Redownloading from the Creative Suite

I bought a package for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in January 2014. With the programs on it, my laptop was stolen a month ago. I recently bought a new laptop and still have the receipt and the code of the Creative Suite. I want to know how I can cancel the package on the previous laptop and it download to this laptop.

Please don't tell me I have to buy these programs!
