  It's actually a bit more complicated to do than of simply by clicking a button. Is there a particular reason you want to uninstall OE? It mgith be easier to leave and have Outlook 2007 works as your main e-mail program.

  Yes, you can uninstall the old version because the new version would be much more to work on. But my recommendation is to work on the CS6 version for a while until what you are familiar with the new updates.
