Reference Dell downloads not recognized as 32-bit applications

4 applications downloaded from Dell for DJ Jukebox GEN2. XP refuses to allow loading saying that it isn't 32 apps. These are:

R95499.exe, R107735.exe, R88925.exe, R100928.exe.

One is a driver, Playforsure AI program, two others are other applications of Dell for Juke Box Player firmware

Appreciate your input

Hello old salty

1. What is the exact error you get when you try to install these drivers and applications?

2 do you have Service Pack 3 installed on your computer?

3. are you being invited to install these applications updates?

4. do you get the error after having extracted the installation files?

I see that there are different versions of all software. I suggest that you download and install the correct version that is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit.

Please get back to us with the phase when the installation fails and an exact error message.

Windows 7/8 is supposed to provide the drivers of webcam for most Dell computers. If you system needs webcam drivers, go in driver downloads & enter your service tag, and then select your operating system. If your system is in need of drivers for the webcam, they will appear under entry.

  • Updates download not (Vista Business 32-Bit)

I have a problem (only in the last week, everything before that was working OK) with updates are available, but when selected and download starting (supposedly) it does not work.

Instead he said: it is downloading but never gets beyond zero.

I tried to read the articles on the problem, but all the recommended solutions apply to Windows 7 and later versions, with only a single link that I managed to find (wu10.diagcab) relative to troubleshooting updates on Vista.

Unfortunately, this download but does not open (Windows does not recognize the file), so I think that does not actually exist.

Any help/advice will be highly appreciated, but I'm not a "techie" so simple it's more the probability of me being able to make sense.

It is necessary to stop a continuous research in defining 'never find updates' updated Automatic and restart Windows. :)

  • Reference Dell SC1425 + Windows 2008 R2 64-bit

The server is 64 bit, but when I try to install Windows 2008 R2 64-bit as a customer, the installation tells me that 64-bit is not supported.

What should I do to make this work?

    http://windowsitpro.com/article/articleid/102302/q-do-VMware-vSphere-and-ESX-4-require-a-64-bit-processor.html

    A. Yes. The latest versions of ESX 4 and vSphere require a 64-bit processor. You also need a processor that supports hardware virtualization (AMD - V or Intel VT) support if you want to run virtual machines (VM) 64-bit. You can run 32-bit virtual machines without hardware-assisted virtualization, but you still need a 64-bit processor.

I don't think that this processor is intel-vt or AMD - V support.

I don't know where you get this file, but if you have the correct dmg files you should be able to mount them:

If one of your dmg files fails to mount correctly, re - download from prodesigntools:

If you follow the 7 steps, you can dl a trial through one of the links on this page: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

  • Adobe Creative Cloud is not recognizing the previously installed applications

Long story short, I have all my apps CC installed on a separate, larger, hard disk, drive F. My OS, Win8, is installed on drive C, a small SSD. My C drive is corrupted and I had to format this drive. But CC was also installed on the C drive so now I have re-installed CC on my C drive. My apps are still installed on my F drive but CC does not recognize them.

Do I need to download them again? Where can I get CC to recognize?

I changed the default directory and checked that the languages are the same.

Any help is appreciated - Josh

Windows stores all information program configuration in a file of a register... Once you have formatted the drive and reinstalled, you lost all information about programs on your F drive... you will need to install "fresh"on the F drive for the record to update.

  • Updates are not recognized by CC desktop application

I have creative cloud installed on my MacBook Pro and Mac Pro machines. In both cases the desktop app CC is not grateful when updates have been installed. I update the application when prompted (such as Photoshop 14.1) but when I reboot or other machine, the desktop application indicates an update is available that has already been installed. It becomes very annoying. Any ideas?

    Hi Darencook2,

Enable the root account and try to update again: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 . If still the update prompt appears, then follow the steps:

Go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall all Adobe software.

Go to/Library/Application Support / Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old

Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html).

Go to Applications/Utilities and trash all the Adobe files.

Restart your computer and download desktop CC: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud . Download Photoshop and try to update again.

Please let us know if the error persists.

    Kind regards

  • Reference Dell Webcam Central & Windows 7 (Version Windows 7 of the Dell Webcam Central program)

In other words, could someone please post a link to the Dell Webcam Central GENUINE for Windows 7 software, wherever it is on the website of drivers Dell?

I do not mean some 3rd hokey, rate of Vista (or earlier) version of the program, but rather the version of OEM Windows 7 32-bit true Creative Labs developed specifically for Dell laptops and netbooks (and please don't refer me to the CD 'Application' that came with the computer, because it is not found).

Dell sells laptops with the built-in Webcam Creative Labs and the Windows 7 operating system for a few months now, and I know they would not have understood the old Vista (or even XP) drivers for use with its newest operating system.

I looked high & low and read about all the posts I can get my eyeballs on, but everyone seems to advise loading of old, obsolete Vista or XP drivers rather than the new Windows 7 ones, which were obviously having your computer, because it had Windows 7 top from departure (and it's not the scenario of "upgrade after the fact" or the other).

So just a link, please, to Creative Labs Webcam Central program for Windows 7 Dell OEM.

It may be that big a deal...

P.S. I also need the tuner drivers TV Hauppauge of Windows 7 (the bunch of them) for a Mini Inspiron; they must be there somewhere, as well.

I obviously prefer the OEM Dell version, but I DO NOT want (and not use) the older versions of Vista or XP, which seem to be available in all directions on this site; I want only the things real 'fact-for-Windows 7'

    Thank you.

There is no Dell Webcam Central for Win7.

When you check on the Dell / Win7 page under software compatibility, it is not there. For not to mention it is just not going to work. The webcam is fine, the software is not. Until Creative Labs cough one up. Can display on the page then Dell drivers & downloads.

Regarding your comment about the drivers, Dell Webcam Central is an application, not a pilot. The webcam has native driver support in Windows and works on a number of machines (mine is a Latitude E6400 and a Precision M6400, Win7 64 bit for both). The issue is not the webcam itself... it's that Creative Labs has not yet re - build the application for Windows 7.

For "True is for Windows 7 tips, Dell is not just the drivers or applications." They get the provider of OEM apps / hardware, so until that companies should meet and create it, it isn't there.
