  In looking at Start > computer > Manage > storage > Disk Management (q) does not appear while all other disks are listed.

  With the help of Jv16 Power Tools 2014 to search the drive (q) it just says "Directory does not exist."

  Digging further, I found the registry under HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices\ watch? \VOLUME{ff00752d-F6E4-11E2-853d-002564e38f71}

  That same volume appears in hundreds of Warning Messages in the start menu > computer > Manage > system tools > event viewer > Windows Logs > request as a VSS 12348 warning.  In some cases there are two second VSS in the same warning messages.

  How to fixed the problem?  Fictitious (q) hard drive may be removed or deleted?  The registry entry should be deleted?  My guess is that a program is trying to access all mounted devices that triggers the VSS warning.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Thank you very much, the problem disappeared after the reference, but with a slight difference.  I have been using Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium for a few months.  Looking at the Uninstall list, I found three ad for Microsoft Office, two for the 2010 version.  I uninstalled both versions 2010 and everything is fine now.  The Q drive disappeared.

• Problem with deployment on Simulator ("program file does not exist")

  I use ORACLE 11g R2 & RHEL 5 DB.
  
  My task of bottom line is I want to send an AWR & ADDM report by mail to myself and the other members of my team all the hours for a particular user. I did a procedure for the same thing. When I perform this procedure from the sys user then it is run successfully and we even receive emails with attachments well. When I try to run this procedure from the particular user, it gives me the following error: -.
  
  "ORA-13605: the ADDM:1987121644_4118 of task or a specified object does not exist for the current user."
  
  When I explored my procedure, I found that the error was in the query that is used to generate the report of the ADDM. The same query within an enforcement procedure s successfully with the sys user, but not in the other user. The query is as below: -.

  The two directories (in the extensions directory and maps project directory) have permissions to 777.

  But you gave me an idea...

  It turns out that simply by putting

  "Packages".

  in setting output wasn't enough, I need the full path

  for example: "/ Users/username/RippleSites/Maps/packed."

  This message can be considered "solved!" I was finally able to remove the program with the HP disk. I tried to reinstall (overwrite) the program, but I received a message that the installer has detected that the program is already installed. I wanted to try it manually, so I 'opened' the disc, you click on "setup" and received the same message. At this point, I was ready to try anything and noticed the "Launcher" icon and thought, what the heck, can't hurt to try at this stage, so I clicked it. I wasn't expecting the screen, I had, who said that it would be to uninstall the program. I thought it was too good to be true and easy way (after all), but after that it's over, I checked my Add/Remove programs and my 'problem' program was gone.

  Thought I would post this so anyone who might encounter the same problem can try this.

  Uninstall succeeded.  However, references to them are still show in Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.

  I checked in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall but these scriptures are not in this list.

  I need to create a program to remove an entry in the ARP table in Windows 7 with LabVIEW and TestStand.  The test that I develop contacts ESA via Ethernet.  Each HAD has the same IP address at the beginning but different MAC addresses.  I note that there may be long delays in test is running when you try to connect and remove the previous entry in the ARP table seems to help.  But now I have to do it manually through the command line.  The command 'arp d' requires elevated privileges.  I had a hard time getting LabVIEW to raise the system exec.  Does anyone have an ideas?   We have suffered from various problems of connection-performance TCP a few years ago and our solution was to change the default number of TCP sockets and delays (we knew port exhaustion). The tweeks eliminated most of our problems, no changes to code LV/TS not required.

  I tried to find info on ARP parameters for Windows 7, but it seems that there is much less info available that ther is for XP.

  Key words of the most common registry for older versions of Windows have been 'ArpCacheLife' and 'ArpCacheMinReferencedLife.

  Go to "Configure the network management" and then check the DNS - hostname Configuration. Watch mine 'localhost' for a new installation and correspond to what is displayed in the GUI.

  To be on the safe side, its probably wise to take a copy of the template before changing.

  You should never uninstall an application by going to C:\Program Files and simply delete the application folder.

  If there is no link "Uninstall" in the entry of the application in the start menu > all programs, you must uninstall it by going to control panel > Add / Remove programs.  Select the application and click the "Uninstall" button

  Sometimes, you must stop the application before you uninstall it.  This is the case with iMesh.  See--> http://support.imesh.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/28/0/uninstall--install

  Well that does not mention the body of your question by using the control panel > Add / Remove Programs, the subject line is.  So, if in fact you tried that method and iMesh is not listed there, then either

  Reinstall iMesh and see if it then appears in Control Panel > Add / Remove programs

  or

  Free download Revo Uninstaller.  Stop iMesh as described and then use Revo to uninstall.
