Remove the welcome of Firefox window at startup.
Whenever I start Firefox the welcome of Firefox window starts only with the window, I want as my home page. The Welcome to Firefox window isn't in my default home page. If anyone can help.
There is no home page in Firefox for Android. That being said there is a way to get the same effect.
- Make sure that the page is in your history
- Type in the address bar
- Locate the history item
- Prolonged pressure on the history item
- Select "add to home screen '.
- Use this bookmark shortcut to launch Firefox.

As I said in my question, why the Welcome to Firefox keep opening in addition to my normal start page. It started when I upgraded my Firefox and it IS PRETTY BORING! Also I am not able to erase the history or the restoration of previous session.
Hi mjp80538,
You should look at this article on this specific issue and Preferences not savedarticle. It should give you all the information you need!
If this does not work:
- Enter about: config in the address bar
- Click I'll be careful, I promise you if prompted
- In the filter field, type Startup
- Double click on startup.homepage_override_url
- Delete the text string, and then click OK
- Close Firefox and reopen the window to check that it worked.
Hope this helps!

Hi Bigboy316,
The video offered by Murphy will work, but you'll need Reshacker: http://www.devhood.com/tools/tool_details.aspx?tool_id=420 to do so. It's actually quite easy and foolproof, simply follow the steps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Tv_vjQd7Rc&NR=1&feature=fvwp

Remove the address bar in Windows 7 Explorer
Hello
I'm trying to completely remove the address bar in Windows 7 during the exploration of the files. I spent most of the day looking for a way to do this without success. I found the NoNavBar and NoAddressBar registry settings, but those that appear to work only for older versions of windows and I found a way to disable the breadcrumbs, but I want to remove the bar completely. Does anyone know of the registry tweak or the file that I needed to change it before you completely remove? In Windows XP , it's as simple as unchecking the box to the address at the top bar.
Blessings.
Hi Mattya2006,
You can not delete the address bar of Windows Explorer for Windows 7, this is the design.
You can use your favorite search engine to find any third-party tool that will help you accomplish what you want.
Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.
Hope this information is useful.

Here you go:
- Control Panel
- Network and sharing Center
- Manage wireless networks.
- Right click on the wireless network unwanted.
- Delete
Also note that since there is a network problem, a Forum that focuses on networking would be a better place to ask this question. This forum addresses issues of Windows security. -

FoxyTunes is long gone, but the list is not going to disappear. I used Safe Mode to remove the offending registry keys possible. I tried using the Microsoft tool for this, but do not '28 character code' for Foxy Tunes. I would like this list missing, especially due to the fact that to try to remove Firefox "misbehave." If it is too obsessive INYHO, please tell. Also you could provide the code for 28 character for Foxytunes, I could try the Microsoft tool.
Problem solved! At a Microsoft forum, a competent contributor recommended theRevo Uninstaller program. It worked perfectly. One caveat - it allows the user to remove registry keys. It must be checked in a box, so there will be no inadverdent mistake, but those who have not worked in the registry keys must be very careful
