  I had my whole CS6 Master Collection installed and active with the Adobe servers - primary disk but is dead.

  Now, I have a newly formatted with a fresh install of Win7 on this drive. I would like to re - install my entire collection CS6 again.

  As far as I remember, you must DISABLE all our software installed PRIOR to the activation of any new facilities?

  If so, since I have not disable the software of my dead drive (which I can't access now anyway) - how can I disable it now? I don't see any option to do it on my online account.

  Can someone advise please.

  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so if you wait for the week to get their attention, you can install and activate as long that you had only activation one used so far.  When they reset the activations you can reactivate again later (or turn off the new one yourself before chatting with them).

  Would it not be possible to try CS6 Design & Web Premium for 30 days, then try CS6 Master Collection for an additional period of 30 days?

  Vikrant is right.  You can try each request for a trial period of 30 days.  So if you downloaded CS6 Design, you could not download Web Premium because there a lot of these same applications it contains.

  Since there are so many applications inside each suite, it is hard to try them all within a period of 30 days.

  Two opportunities to spread your inquiries on more than 30 days

  1. Download a suite, then download the remaining applications individually thereafter
  2. Download each request individually for most of the time flexibility

  Looks like you may have installed creative cloud and run CS6 from there. Please see this link:

  If you completed a trial and want more creative cloud, you must uninstall it, run the cleanup tool, and then reinstall your CS6.

• How can I change my CS6 Master Collection when the "Update" function is grayed out?

  I bought a used iMac (mid-2009) in 2012/13. It had pre-installed CS6 Master Collection. I thought I was getting updates for the software, but I'm wrong apparently. I have to update the applications to meet the requirements of security and anti-fraud PCI/DSS for my B & B business. If I don't respect I can't use my machine credit card to take payments from customers. In each application, the "Update" function is grayed out, then how can I update the software? Adobe support is the only place where I can get an answer on the Forums. I bought and for more than 20 years of Adobe products used but no serial number doesn't appear in my Adobe ID

  If the software is installed with an opportunity machine that was purchased, the software is not for you unless that seller officially transferred ownership of the procedure defined in the information below.

  I found an ad on craigslist for a person who sells a copy of the CS6 Master Collection. I was going to meet but then saw that you can only download on 2 computers and cannot be used simultaneously. When I expressed this concern to the seller, he claimed that there the pro edition and that is not the case. He claims he gets 3 downloads and that I would be the last download and it might apply directly to me. Is this the case? I read online that you would have to do a license transfer if you buy from someone. I'm afraid of getting ripped off, I am a student and do not have a lot of money to spend, but need this software for my studies. What should I do?

  If it smells like fish... it's fishy... and it smells more fish.  A single user license allows only two active facilities.  Software is registered to a person, the owner.  If the plan so that the seller must maintain the software and the use of it by pretending to sell you a part of this license... walk and don't look back.

  If you sell a license a formal transfer, which must take place there.

  Chat support told me that i can upgrade my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).

  They told me to contact phone sale, the first lady said to me, it is possible and that I will get a nice discount - but she has a problem with his computer - so I need to talk to someone else.

  But 'he' told me that I can't upgrade because they only have ONE option in the upgrade of the system to the creative cloud!

  Can you confirm this?

  The thing is, the CC & CS 6 are available in the future (see the adobe Web site) so I think something's wrong here...

  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

  Why can I upgrade CS5.5 Design Premium or CS5 CS6 Master Collection, but not CS6 Design Premium? Is there really no way to upgrade within the same version?

  One of my new designers must do the work of video production. I'd rather pay $1 049 to upgrade his suite instead of $999 to buy the standalone After Effects. Any chance it is actually an upgrade path, but not one that appears in the Control Panel upgrade?
