Removal of updates to victory in the list option?

Is there a way to eliminate the updates of windows as an option in the list? I use Win 7.

Hello

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your time.

If you are offered an option Update that you want to install, you can simply right click and select Hide update and it will appear not on the list the next time that you use the update service. If you find that you don't want, simply select restore hidden updates.

To hide an update in Windows Update, follow these steps:

a. open Windows Update.
b. in Windows Update, select the Windows Live Essentials.
c. then right click and select "hide update".
d. predict the action when prompted by User Account Control.

Sincerely,

Ankit Rajput

    The malicious software removal tool does not use an installer. As a general rule, when you run the malicious software removal tool, it creates a temporary directory named at random on the root of the drive of the computer. This directory contains several files, and it includes the Mrtstub.exe file. Most of the time, this folder is automatically deleted after the tool to the end of execution or the next time that you start the computer. However, this folder may not always be automatically deleted. In these cases, you can manually delete this file, and this has no adverse effect on the computer.

    Visit the Microsoft Solution Center and antivirus security for resources and tools to keep your PC safe and healthy. If you have problems with the installation of the update itself, visit the Microsoft Update Support for resources and tools to keep your PC updated with the latest updates.

  • Malicious software removal tool update problems the last few months. Suspended for a very long time. Vista Home Premium 32 bit SP2

    Hello

    The last 3 months when the download and installation of my updates for Windows Vista, it gets stuck for hours on the malicious software removal tool. I have to cancel it. Restart the computer and reinstall. Then he moved very well and quickly according to historical updates. Last month, it was really difficult to cancell it well. He finally got through it. Here is a little history on my machine. I'm very very well with this computer. Each week, I do disk Cleanup, then defrag with diskeeper, virus scan with Microsoft Security Essentials. And every six months, I run a very large disk check and I said to correct errors and try to fix bad sectors. More than 3 years, I only had 2 minor bluescreens. I always make sure I have all my products Microsoft put updated. When I first got this computer I had a guy I.T. (a neighbor) out of the box and clean all the useless garbage out of it and it partitioned the hard drive. More than 3 years, he managed as a champion. Always very fast and all.

    I hope that I'm not the only person having problems with this. Just start with the month of June, then July, then August.

    P.S. I have 2 laptops running XP sp3, one is 9 years old and the other is 11 years old, he had 2000 top PRO, but I just put XP sp3 on it last month. They run too much like fields. I take good care of my computers with a little help from my friend IT. They have the same programs as this one and I do the same things to them, but they do not have this same problem with the release of the MSRT tool. Which leads me to think that it is specific to Vista only, I have a Windows 7 computer yet, so I can't speak for seven.

    Any suggestions or ideas? We are scratching our heads on this one.

    Thank you in advance for your time and help

    Your misguided use of registry cleaners could have caused this behavior! If you ever think that your registry database must be cleaned, repaired, amplified, to the point, cured, twisted, fixed or optimized (it isn't), read http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=28099 and draw your own conclusions.

    I have advanced and deleted the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB959209) x 86 update

    Well, when I conducted an audit of updates, that is returned. So I downloaded.

    Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB959209) x 86

    It causes problems that shows the update twice in the list?

    Ignore what you see in the history of the update. As KB959209 appears only once in theinstalled updates, you're good.

  • new set of camera with v4 profiles added to the list of options in camera of calibration

    Hello!

    I'm shooting with a Nikon D300s and I was using 8 elements and Camera Raw 5.5 (included in item 8) to process my photos for two years now. Since today, when in Camera raw, I now see a new set of camera with v4 profiles added to the list options in camera of calibration. As for example "camera D2X Mode 1 v4, v4 of landscape of the camera, camera neutral v4 etc...) From whence they came (they weren't there the last time about 2 days ago, I opened elements) and how are they different? They just increase the list and disturb my work flow.

    Is there a setting that has been changed? But I do not remember making any change. It me indeed puzzle.

    Thanks for the help

    These would have been added by an update to plug in Camera Raw. Each is an alternate interpretation of the raw data. We get these profiles of the manufacturer, then it means that put Nikon to update their profiles and we distribute them. Probably, you wouldn't be able to seems not much difference between the older version and the new version of the profile.

    These profiles are just files on the computer, and if you really just want to do the cleaning in the list, you can remove the extra copies. They are stored here:

    Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera\Nikon D300S

    Win Vista/7: C:\Program Data\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera\Nikon D300S

    Macintosh: HD/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Camera Raw / CameraProfiles / photo/Nikon D300S camera

    I recommend keep v4 files, because these are the latest versions.

    Hi all

    Hello

    Ok...

    1 - first of all, I created a new list template (through the shared components, lists) based on a copy of the existing model "Vertical unordered list with bullets" - I called a "vertical non ordered list» new with chips with comments I changed only TWO parameters in this new model:

    Current model list:

    <li><a href="#LINK#">#TEXT#</a> <span style="color:red">#A01#</span></li>

    Model list associated:

    <li><a href="#LINK#" style="color:#A01#">#TEXT#</a> <span style="color:red">#A01#</span></li>

    2 - I've updated my entries of the list to include text in the 'User-defined attributes' parameter number 1

    3 - I have edited the list definition to use my new model

    4. I also made sure my region of the page that contains the list using this new model - either by setting the model list to substitute "- use of the list template -" or "vertical unordered list with bullets with comments.

    And that's all I've done

  • 20.0.1 updated: right click on the page displays all THE menu options, many (all?) don't work, no 'view page source', not 'open in a new tab '.

    After 20.0.1 a few hours ago, click Update right displays all THE menu options, do not work a lot (all?), as 'view page source', 'open in a new tab' etc etc.

    To clarify, this happens if you have the active Firebug 1.10.6 addon.
    You can fix it by updating to the version of Firebug 1.11.2

    Here's how:
    Go to your add-ons Manager, right-click on the Firebug add-on and select 'Find updates'.

    Hope that helps.

  • Select the list

    using an element from the selection list with a sql statement to the LOV.

    I want to display (for example using emp) ename (employee name), but back to the page-item the empno.

    Select ename, empno from emp order by 1 r d

    what I see on the drop-down list is the ename and fills the page element is also the not the empno ename

    This is the expected behavior (if so what is the second entry in the selection list for?)?

    ebenwalker wrote:

    the behavior we are trying to achieve is that the user selects the name but the page fills up with the empno and the user sees the empno.  Perhaps no one expected behavior?   (don't have not implemented those fields in the table)

    I think that I misunderstood what follows in the original post:

    what I see on the drop-down list is the ename and fills the page element is also the not the empno ename

    I took this means that the name was displayed in the select list and has been stored in the status column value / session. This clearly shows not the case in the HTML code generated for the control above.

    You seem to want the control to display the selected option value, but present the content of the list option when activated. In this case, Yes, the behavior that you expect is certainly not provided by standard selection list control (if I am now actually understand this and expect this selection and display behavior to occur in a single command).

    The standard command with behavior more closely matches the one described is a Popup LOV with field of entries of configuration Enterable, Show and store return value, as in This example added to your application.

  • Using the API to control the visibility option drop-down list

    We have by using a web service to generate an interview of a modules. The modules a drop lists in which the drop down options are linked to attributes of visibility down. Our question is: How do access us these properties of visibility in the API?

    We found an optionliste with the signature method: IsVisible (entityInstance, InterviewSession session InterviewEntityInstance). We do not know what is InterviewEntityInstance or how to use it.

    Are we on track?

    Thank you.

    Hello

    Yes, you are on the right track. Unfortunately, this part of the API is much finer grain than is really desirable, it takes a bit of work to evaluate the expression of visibility. Basically the code in order to evaluate the visibility attribute looks like:

           //this code assumes the variable 'ctrl' is the AttributeInputControl to which the list options are attached
           InterviewEntityInstance entityInstance = new InterviewEntityInstance(ctrl.getRawEntityId(), ctrl.getRawEntityInstanceName());
           InterviewSession session = ctrl.getScreen().getInterviewSession();

            List options = ctrl.getListOptions();

            for(Object o : options){
                ListOption opt = (ListOption)o;
                boolean visible = opt.isVisible(entityInstance, session);

                //Do something
            }

    There is also a known issue that assess the visibility of the list of options for the controls on a screen entity collect will cause an exception. 10.2 this issue has been addressed and the API has been simplified to ListOption.isVisible ().

    Thank you
    Kristy
