I currently have (and installed) a comprehensive package of CS6 Web & Design Premium I will teach After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web package & Design).   I found an ad on craigslist for a person who sells a copy of the CS6 Master Collection. I was going to meet but then saw that you can only download on 2 computers and cannot be used simultaneously. When I expressed this concern to the seller, he claimed that there the pro edition and that is not the case. He claims he gets 3 downloads and that I would be the last download and it might apply directly to me. Is this the case? I read online that you would have to do a license transfer if you buy from someone. I'm afraid of getting ripped off, I am a student and do not have a lot of money to spend, but need this software for my studies. What should I do?

  If it smells like fish... it's fishy... and it smells more fish.  A single user license allows only two active facilities.  Software is registered to a person, the owner.  If the plan so that the seller must maintain the software and the use of it by pretending to sell you a part of this license... walk and don't look back.

  If you sell a license a formal transfer, which must take place there.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

• My Acrobat has stopped working.  I have the CS6 Master Collection.  I had this happen before and I had to reinstall with the entire suite.  Is this stil the best way to deal with this?

  I recently got a new computer and try to activate the CS6 Master Collection.  He said that my serial number is not valid.  I adapted the serial number to one on my adobe account.  I called customer service and they told me that I had to do a chat session to solve the problem.  Well, that I can't join the cat to save my life.  I'm really frustrated that there is no better customer service in order to use the software I paid for.  Anyone have any suggestions?  BTW, I have access to my old computer.  TIA

  Chat support told me that i can upgrade my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).

  They told me to contact phone sale, the first lady said to me, it is possible and that I will get a nice discount - but she has a problem with his computer - so I need to talk to someone else.

  But 'he' told me that I can't upgrade because they only have ONE option in the upgrade of the system to the creative cloud!

  The thing is, the CC & CS 6 are available in the future (see the adobe Web site) so I think something's wrong here...

  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

• Cannot re - install CS6 Master Collection!

  Note: this problem occurred shortly after I installed Bitdefender Internet Security.

  My problem started with the loss of Camera Raw and 'permission' to open Photoshop.

  I could go into the PS exe file attributes and permission to reopen the PS, but Camera Raw was still missing.

  I have re-installed PS (without uninstalling it) and got the two PS and Camera Raw... until the next time I started my computer and Camera Raw disappeared again.

  Then, I uninstalled PS and tried to reinstall it, but got this message: "could not initialize installation. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "That I did, but he offered no solution which worked, but did not offer additional solutions for CS5.

  Later, when I tried opening other programs CS6, I got messages indicating there was a problem and I have to uninstall the Suite CS6 then reinstall it.   Please follow the steps:

  Please navigate to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old. In the same place looking for caps and rename it to Caps.old. Try to rerun Setup for CS6.
