Replace the sky using only lightroom?
Anyone know how to take a picture view of the sky and add it to another photo in Lightroom? I found lots of tutorials online, but they all require you to have Photoshop, too.
I have Lightroom, so I was wondering if anyone has the steps on how to replace a sky if you also do not have Photoshop.
Cannot be done in Lightroom.

Just for clarity, the strict answer to your question is 'no': you can't just Lightroom for the same price as the bundle Lr/Photoshop Creative Cloud (CC).

Also note, it is likely that Lightroom 6 will come before long (although how long is not known): almost certainly, you will pay for the upgrade to Lr 6 If you are on a stand-alone license, then just 5 to 6 (7 and to...) is included in the price of the set.

But I just replaced the horizon line in a picture with one beautiful blue sky on the other.
I followed my downloaded videos and my manual to learn 12 PES and NOT what can I receive these change of sky.
Can someone help me, I think that my PES 12 does not work to full effect?

Try this. Don't forget that you are in the Expert tab. Are available for image B, a picture of a beautiful sky, fair sky and clouds, nothing else on this topic. You can consider yourself, or get another source.
- Open your image (A) (file > open) and then open the image of sky replacement (B)
- On the photo of sky (B), go to Select > in the menu, and then edit > copy to the Clipboard
- Go back to your image (A), and then edit > paste. The new sky (B) should come on a new layer
- With the tool moving, use the corner handles to reduce the size of the sky (B) to cover the old sky on (A)
- In the layers palette, set the blend mode of (B) to darken
- The value of the foreground in white color chip
- Get the gradient of the toolbox tool, then drag a foreground to transparent, linear gradient from bottom to the top of the tree line, while holding down the SHIFT key.
- With a white brush, with reduced opacity, gently paint the horizon a bit, because we want the horizon to be a little lighter than the rest of the sky.

How to replace a picture of presentation with another image that lives outside of iPhoto?
I see no possibility to browse other directories outside of what is already within iPhoto. If this is the case, then this is terribly limited. I'm working on a project I'll replace a lot of images with and I don't want to drop them or use iPhoto to do this.

I got a license of Creative cloud for nearly a year. Somewhere this year, Photoshop has been upgraded and is no longer compatible with the drivers on my laptop. I tried the upgrade of drivers, which translates as the screen of the laptop lose 95% of the light, making it unusable. The only solution is the upgrade of my laptop, what is going to happen.

Hi Marian, I think you are on the cheaper plan for example a single app plan is more expensive than the Plan of photography. You still get the benefit of the Mobile Web & LR, if necessary. In any case, Lightroom is not available as a single purchase for one month only application needed.
You could buy the stand alone (not CC) version LR6 but we'd lose access to any features added. New features are only available for subscribers of creative cloud. LR6 users only get camera raw updates and bug fixes.
