. This option is useful if you want to keep the current backup and do not care to keep the previous backups. Or, use this option if you are concerned about the file using too much disk space on your computer.
    3. Click Advanced.
    4. Select the check box Verify data after the backup .
    5. In the Backup Type box, click the type of backup that you want to create. For a description of each type of backup, click the backup type and the description appears under "Description." You can select all of the following types of backup:
      • Normal
      • Copy
      • Incremental
      • Premium
      • Every day
    6. Click OK, and then click Start Backup. A backup progress dialog box appears, and the backup starts.

    Step 4: Leave the backup utility

    1. When the backup is complete, click close.
    2. In the menu of task , click exit.

    I'm having some problems with the mobile version of a Web page, and I'm unable to test it without using emulators mobile online that I don't have an iThing or a mobile phone with net access myself.

    Question 1.

    Essentially in Muse I built a desktop versions and a cell phone; It downloads via FTP to Muse on 'pocketbooknutrition.com/public_html', and indeed there is a folder "/ public_html/phone" now. Grabbing my web address with "... / phone" or "... / phone/index.html" will load it properly on my desktop, so the mobile version is here, but none of the emulators online mobile redirect on the main page. What I read Muse must generate the redirect itself, coding and under file > properties of the Site, the option to redirect office is indeed turned on. But I can't work on why it won't.

    I tried to work around the problem, that I could not diagnose, and I found the following code which needs to redirect when added to the header of the main page, but that doesn't work either.

    Question 2.

  • Display form OptiPlex GX620 desktop problem

    I have an Optiplex GX620 Desktop FF computer which was given to our Church for the office. I have recently installed 4 GB of RAM and a 80GB HDD SATA white. I have connected to a TV high definition with a PC connection.

    When I turn on the computer, two things happen:

    (1) the TV on the PC channel screen remains empty.

    (2) the computer will beep twice and 1-2-3 lights on the front is green.

    This could be a problem with the graphics/display in the computer card and what can I do to solve this problem?

    The add in video card with LFH connector can have Dual VGA. A dell cable would also a 1 and a 2 on it to indicate what monitor is 1 vs 2.

    Or remove the riser and pull out the card. Blue plastic parts are the locking tabs.

  • Redirection in blackberry problem

    We are developing an application that involves a communication server. Download us the data from the server and storage in the database and display to the user. the problem is, the server redirects the request to another server and am getting error 302. If there is no redirection that everything works correctly. But the concept of redirection works properly in other devices like the iphone, android. Is there a problem with the blackberry connection?   • Handspring Visor Deluxe desktop problem

    I used a Handspring Visor with Windows XP Home Edition for the past 3 years with any problem until October of this year.  I tried to open the office program that came with the visor and it failed with the message "invalid address file" and the error message referred me to Palm Support web site.

    I downloaded the update 401 installed and original program on the computer and tried to HotSync, but she doesn't have a sync.  I have tried the following updates: USBREGClean, HS_Updater & DSTUpdater and reinstalled the original program and update (401) but always without success to get the office program to open ot HotSync.

    Any suggestions before I throw the visor away.  I want to continue to use the visor...  Have used the visor for the last 2 months, I am very worried because I can't add on the desktop.  I thought that the Windows Update has been cuaing the problem and returned to a point of restoration in September when the last HotSync worked, but again without success.

    Try the following steps to see if you can get Palm Desktop to open.

    With Palm closed desktop on your PC, go to computer, c drive or local drive, program files, palm or palmone, find your user folder (it will be a contraction of the name of user in palm desktop), find the address folder and rename it to address.old. Click on the Palm Desktop and see if it opens. If it doesn't, change the conduit in hotsync manager for handheld overrides desktop and sync.

    When I put the pair of DIMMs in the pc, it won't post more.  The screen is still asleep and I never see the bios screen, I can't go in the bios configuration, or whatever it is.  As soon as I remove the pair, it works again.  The PC came with 2 512 MB DIMM in the slot 1 and 2, so I tried to delete those and replacing them with the pair I bought and got the same results.  I buy the bad memory?  I see it should work.

    Finally!  I decided to try the suggested crucial.com memory, I went to the city and found in the store of the local computer.  It is plugged in and it works like a charm.  NewEgg gave me a credit on the memory of others when I called them, so everything worked.

    Laptop HP with Windows 7 version comes with a game called Magic desktop. A program compiled with many games. My antivirus detected a bug or a virus through this program and I have deleted or disinfect this component and now Magic desktop will not work.

    In realtion to my previous post, I think that the message I kept getting is ezRecover.exe - systemproblem. missing file

    I tried to uninstall this program, but this program seems you incorporated the program windows 7 and can not be remove d through programs - uninstall/repair.

    Revo and see if he can find Magic Desktop. If this is the case, right click on the program icon you want to remove and choose uninstall.  This will run the uninstall program initially own applications (which will probably fail), but continue with the rest of the process.  During the process, that you may be asked to remove the registry entries, simply select all and then click on remove.  Do the same for any left over files and folders.  Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the PC.

    First of all, you have diagnosed the problem perfectly that the scan feature does not work. Great job on this point. Kudos to you. It is always a privilege to work with customers technically very. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you. We value your relationship with HP and want to better serve you.

    First of all, it looks like a hardware problem with the printer. We will isolate the problem correctly.

    Please make some copies directly from the printer without any communication to the computer.

    Place the copy face down on the flat and press the copy button. If the copy is fine, then the question might be software related.

    If there are problems with copy, then try to copy again with a set of different cartridges to further isolate the issue. They copy very well if we could solve the problems for software related issues.

    I'll send you the steps to perform a semi full reset as a private message. Please look for the messages also. Sometimes it is useful to correct the situation.

    Please try to copy from the charger bed and document scanner to further isolate the issue.

    If the problem is with the document feeder, then you can still use the scanner flat and vice versa to work around the problem.

  • Top of page Desktop problems.

    I am such a fool.  I messed up my counter top.  I accidentally moved my Start menu and my taskbar on my desk.  My icon start used to be on the left side, now it's at the top right.  Taskbar used to be in the lower right corner, now it is on the right side of my desktop. I hope I explained this ok.   Can anyone please help me cela this mess?

  • Windows with DC5100 Desktop problem

    I have a HP DC5100 with Windows 7 installed, before I did the format I am using XP. The problem I have is that the computer does not restart with the restart button of Windows7 or when you install a software that needs to restart. I had no problem with xp, doing so, do not know what is the problem?. I did a bios update to 1.08. Has anyone seen this problem or any suggestions on fixing this. When I hit the button reboot stops the computer ok but hangs up on reboot, looks like the drive is rotating and the fans are running, but don't do anything?

  • Desktop problem.

    Most of the icons on my desktop have changed to a white paper icon. When I go to open a program the 'open with' box opens, and many times, I can't even find the program I am trying to open. This is a big concern, and my itunes seems to have completely disappeared.
