Reinstalled creative cloud desktop application - bought now membership is not recognized
As my desktop creative cloud app did not work properly at all, I had to reinstall the whole package again. Now I'm stuck with the question that members filed under my ID is not recognized. I am slighltly devastated right now and don't know what to do... any help is very appreciated because I need to work on my indesign files to work!

first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

Missing applications of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application tab

I have the same problem as others here but not of the works of solutions for me. I want Lightroom and paid for it next year.
It's my creative cloud:
My laptop does not system requirements - I had a Lenovo W540 64bits.
I tried a reinstall of the creative cloud
I tried installation on the net but he just said 'Lightroom is now downloading' and this continued all night.
I tried the newspaper one in
I tried to delete the contents of the OOBE
So what to do?
Is it possible to get the installation for Lightroom as a separate download files?
Could there be a restriction on those apps since what I use on a company computer - and where to check it?

It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed
Here's what we did:
Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)
Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.
Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
This will fix the problem.

I can't install the creative cloud desktop application. It freezes just at some point. I had this problem several months ago. I had a conversation with someone from Adobe, and they had no idea what it was. I then called and the phone was essentially passed around a person trying to figure out what it was. They took my screen, they tried all the stuff I've read in the forums. Finally, I asked for the highest in person at the office and that this person finds a workaround solution that worked for all these months.
However, now that I tried to update the desktop creative cloud application, the update froze about 40-50% each time, so I uninstalled the creative application of Cloud and then tried to reinstall. Now, I have the same problem that I had several months ago, where when I double click on CreativeCloudSet-Up, and he says it is downloading, it freezes quickly and it's there. No error message, it is there forever until I kill the process. I can't cancel it even properly.
I have very slow internet. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I was download all the CC apps directly on the internet, but since I pay close to $60 a month, I would really like the CC desktop application. I'm sick of every update manually on the download Web site.
I've read all the threads, empty or packed full of answers, and none of the suggestions seem to help me. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing, but I really don't think not that paying $60 a month should oblige me to play with a bunch of files and cleaners, etc.. I can't believe that this problem has not yet been resolved.
It might have something to do with my computer? Or my internet provider is blocking something Adobe? I have no idea and I'm honestly so frustrated. I just work every day and spend the rest of the night trying to solve this problem, and I'm sick of it. I call again, because it was a disaster last time. I've been on the line for more than 4 hours, and again, they didn't solve the problem correctly.
I am desperate and tired of this 100%.
Nothing? Is there no solution to my problem? Have no choice but to cancel my subscription? Software piracy Adobe would me much less worry than that, and this isn't the way it should be.

My Creative Cloud Desktop application said that apps that are not installed.
Important thing to note: I system restored yesterday, that deleted programs I had installed the day before.
After my previous discussion received no response, I looked for solutions more and found one of only two weeks now has suggested that the OOBE folder I have rename was not correct. I should go in Program Files/Common Files/Adobe and rename the OOBE folder it OOBE_old. While I'm looking for what I am on the phone with a customer service representative I annoyingly do not remember the name that is asking for the remote control of my computer, I am reluctant to give it, of course. So I tell him that I am running this solution, that he says is very well. So I run the solution, and finally, the creative cloud desktop application does not start with a blank screen! In fact, he asked my username and password! I enter and access the normal page in the list of installed applications, etc. Except, there is no trace of the apps installed on my computer, in fact, the creative Cloud Files folder is empty. They are not in my list of installed programs. Because, of course, they were removed yesterday by restoring the system. But, he now doesn't give me the option to reinstall. I tell the customer Rep this service. Then, the customer service representative hangs up on me. Hangs up on me.

I run the Adobe CleanerTool to wipe the creative cloud. Then I executed a second time to erase any trace of cloud creative apps. Now! It works! No thanks to the customer service.

Creative cloud desktop application does not start!

Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I was not able to open the creative application of cloud. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have the same. Opens the creative cloud but not has nothing about this except the settings button which opens the dropdown menu with help (no help at all), PIN at the notification area and Quit. Or I can move me, minimize or close it!
