Replace the published folio?

It's really a follow-up to this question. After inadvertently (and briefly) published an Update to a folio that was already live, with one that had the wrong Viewer version, we have new false Folio.
As we can't restore the version of the viewer I believe we must create a new folio with the content of the update in it. If it's new, but all its details (sheet name, name of the publication etc.) are the same that publish it that currently alive, and we, the people who have the current version will see this as an update or a new issue? This is not a scenario, I managed to find described in the documentation.

Sorry, I answered the question in the thread you linked to, not this one.
When you unpublish and delete a folio, and then re-create a new folio with the same metadata, the app will think it is a different folio, so any user who has downloaded the folio will see a folio double until they remove the older folio. Users who have not downloaded the folio will be just a folio.

Folios published with tools prerelease update
If you used the Bundler content to publish folios for a multi-folio Viewer, folio does not appear in the Folio Builder Panel or the producer of Folio. However, folios published are always available for your customers to download and view. You can continue to modify and update these fact sheets using the Bundler content as long as it is available.
When you update your workflow to use the Panel Folio Builder, you can create sheets that are available with existing folios. Make sure you use the same Adobe ID you use in the Bundler content. Also, to update and re-submit your custom Viewer so that it can display folios created with new tools.
Currently, if you want to change an existing Folio published using the Bundler content, continue to use the Bundler content.

Activation XP to replace the same brand and the motherboard model
The PC in question had an OEM of XP without CD installation. I have a good COA sticker. I've had damage to the motherboard as a result of a power of 250 BestTec supply failure. After a new PSU, I replaced the motherboard with exactly the same brand and model was original. This was done in good faith, based on KB824125 which States that this should not need a new license. However, now I can not find a way forward so that Microsoft "reactivate". How can I get the activation?
Additional details:
All the files on the hard drive are OK, including Windows XP. The BIOS works fine.
When I try to start Windows, he says that activation is required. Activation of the Internet requires Windows, so that leaves me with activation by telephone. 50-digit ID is reported as invalid, and the automated system hang up.
KB824125 seems to fix my problem and specifically says: "If the motherboard is replaced due to a fault, the user doesn't have to acquire a new license of operating system of the computer. The replacement of the motherboard must be the same brand and model or [options]. "There is no statement as to how to apply it.
When I go to eMachines, they indicate very correctly the warranty is over and ask that I go to the web site of the software publisher.
When I called Microsoft, I am led down an automated tree that ends with the possibility of buying support.
I fixed the PC, and now my software appears as illegal. Can someone tell me which way in the maze will solve this problem?
I'd be happy to send the old motherboard to Microsoft, if that's their problem.

You can try the phone activation - this time, when the automated system asks you what service you need, do NOT - this should oblige the operator to pick up. They will help you.
