This command does not appear in my order history and I do not understand why it doesn't work? (And I don't understand why Adobe doesn't have the opportunity to speak to a support person.)

  I would like to be able to re - download this software on the new Mac Book Pro I now put in place... OSX 10.9.4. and I would like to be able to do it as soon as possible because it's for work and I have delays.

• I installed San Francisco as a system font, but I can't use it in one of the Creative Suite applications. Is there a way to get around this?

  Recently, I upgraded my system in San Francisco Helvetica font, but I can't use the San Francisco Police Department in one of the Adobe Creative Suite applications (IE Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Is it possible for me to use in these applications? If this is not the case, how can I get a copy I can use the Creative Suite?

  I'm having trouble installing the creative suite cs5.5 on my mac. I used the link to the adobe site and download the installer, but when I try to jot pen to actually download the suite it does not. I tried several times and it never works. I had more on my computer before, but my computer crashed and I lost the programs so I'll try to get back them. I have the key to license and all ready but I can't get the installer to open and download the suite.   You would need to acquire a Windows version of the software.  There is not much you can do short of find anyone who sells this version for Windows and try your luck at the purchase by them.  I don't think that there is a kind of software emulation of Mac for Windows machines, if I'm wrong.  Adobe does not sell older versions of their software and they don't support platform swap for their latest version (CS6), which will probably finish in time as history buries the Creative Suite of products range.
