• Purchase of a copy of the CS6 Master Collection of someone

  I found an ad on craigslist for a person who sells a copy of the CS6 Master Collection. I was going to meet but then saw that you can only download on 2 computers and cannot be used simultaneously. When I expressed this concern to the seller, he claimed that there the pro edition and that is not the case. He claims he gets 3 downloads and that I would be the last download and it might apply directly to me. Is this the case? I read online that you would have to do a license transfer if you buy from someone. I'm afraid of getting ripped off, I am a student and do not have a lot of money to spend, but need this software for my studies. What should I do?

  If it smells like fish... it's fishy... and it smells more fish.  A single user license allows only two active facilities.  Software is registered to a person, the owner.  If the plan so that the seller must maintain the software and the use of it by pretending to sell you a part of this license... walk and don't look back.

  If you sell a license a formal transfer, which must take place there.

• CS6 Web & full Design, more the CS6 Master Collection install

  I am freelance pro and educator. I currently have (and installed) a comprehensive package of CS6 Web & Design Premium I will teach After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web package & Design). I recently bought the CS6 Master Collection version of the educator. I'm not quite sure of how to install the new Master Collection, since this is the limited version of the educator. Should I keep the complete collection of Web & Design using the current license complete and then install After Effects by itself using the license of the educator? Causing conflicts? OR should I uninstall the Web & Design and do a full install of the version of the educator of the CS6 Master Collection?

  You see, the conflict for me is I'm doing professional, paid work, mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

  You can continue to use your Design and Web premium.

  And for After Effects, you can just install After Effects of the Master Collection.

  When you start the installation, you will get the options to choose what you want to install applications, where you can choose to After Effects and installation to educational assistance of license you have.

  With this, there will be no conflict.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

• How can I get the CS6 Master Collection disks mailed?

  I'm waiting for the Master Collection CS6 - I bought the upgrade CS5.5 in the window for the CS6 free update, but I need to have shipped disks. My download speed would take days. How should I proceed with that once the software is fully available? Thank you.

  It might have something to do with me trying to install InDesign first and not be able to uninstall it.
  Tried to uninstall software downloadable and that worked. Also used on cleaning tool to clear everything.

• Mac - installer failed to initialize. (etc.) Help! I can't install the CS6 Master Collection Suite.

  Let me know the exact error that invites on your screen when launching Acrobat.

  I need to just reformat my hard drive and reinstall windows. What I have to disable CS6 first, or since I'm not changing any material

  Can I just go ahead and reformat the drive without uninstalling CS6 & disable?

  No, please deactivate it first and then reformat the hard drive. Without it, will be just another number of activations that is legally allowed for your license. So even if you do not use this on two computers, the number of activations will increase to 2. Later you can not install this on another computer without disabling the current computer.

• After you have installed the CS6 Master Collection, only Flash Builder 4.6 has not been installed successfully.

  The specification of the computer is windows 7 x 64, 32 GB of ram, i7 3770, ssd 256 GB, hard drive 2T.

  The problem has been resolved primarily by the installation of Flash Builder first, then the rest.

  I recently got a new computer and try to activate the CS6 Master Collection.  He said that my serial number is not valid.  I adapted the serial number to one on my adobe account.  I called customer service and they told me that I had to do a chat session to solve the problem.  Well, that I can't join the cat to save my life.  I'm really frustrated that there is no better customer service in order to use the software I paid for.  Anyone have any suggestions?  BTW, I have access to my old computer.  TIA

• CS6 Production Premium in the possible CS6 Master Collection - but...

  Chat support told me that i can upgrade my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).

  They told me to contact phone sale, the first lady said to me, it is possible and that I will get a nice discount - but she has a problem with his computer - so I need to talk to someone else.

  But 'he' told me that I can't upgrade because they only have ONE option in the upgrade of the system to the creative cloud!

  Can you confirm this?

  The thing is, the CC & CS 6 are available in the future (see the adobe Web site) so I think something's wrong here...

  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

• CS6 Master collection - Cloud

  OK bad again - clearly a key issue to understand here.

  I bought the CS6 Master collection and Adobe cloud does not recognize this fact - all apps are listed in the trial. I have setup my fresh computer don't have don't nor the CS6 software. Will you please provide a solution (which should be in place already frankly) so I can install the software I own.

  Also, please fix the site bloatware irritating providing almost no useful information, no live chat and no obvious way to contact adobe - it makes you look like a nasty corporate organization, which I'm sure you're not.
