  Make sure that you sign the unit as you can install it on many system but activate only on one system at a time.

  If it is a subscription to Acrobat DC it will not count as you need for her license through your Adobe ID, however if it is a retail license then you must contact our customer support team to process the return and order a new one.

  You have purchased this product directly from Adobe? If this isn't the case, you have any proof of purchase? Then, in this case, we can get a new serial number for you.

It has disappeared from my computer and I can't reload. 131:4 also my Photoshop CS5 error code disappeared! I have it in my system, but as it was responsible for Adobe because of problems with my old copy, I don't have a code to recharge > help where can I go?

  I have a types of Acrobat Pro DC 2015.010.20056. When I click on "Combine" told me that this feature is not included in my license acrobat class. ? I thiought that this feature is part of the Acrobat DC license?

  How do we get access to this feature?

  Havng comes to spend a lot of time on a chat session at Adobe. The "fix" was to reinstall drive DC Pro, allow it to update, creative cloud app update sign My Adobe account and then sign back in and it worked magically.

  Hope that this is useful for someone else.

  This is not related to Acrobat, Microsoft, you can see this problem with Microsoft Word is known: grant access file: cannot open the document: user - Microsoft Community it is a sandbox application. It restricts user with several workflow.

  Unfortunately, there isn't much we can help at this stage.
