Remove the Focus in the Spry Widgets (I think)

I'm new to Spry widgets and noting that he is a boring (in Safari) highlight of selections to the accordion and the tab panels. I watched this and apparently she called Focus and accessibility (I think)?... but it's just horrible-looking and boring to me.

How can I remove this please?

Also... I have trouble finding the CSS rule to change the color of the tab selected in the TabPanel. It seems I have only an exit status and a stationary State, but not a State selected as with the accordion.

Just added a few new spry widgets to "My Widgets" in Adobe Widget Browser. All the instructions say I should be able to access these new widgets by: Insert > Widget >... Problem is, there is no option 'widget' in my control panel "insert" CS4. Widgets only I have access are preloaded into the Insert toolbar.
If they are in "my widgets" in the Widget browser, then they should also be loaded into my Dreamweaver CS4, right? Where are they?

The button Widget is available at DWCS5.

But you can add the code manually. After getting the widget that interested in your collection of my Widget, click to preview. Now, click on the 'Save Widget Files' button (at the bottom of the view) to save the widget files to a folder on your site. One of the files that is stored in the file is a sample page that shows the widget working with the content of the sample. I was experimenting with the spry widgets, and I noticed that when you clicked on the widget, or it became active, he created a strange and rather annoying axes line around him. does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Look at the Accordion widget on the right. When it is idle, it is superb and is pleasantly combined. Once you click on it, or start using it, it develops an odd line. How can I get rid of the ground line?
Which is caused by the tabIndex attribute. The goal is to define a tab

Spry Widget Collapsible Panel / accordion make arrows
Using Spry widets, I've got a working Collapsible Panel that is doing very well. I would like to create an arrow down left a water main subject when the accordion / panel is open. I would like to have the arrow points to the right (not turned down) when the accordion / panel is closed. How do you do that? It is in the CSS? If so, create it as a background image? I can't understand how this is done. Video of the video workshop called using Spry Widgets shows thereby, but don't explain 'how'.

BTW: I looked over the spry widgets videos in the video workshop and went on the sample of the project, but still do not see how they have implemented the arrow pointing downwards in the CSS. It diesn appear as an image file in the images folder and it does not appear in the styles that I see. Is this really the example project used in the video? Could someone check this out to see if it is really the right project used in the example file. I get an undefined when XML tring to view the example page 06_spyr_widgets.htm (the one used in the demo), when you try to view in a browser. Is there a required server configuration, that you need to set? Import the site went smooth, but viewing the page in a browser throws errors not defined using IE 7.

Thanks for the example. I finally thought to it. I finally found the image in the tutorial too... it is not in the pictures folder... it is in a folder called 'i' (Yes, a letter). To the inside of this folder is a folder called "nav" and the image is there. There are two States for the arrow. Go to the file CSS Spry, I found two States for the arrow. The answer is that everything is done in CSS with a background image and swap the image in the background as I guessed. The main lines are:

background-image: url(path/image.gif);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: left 50%;

If you have a factory installation, you can reload from c:\swtools\apps\MMCfto.

It should be a setup.cmd file and / or setup.brt, try running those, (one at a time of course). It may seem that nothing is happening for 3-4 minutes, but should work. A member has renamed the .brt .exe file and it worked for them.

Highlights around the selected tab (spry widget) in chrome and safari

I created by meni tabs in Dreamweaver CS5 using the spry Panel tabs widget. All good but when tab is selected in Chrome and Safari destructive of some highlights will appear as in sreenshot. Can I control who and how.

Removing the widget breaks ability to paw through the elements

I inherited a project of Captivate that I have to go back and to make changes to make it compatible 508 (aka accessible for people with hearing, sight, etc.). One of the biggest complaints we have received has been the fact that there is no way to control the volume, I went and added the volume slider widget to the master slide.
This worked well, until we learned that the volume slider widget was not accessible to the screen reader software and we need another solution. So, I removed the slider and added two forms intelligent to act as volume up/down buttons. Unfortunately, apparently intelligent forms are also not accessible to the screen reader, and worse, it is that remove the volume slider appears to break the ability to paw through non-interactive elements of the slides - a key component of accessibility.
Add the cursor backwards seems to fix things, but it is a really weird problem, and I don't want to be locked in to what this cursor, because it is not 508 accessible. Anyone know how I could take to remove without breaking the rest of the project? And, more important still, you know anyway to add the volume control which is 508 compliant?

I think that your customer could be "by drawing a long bow" suggest that their definition of control means that you also have the volume of the audio controlled in e-learning rather than, as you noted, allowing just the audio volume is controlled by the device or the PC on which it is displayed.

I tend to feel that more designers of e-learning would be thinking "control" of the media includes the option to start playback, pause, resume, etc.. Otherwise, no control also be analyze as meaning keyboard actions should also be able to change the height, width, image format, brightness, color, etc. etc. Where is the limit?

At any given time you draw a line so DEFINE what control actually includes or does NOT include.

I have personally seen no reference in 508 documents related to e-learning which says, it must include the ability to control the volume. That's why I asked for a referral link, just in case it is now required some changes to the laws.

I would like to push back on this one. Customers can not always get what they want just because they ask for it.

Remove the spacing between the buttons of Menu Widget - Muse CC 2015

I seem to have found a slight problem with deletion of the spacing or gutters between the buttons of menu widget.
I add a widget menu at design time either horizontal or a vertical menu.
Remove the border of each button and then I'm going to change the gutters to put the buttons close together so that there is no space between them, but the parameters and the values of gutter do not allow me.
For some reason any gutter V is always grayed out and cannot be changed and the gutter H is set to zero, but there is still a gap between the buttons horizontally
Is there a way to remove Vertical and Horizontal gutter now?

Right then I was told that I'm going about this all wrong.

What I do is not use the menu button and try to change the values of the gutter, but instead, I have to select the menu it self and then change the values of the gutter.
I think it's the same for the kids meals don't click the button but select the menu rather than change the gutter to zero values.

Hello. You did one thing very problem by removing a drop of menus in Dreamweaver. Now I just have a plugins is not suitable or must pay for use... If I were a very important client, would require the immediate to return the spry assets.

The Spry menus are terrible. You may not use them. That's why Adobe abandoned in 2012. There is no chance of returning. Here are some free alternatives that you can use.

After Update February 2013, I can't delete the last picture from Adobe on the slideshow widget standard more? Anyone has any idea how?

I think you are referring to the third stock photo in a slideshow of base that you are unable to delete since the upgrade to 4.0?

If this is the case, try to browse to the image by clicking on the ">" (next) link mode creation; Select the image of hero and press DELETE to remove completely the third remove the slide show. You can also double-click the hero image to select the particular picture and press DELETE that would make the third blank slide and you should be able to place a new image.

If the above does not help, try reseating the basic slideshow widget or use the blank slide show which does not contain images of the reserve.

Why does the drop with a Spry Widget 2.0 last two taps to turn on iPad?

I have the 2.0 Menu pretty well composed Spry in the way I want it. When the user clicks on the menu item from an iPad or iPhone also, however, press the drop-down menu twice to make it work. All the menu items work very well on the first tap except those that have a menu drop-down. Is there a way to get the drop of pop and work on the first valve of an iPad? Here is the code of this aid.

Well, I was able to find a work around for a post in the forum a similar problem. Here's what they have posted and it worked for me. I just hope this does not break anything else.

Change the lines above the lines on the bottom.

I was able to actually understand the other night. I needed to change that:

remove the borders mx:TextInput (focus)

I have this TextInput element that I want to use without its borders. I can remove the borders, but when I click in the textfield it gets orange borders.
So the question is how to remove these borders when the TextInput element has focus?

I know this has been asked before and I was able thorugh positions day after day trying to figure out their but I don't encounter any chance at all.
Would be grateful someone in the know by looking at my code and pointing me in the right direction...
I have an admin section of my site, which contains 8 Spry tabs, each containing a form that I can sue for update my database. I try to get the "Submit" button to get to the tab I was working on that but so far, either get returnd to the default page or the tabs stop working... Each separate tab will have its own application and up to this impossible to get even a to work . Can someone advise please... code below for my admin page. The code I inserted about the Spry tabs, I placed here "BOLD"...

The Spry URLUtils work only with the values passed by the query string. If you have data for insertion into a database, you must use the POST method.

The simple way to do what you want is to put a hidden field in each of your forms indicating the number of tab (starting from 0). For example, put it in the form in the second tab:

How can I remove the 'Edit' button after deletion of the widgets screen in iOS 10?

I downgraded just installed iOS 10.0.2. A terrible free - almost as bad as i_Tunes 12 - perhaps worse. I would like to know if someone has found a way to get rid of the icon of the button change which is now like a zit in the middle of what was a screen fully functional widgets before it got crowded with icons of Fisher-Price my little pony (which I deleted it). Thank you.

I'm guessing that Edit button immediately beneath the last widget. So if you have no active widgets it's going to be in the middle of the screen ready for the user to add widgets. If you have disabled all the widgets I don't know why you would go there anyway.
