Remove pirated software (Portable)

Not so long ago, I had to use After Effects and Premiere Pro for my college course. I went and tried the case cheaper that I could find.

I came across this shop who said he sold AE and PP for a cheap price extremely dirt and they were not fakes. The store owner told me that he was very old stock so the price. I told him that I use a Mac, he told me my computer bootcamp and it will install AE and PP for me, because it has inventory for Windows.

After using it for a while, I realized that the software did not work at height. He lags behind. PP does not export to all media. AE does not work sometimes. Then my PP is not yet functioning.

I tried to check my program files to see if there was a mistake there, and to my horror... there nothing there. After hours of searching on Google, I realized that my software is a portable software, something I've never heard. And it is pirated, too.

Since google has said that mobile software can be uninstalled by simply deleting the folder in which it is, I did it exactly. But I see that there are some cache files lying around, and I deleted those too.

However, I am always worried if there are leftovers of the left of software in my Windows partition. I understand the software might have written in some records or made new folders on my computer, so I want to know how can I remove them completely?

I already bought my authentic copy of Production Premium CS6 for Mac, btw. But I'm a little paranoid to install it. None of the files hacked my Windows partition somehow corrupt or legitimate unlegitimize my software on the Mac partition? Or should I install my legit software now without any fear and treat to remove the files/folders that have been generated by the copy hacked at a later date?

Mac partitions are formatted HFS. Without help, Windows can not read much less write to them, including any malicious tools. And even then the code would not be executed. It would just not compatible in binary format or fail terribly with ' NIX database security management. You're worried for nothing. The worst thing that can happen is a bit dodgy JavaScript in your browser's cache, but that certainly wouldn't come on the side Windows of the things... If you're really worried, just nuke the win partition with Bootcamp and reinstall.

You may have installed ad-injecting malicious software ("adware").

Do not use any type of product, "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" on a Mac. It is never necessary for her, and relying on it for protection makes you more vulnerable to attacks, not less.

    Save all data first.

Some of the most common types of adware can be removed by following the instructions from Apple. But before you follow these instructions, you can try an automatic removal.

If you are not already running the latest version of Mac OS X ("El Capitan"), update or upgrade in the App Store you could adware to automatically remove. If you are already using the latest version of El Capitan, you can still download the current update of the Apple Support downloads page and run it. Still, some types of malware will be deleted, not all. There is no such thing as the automatic removal of all possible malware, either by OS X third party software. That's why you can't rely on software to protect you.

If the malware is deleted in your case, you will still need to make changes to the way you use your computer to protect you from new attacks. Ask if you need advice.

If the malware is not automatically deleted, and you cannot remove yourself by following the instructions from Apple, see below.

This simple procedure to detect any type of adware that I know. Disabling is a procedure distinct and better still.

Some legitimate software is funded by advertising and may display advertisements in its own windows or in a web browser while it is running. It's not malware and it may not appear. In addition, some Web sites display advertising intrusive popup that can be confused with adware.

If none of your web browsers work well enough to carry out these instructions, restart the computer in safe mode. Allows to temporarily disable the malware.

    Step 1

Please triple - click on the line below on this page to select it, and then copy the text to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination:

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents

    In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + v press return. Open a folder named "LaunchAgents", or you will get a notice stating that the file cannot be found. If the file is not found, proceed to the next step.

If the folder opens, press the combination of keys command-2 to select the display of the list, if it is not already selected. Please don't skip this step.

There should be a column in the update Finder window. Click this title two times to sort the content by date with the most recent at the top. If necessary, enlarge the window so that all the content show.

Follow the instructions in this support article under the heading "take a screenshot of a window." An image file with a name starting in 'Screenshot' should be saved to the desktop. Open the capture screen and make sure it is readable. If this isn't the case, capture a small part of the screen indicating that what needs to be shown.

Start a reply to this message. Drag the image file in the editing window downloading. Alternatively, you can include text in the response.

Leave the case open for now.

    Step 2

Do as in step 1 with this line:

    /Library/LaunchAgents

The record which can open up will have the same name but is not the same as in step 1. In this step, the folder does not exist.

    Step 3

    Repeat with this line:

    /Library/LaunchDaemons

This time the file will be called "LaunchDaemons."

    Step 4

Open Safari preferences window and select the tab 'Extensions'. If the extensions are listed, post a screenshot. If there are no extensions, or if you cannot launch Safari, skip this step.

    Step 5

If you use Firefox or Chrome browser, open the list of extensions and do as in step 4.

  • I see a lot of Windows pirated software on the internet.

    Original title: hacking

I was browsing the web this morning and stumbled on what they call "Windows Loader", and to my surprise, I found tons of websites giving detailed instructions on how to download a genuine copy of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and even Windows 8, and then how to activate the free.

Why Microsoft does not make something on these activities?

The movie and music industries have been very successful to close these sites that distribute movies and songs of copy right.

What is Microsoft actually allows to do? If it stops these web sites, these people prefer to use Apple or Linux. Yes may thus allows this to happen and makes its statistics higher OS. Microsoft is also especially make money OEMS and enterprise customers. Sold at retail is not much more than a profit anyway.

    What do you think?

    Charles.

    Hello

Microsoft is not unaware of piracy. Windows is probably the most pirated software on the planet.

Sites that encourage piracy are usually in countries where laws are not as stringent as those in other countries. This makes it much more difficult to stop the pirates.

  • Is there a way to remove the software iSCSI 10W?

We have helped the software iSCSI adapter, add 'Vitrtual Switch' and 'Port group' for iSCSI testing.

Now, we have already deleted the virtual switch and would like to know if it is possible to remove the software iSCSI adapter?

OR Alternatively, we can leave the adapter software there without deleting?

You can remove the software iscsi adapter by disabling everything first. Under the SWiscsi adapter > properties > configure > disable activated.

After that, the server will request a reboot for the change.

After this restart, swiSCSI adapter would have been automatically deleted.

  • Cannot remove malicious software toolbars

My husband has foolishly agreed all downloads and now there malicious software toolbars. I tried everything I could find to remove them, but can't get rid of them. They don't show up under control panel - uninstall Firefox - Addons or Firefox - Extensions. I searched my hard drive for files that support pages told me to pick up, but none of them are there.

    I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with Firefox 37.0.2. I tried:

1: execution of malware, viruses, spyware, adware programs etc. Nothing found. Here's what I ran:

    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware free
    SuperAntispyware Portable Scanner
    Microsoft safety scanner
    Anti-Rootkit utility - TDSSKiller
    AdwCleaner
    SpyHunter
    Hitman Pro

    2: I have reset firefox.

3: I ran Adblock, NoScript and started Firefox in Mode safe. No help.

4: I did a search here and did all the steps in each section. None of the permits.

I tried so many things that I can't even remember all. I've attached a screen capture, smart toolbars.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be harder to detect as
    the cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however, you must also run
the regular windows when you can.
