Renewal of Acrobat Pro DC, will not take or product key code

I have been using Acrobat Pro DC for months - no problem with the original configuration and the issuance of the licences.  Then it hit me.  I am typing my product Code or key in the boxes 'Serial number' to do, but we should not letters.  In addition, there are six boxes for the entry and my Code produced and key both have five blocks.  What should I do?  More details below.

Friday, I started to have a screen that says that the license was necessary and gave me an option to start my day 32 767 trial or license product. I started the trial (he is 87 years old, after all - should be good), but today he says my trial was expired.  No problem, I dug the disk and e-mail, who have all five blocks of two codes, called the product code, called the key.  The product code is released the cover of the installation DVD.  The key came out of the email with the download instructions.  They are different.

After signing in, I am required to enter my serial number.  I have searched all over the CD of cash and other materials for a serial number and do not see one.  I checked the Web site for instructions on the search for a serial number, and the only thing that is there is the Product Code.  When I try to enter the Product Code, it doesn't let me because the first field only takes numbers, while the Product Code starts with a letter.

It is very disappointing for a product that is already overpriced and far worse than the previous version.

How can I fix it?

your serial number consists of 6 blocks of 4 numbers = 24 digits.

    I am re-installing ona XP laptop, but the installation of Windows XP will not accept my product key. I have an OEM of a Dell PC product key that is no longer functional, and a update product key which is not null else, neither of which works.

    I can't even do the installation to achieve the activation step.

    • You have a Dell system, and with this Dell, you have a product key for Windows XP (edition?) - it would be an OEM key be used with an OEM installation CD.
    • You seemed to have bought (where?) a copy of "Retail" / license for Windows XP (edition?) - which would have its own retail product key to be used with a retail installation CD.
    What does not work:
    • using the CD to retail with the product key OEM on Dell machine sticker
    • by using the product key from retail with OEM installation media which might come with the Dell printer
    • have an installation CD OEM with an edition of Windows XP (Home and Professional vs Media Center 2002 vs Media Center 2005, etc.) and you try to use the product key OEM for another edition of Windows XP (Home and Professional vs Media Center 2002 vs Media Center 2005, etc) (editions must match, House can is complicated in this grouping too.)
    • have an installation CD retail with an edition of Windows XP (Home and Professional vs Media Center 2002 vs Media Center 2005, etc.) and you try to use the product key from retail sales to another edition of Windows XP (Home and Professional vs Media Center 2002 vs Media Center 2005, etc) (editions must match, House can is complicated in this grouping too.)
    So is that what you are trying to do?  Why did you buy the CD/product key for sale at retail and the editions correspond?
     
    If you're not at the point where you will have to enter the product key - why do you think that the product key is the question? Hah

    Have you tried to restart by phone?

    Under Select a product, Acrobat Pro XI does not appear.  I downloaded Acrobat Pro XI.  It's on my desk.

    You purchased an upgrade. If you just need to prove that you are allowed to discount. To do that give you the OLD serial number of your OLD product - Acrobat X or 9 - when asked. This is the "eligible product. Do not forget to keep the TWO serial numbers for always, you will need to reinstall.

    If you mean that you can not activate automatically, try to do it manually:

    To activate manually, go to start, search, and type in slui 4 enter.  Enter your country and press Next.  You will be on a screen with a phone number and a bunch of codes below.  Dial the number and browse automatic guests until you get to a human being.  Have your handy product code because it will be asked.  Explain the situation, but it's the same PC and only installed on this PC.  They should give you a code to enter on this screen to activate Vista.

    While the Standard version is not a more functional version, the message you get is one that you would get if you were trying to install Standard when installing Pro.  I can only think that you must uninstall Standard if you want to have Pro.

    What version of operating system do you work? Re you logged as administrator?
