  I can't get the webcam to work on my computer (not even the one who is supposed to 'plug-and-play/work' very easily without any effort).  Cannot even use the software from the installation to my new camcorder disc to learn how to work the camcorder or anything like that (Sony shit never works well right?).

  I thought that I put all the disks when I bought it in a place that I could remember, but apparently I don't remember...  In any case, my brother one of its disks Windows installed on it, but apparently I'm missing some kind of pilot... like video may be.  Hope someone knows what I need, because I don't know anything about fixing stuff except perhaps using System Restore whenever I live something high... and even that I have not learned until it was too late and needed my computer reformatted.

  First of all, one thing that has helped me to going to www.hp.com/support and DLed something I was missing (I should have done in the first place, just look at the front of my computer and found the site here).

  Then another thing is that I have DLed VLC and started using this.  It does not work for the videos I had DLed on my computer, but it worked for the DVD, so I didn't need a DVD decoder to read (just can not use WMP or any other program to watch).

  Then finally allowed me to play half a God on my computer where it always give me an error when he got to the intro for the game, is that I went on this site here...

  PS: I tried to put this in the Mac system software, but I could not find in 100 + element of submenu.   My MacBook Pro since the recent OS X install 10.11.6, now completely reformat my external USB drives when inserting (about 20% of the time). The problem affects WD MyBook 2 TB external drives (x 2), WD MyBook Duo 12 TB NAS, as well as memory cards SD and my digital SLR via a card reader Lexar CF. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes, when I insert the above discs they mount as usual and display the structure of HFS files and any content file, on other occasions, there is a slight delay (about 40 seconds) after inserting a disc, then the drive is mounted as if it were brand new, straight out of the box. the 'hidden' EFI drive mount on the desktop, as well as a now empty and reformatted HFS disk partition. All data on the disks disappeared.

  I tried to run apple on the disks disk utility are deleted. I tried to run "Disk Drill". These utilities simply see the re-formatted and declare that readers have no errors or problems detected.   I can only speculate what the cause to occur, but a main suspect would be "disk utility" installed by Western Digital. These things have tended to cause spontaneous loss of data you describe. Products may go under the name of "Drive Manager", "SmartWare" or words to that effect. If you installed anything resembling this description, uninstall it according to his instructions.

  Mozilla is not a copy of your browser data unless you subscribe to the synchronization service. In this case, you should be able to use your credentials to sync to connect your Firefox newly installed to your account. I'm not an expert in sync, so that's all I can tell you about Sync.
