  Updated my Inspiron 11 3137 to 10 Windows by doing a clean install.  I installed all the drivers from the Dell Support site for Windows 10 x 64, including the v19.0.15.2 Dell Touchpad Driver (A00) listed. I configured the touchpad settings as I had them in the previous OS - with 2 fingers of active scroll. It worked fine, but now has problems to win 10.

  Win 10, scrolling works fine in Google Chrome and Nitro pdf reader only (I've tested, at least). In Internet Explorer, and all of the 'modern' aka 'Metro' apps, scrolling does not work. When I scroll gesture, a small roll of type icon appears but nothing happens (see attached photo).  I tried to reset the touchpad settings and I tried to uninstall / reinstall the driver, without success.

  In case anyone else has this problem, I solved it by installing the driver for the Touchpad of Dell for Windows 8.1. Now, all scrolls, including Windows 10 apps and Internet Explorer.

  The version that works is v17.0.9.23 (A03) and is listed under 8.1 WIndows drivers.

  A new major upgrade for Windows 10 has been released a few days ago, and the update included a new gesture that allow the user to pass the workstations with 4 fingers on the touchpad and slide between the left or right to switch workstations.

  This new gesture does not work on my touchpad and I guess this can refer to the current version of the touchpad driver is not yet supported in this function because other gestures as three finger swipe to move all open windows and three finger tap to call Cortana are always works well for me.

  With multiple VLANs, you need to use the general/Trunk mode. With the help of the info we have I made a diagram to help show the location of the switches and parameters on them. Obviously things can be different, such as PVID, IP address, VLAN ID etc are all customizable to your needs. But the page layout modes and the port will remain the same.

  

  STP will not fill the VLAN on the other switches. It's probably the GVRP feature it refers. With such a short race, it is more practical to manually add the VLAN. At least for the initial Setup, then once everything works enable GVRP to accommodate future expansion of VLAN.

  According to the description of the problem your printer does not print text on paper as there is no ink. The question might be if there is no ink in the cartridges.   I suggest to check first the ink in the cartridges, and if possible, try to change with a new and see if it makes a difference. You can also try to clean the ink cartridge nozzles.

  I recently bought this laptop and I'm having trouble with the dimming of the display function.   Oriented server ports are configured automatically as part of the aggregation of links groups if the server is configured for the LACP Protocol. Static GAL is not supported.

  You will use the segregation network VLAN. A VLAN for network traffic and the other for the CF. Here are the commands to configure interfaces for different VLANS.
