  Im a noob to dreamweaver please bear with me while I try to explain this to you guys.

  IM designing a website and I need to keep the background image in a fixed position, so that when you resize the Explorer it doesn't move and stays in the place you want according to the homepage. For example the adobe forums who we are, when you resize the window, the background does not move, but extends to the place, letting the checkerd design where it is next to the page, except that I need that on both sides. (For example, gametrailers.com, resizing, it leaves beside the page designs.

  I can't really explain much more of that, I just need the background image to remain fixed behind the page, and I have no idea how do, not to mention that the method or style is called so I can't search for tutorials. Sorry if I used termanoligy evil or anything, really new to this.

• Removing XML element does not

  I am loading an XML file and I need to remove an item. I use the method of 'Remove a child' with a node to invoke but it doesn't work at all and throws no error.

  I have access to the item I want to remove so I get a reference to its parents through the property of 'Parent '. I then use the reference to the parent with the child 'remove' invoke node.

  

  There is no error thrown at all. Here's the XML code and which is highlighted in red is the part that I'm trying to delete.

  

  If the item highlighted in red is the element which we find the parent and try to remove it. It may be important to note that I was looking at the XML nodes of element had via the 'Get' for debugging XML to invoke the node and the XML mapped to what it should be. The value XML parent node has been the element with the name "Test TD2" and the child was the XML code highlighted in red. For some reason, it just does not remove the XML at all.   This message can be considered "solved!" I was finally able to remove the program with the HP disk. I tried to reinstall (overwrite) the program, but I received a message that the installer has detected that the program is already installed. I wanted to try it manually, so I 'opened' the disc, you click on "setup" and received the same message. At this point, I was ready to try anything and noticed the "Launcher" icon and thought, what the heck, can't hurt to try at this stage, so I clicked it.   First, click on the link below and download the appwiz.cpl file, save it to your desktop. Right-click on the file and choose copy.
