  If you have installed DuckDuckGo on Firefox, you can follow these steps:

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  If you want to say to these forums as they are supposed to be the language you want to search the forums rather than the region in which you are. So, it is expected that English (UK) you use English (United States) at the top of the page.

  I know there are differences between British and English English American, but for the purpose of these forums its regarded as close enough.

  From the start screen, by scanning the right to appear charms, press 'search', type 'power', press 'settings' touch 'power options', this will open a window in the office. On the left side of this window, you will see an option called 'change when the computer sleeps,' touch this, change the settings you want, touch "save changes" and you're done.

  Try another keyboard, if that solves your problem is faulty and should be replaced.
