• How to remove the Mozilla support account?

  Greetings,

  Because I do not Support of Mozilla, I would like to delete my account, but it seems there is no option for this. So, I would ask the admin of this site to permanently delete my account.

  As a moderator, I am able to disable your account immediately, but the actual process of deleting your account (anonymization all information) may take a week or two because of the heavy workload of Admins.

  HP dear supporters,

  I have a HP ENVY x 360 laptop with Win 8.1 operating system. He writes that plugged in, not charging. This laptop has a non-removable battery. I read the forums and advice but neither solved my problem.

  I tried to close, plug off, wait, plug in, turn on, without result.

  I also tried to uninstal in Device Manager the baterries, then restart the laptop, without result.

  I also tried the fix for the problem with HP Support Assistant, digitization of the battery and he writes that my battery is ok, but then "unknown".

  I tried to download updates, no results due to "unknown".

  I'm not able to solve the problem of my laptop and I wouldl ike to ask for your help.

  To remove the icon from the taskbar:

  Open HP Support Assistant, select "Updates and the updates of." Click on "Other settings" at the bottom left, then uncheck the taskbar options in the section "How do you want to be informed?

  I'm trying to remove the sand of my 21 slate to fit a wall mounting bracket. I removed the two screws according to the manual, but not the wil stand out. I applied a reasonable amount of pressure but don't want to damage the slate.

  Hello boneybear.

  From my experience, you will need to pull firmly. I suggest to do this way:

  1. Place slate upside down on a soft surface to the top of the computer to you.
  2. Since you already have the removed screws, lift the support bracket with one hand, place the other hand against the back of the computer.
  3. Pull the stand up well clear.

  Firefox gets the second files two police in each case. Because Firefox does not support the .eot format, these two policies will not work in Firefox. Can you try to change the order of these two and see if that helps?

  When I try to burn my Windows Movie Maker project to DVD with Windows DVD Maker I get no such Interface supported after the burning of 1%... Any ideas? I've done several projects and burned on a DVD before without problem.  Have tried to install the new Codex etc, still no luck.  Saved the project on computer and tried to not burn, but still the same, "no such interface took responsibility for' Please help becomes very frustrating.

  In the http://www.adobe.com/support/director/downloads.html , there are new supported for SWF of Flash 8 MX 2004 files. It is large and has been highly anticipated by many users. Unfortunately, I use Director MX (version 9.0) and need support as well. My only option at this point is to convince the Department and upgrade to 2004. It is sad only because there are rumors of a new version of the Director to be released. Does anyone know if I buy now 2004 if the new version will be a free upgrade? Or if there is something I can do to get Flash 8 SWFs to play in MX (version 9.0) until that new version comes out which us will buy.

  Adobe has not released any information on prices for the next
  version of the Director, upgrade or other, so what everyone says
  on this forum about it is purely speculation. But that being said, I would
  very seriously doubt that it would be a free upgrade.

  I have not tried, but you can try to download the update to 10.1 of the
  Adobe site and pull the Flash Asset xtra. Put this in your
  the Xtras folder and it can allow you to work with latest Flash files. Or
  He can't. But it's worth a try. Don't forget to back up all the files that you
  crush, because it may well cause problems.

  I have a request of the ISV who apparently uses macromedia Director, it is supposed to work on mac osx and windows etc. The application is 'Swiss Map' and it is a product of mapping. End of year last impression has stopped working, if you try to print, you will get the basic map, but overlays would be displaced, for cards you would get your way has moved a few hundred meters that effectively makes the useless product. I found that the problem started when I had installed photoshop elements and if I removed/Library/Application Support / Macromedia everything was back to normal.

  Only now it is started again and I already deleted these files, so I'm stumped. My share of s two questions, first and it's one question broad and imprecise, where else would the first cause? And secondly, is there a way to control the execution environment at all? Can I control exactly where this application is looking for components or even just to know for sure. If it were simply executable I would have an idea where to look, but I don't have enough knowledge on macromedia Director to know quite where to start.

  Obviously I connected the problem with people who support this, but I don't think that either they or me any real expectation that they will solve this problem or even be considered worth working on it. Meanwhile, I have a thousand francs for the software that is not fit for purpose and I burn money buy new cards every week.

  It seems that if you are the end user of a product, not the developer.

  If I understand correctly, you contacted the company that developed the product.  They know better than anyone how the printing features and overlay have been implemented.  Perhaps you could suggest they post a question on this forum, giving technical details.  Other developers of Director on this forum will then have a better chance to suggest a solution, rather than to speculate in the dark.

  Among the details that we will need to know are:

  * On what operating system experience you this problem?

  * Have you recently updated or modify the operating system?

  * What regional settings do you use (what country / language)?

  * Version of the Manager was used to create the application?

  (You talk about "Macromedia Director", who is under the age of 6 years and was not designed for the newer operating systems)

  * What is an executable application or an application based on a browser?

  * Should I use a standalone projector or Shockwave projector?

  * What technology is used for printing (PrintOMatic, Flash,...)

  * Are these overlays 3D or 2D?

  * ...?

  If you or the product developer can provide answers to these questions, then we can ask more detailed questions until someone finds a solution.

  Turn the face of the computer down and remove the two screws fixing the CD-ROM

  Turn on the computer to face and open the display. Press towards the Group of CD-ROM drive and disconnect all of CD-ROM drive in the PJ1800 on the system board. Remove the two screws which support CD-ROM of the entire disc CD-ROM. Remove fixing two screws fixing the support side and remove the lateral support.
