Rendering of chronology gives just straight up
It's really the only way I can describe it.
It's happened before and it was resolved by deleting some files in the Program Files folder. A representative from Adobe told me how to do it, but I don't remember what the file or where he was.
What happens is I put a timeline to restore (sequence-> make in out) and it will make very well for a little while. Then he gives just straight up. The "time remaining" in the rendering of window keeps going upward and upward, but just rendering progress bar is sitting there.
While it renders very well, my CPU shows that it works (70-80% of use) and my RAM. When the first decides to "give up" and then my CPU goes back to normal speed (10%) and nothing happens. Premiere Pro has not frozen. I can cancel make it every time, but it does not just return. It gives just straight up. It is the only way to really describe.
What is the problem here? How should I do?

Series Samsung 256 GB SSD 840
My project folder and associated video files are on a Toshiba 1 TB USB 3.0 external hard drive.

Change--> preferences--> Media--> own.
Just had to clear my cache of media and it worked. I knew that it was something to do with cleaning cache or something.
Just remember that in the future. "Have you tried it turning on and off again? Yet another flaw troubleshooting step.

If my export setting is exactly the same as my timeline setting, why can't I just export that what without having to convert all over again in a new file? I always use a custom sequence, with Cineform as the preview format. They are good enough to use for export without worrying about the generational loss, and they are pretty quick return in the order as well.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

Qosmio F30 boot not just straight up
Since yesterday end my Qosmio F30 just blue has decided to close then started a boot loop.
Now it just won't start upward.I managed to get data off in safe mode with network yesterday. But now, I can't even start or in the bios to assign another disk to boot from.
The screen comes up with the Qosimo logo then everything goes black.
I find myself with the lights on three power on but no action HD at all.Clues?

If you are not able to access the BIOS or if you are not able to boot from the CD/DVD drive, then I guess the material serious error causing this problem!
A hint; You n t need to access the BIOS to change the boot order to boot from another device. If you want to boot from the CD/DVD drive, then just press the C button immediately after booting the laptop. This should allow the STRANGE start but it will work only if the motherboard is ok
Believe me, we can only speculate on the hardware problem
To me, it sounds like a failure of MB, but who knows? :|Therefore, it would be advisable to contact the ASP in your country for assistance technicians should check the laptop without a doubt.

my computer freezes just straight up. Why?
Just my Windows 7 computer hangs in the it environment. I made a misonconfig.exe and went through of remedies I found online, but nothing helped.
Well that's fine. I will continue to follow this thread incase something happens with it. As I said lock up issues are difficult, can be very well now, but a beginning of week again. I certainly am crossing my fingers well!

I just installed the updates more than 75 for XP and now I can't use 'help' - I just get the error messages like 'bad parameter '. By clicking on the icons in the Panel do nothing important examples: administrative tasks, network and remote access connections. Advanced option under Display\Settings\Advanced not display the options installed with graphics card driver/software. I can't troubleshoot without 'help' HELP! TIA!

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows. Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) won't fix this!

Well my pc sleeps properly the problem is when I press the power button to wake up to the top the power turns on and the green lights are on but it sends no signal to the monitor, so all I get is the black screen and the only way to put it back on is to make a vigorous reboot by pressing the Start button. either way, I have Home Basic windows installed on the same pc and I didn't have this problem, now I have windows home edition premium with service pack 2 and installed all available updates. any suggestions?

Uninstall Ad-Aware problems and who need 'permission' to delete its folder
I have Windows Vista SP2; Internet Explorer 9, automatic update on everything. I tried to uninstall lavasoft Ad-Aware since I have Microsoft Security Essentials and should not have 2 antivirus programs face. Lavasoft using "Uninstall" and then restart, I discovered that nothing was missing. So I have one of the 2 programs removed manually in Control Panel. When I tried to removong the other. a small window pops up telli me "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed"! Overall the program is STILL in my computer, so I tried to delete the entire folder (must have 1000 files!), but pops up a window saying that I need permission to remove these! I'm way over my head get "approval" when I do not understand how to explain all the advice and rules; Looks like gobbledygook! Can someone walk me through eliminating the files in the folder (can it be done in 1 shot?) and uninstalling this stubborn program? Right now (03:14) I'm willing to give just straight up, but don't not before giving up hope someone will come again to my rescue! Thanks for the help!

And I can assume that you tried to uninstall by clicking and clicking on uninstall?If Yes to both...

Setting up VPN - RV042 v3 issues
Hi guys,.
I just bought a version of Cisco/Linksys RV042 3 and having difficulty getting my Macbook Pro running IPSecuritas to establish a VPN tunnel.
I get a message "Error - IKE - no message should be encrypted" in the journal of connection IPSecuritas. It will keep retrying which results in the same error. Finally, it gives just straight up.
I'm sure that I have the settings on the router and configured in the same way Macbook of VPN end.

I have a storm on the Vodafone UK network with the latest version of the software installed, version 4.7.
I received the email from BB with the link to the App Store, I click on the link in the email through my BB and be taken to a page telling me that my phone is not supported.
I think I did what I'm supposed to do here, I free memory, the right software etc.
Any chance to get the App store on my phone or I will give just straight up?

My main problem is, I'll start from the beginning. I tried to install linux Kali as a partition on my windows 8 and was using EasyBCD to add Kali linux to boot entry. Somehow I ended up remove the entry from Windows 8 start, is not the removal of the drive of Windows 8, but removing the sense of boot entry that I can not boot into it. I tried MANY MANY MANY solutions to address them. I tried to use a recovery disc but that just shows the windows logo and restarts and restarts and does the same thing.
Finally, I just gave up and thought I'll just get rid of this windows 8 which by the way came with my Toshiba L855-149 pre-installation and just install windows 7. Of course, I needed my files if just an hour ago, I removed the hard drive from the laptop, put it in HDD Docking thing I have allows me to add the hard drive as an external drive on my another desktop win7 PC. I started to copy all my files I do even now. I thought y at - it a way to make some sort of point to restore from the hard drive or something? Is there another way to start windows 8? Is there anything else I can do? Or I will give just straight up I really don't want to do!
Also I not create a USB recovery, so I did one on my friends PC that has windows 8 and the exact same PC! When I tried to boot into it, it displays the logo of windows for about 20 seconds, then has a blackscreen for 10 seconds, and then it restarts, it keeps it forever! There is a line. All solutions?

Package of files links have identical file names
It's the kind of theoretical. I guess I could just try and find out, but I'm sure someone here will know the answer.
I am putting together a book with a large number (thousands) of linked graphics. It has research as I'll end up with a folder structure for my graphics related, Chapter1 graphic in the folder chapter1 Chapter2 graphic in the folder Chapter 2, etc. Chapter 1 will have 543 graphics associated with names that begin with Eqn00001.eps and end by Eqn00543.eps. Chapter 2 will have different related graphics which, unfortunately, have the same file names, even though there may be more (or less).
What will happen when I try to package it? It will overwrite the files, it will keep my folder structure, or it will give just straight up?
When you compress a book, the book of .indb file and its .indd documents are copied to the folder of the package. All links placed in the records are also copied in one folder of links, even if they come from more than one folder. If you have multiple versions of the same file with the same name, originating from different folders, one version of this file is copied to the folder of links to package, but only if they have the same date of creation and modification. If files with the same name have different change dates they all get copied and renamed with a number suffix _1, _2, etc..
