  Are you talking about the source tables and the target table structure and data?

  If so, it is not a question of ODI but database. You must export the database (.) DUMP) and import them into your empty database.

  Unfortunately I've never seen such documents but, in the case you described everything that you need to do is:

  (1) export all patterns of ODI

  (2) import and then to the new database

  (3) change the settings to connect to the master repository in the connection topology window

  (4) after you vous connecter connect in the topology, change the settings to connect to the repository of the work

  That's all you need to do!

  You must download from OTN and manually copy the same inside the /oracledi folder.

  I got the answer of gurus odi. First connecting to odi console with credentials from the master repository. To connect to the repository of work, we set up the details of working repository in tab management console odi. What ever we have given working repository details customer odi, same details are need to setup in the console of the odi. Then it won't work.

  I am creating a 'development' of repository work a 'run' referential work that both related to the master repository even in ODI 11 g (11.1.1.7). I could successfully create the master repository and a working repository 'Development' but when I tried to create the second repository (repository of work 'execution') job, it appears this message - "a working repository already exists. Select Yes to reattach this repository to work. Select No crushes the repository of existing work. If I select 'Yes', then it won't let me to create a new working repository repository of work and if I select 'No' then it will allow me to create new (execution) but the former repository work (development) will become unlimited to the master repository. After completing the process of creating both repositories I can only connect to "exécution" repository work, but when I try connecting to the repository of work 'Development' is to launch the below error.

  I resolved myself. There are two problems. When I tried to create the repository of the work of the RCU and it wasn't creating the DB user for some reason any. Another problem is that I was stupid to provide the repository master IDs when creating the repository to work. So here are the steps I took to solve this problem.

  1. create the user DB for the repository to work manually using the scripts below.

  2. then connect to ODI (under the name 'Master repository' only connection)-> topology-> repositories (component)-> right click on 'Repositories work'-> new repository to work. The wizard opens and the first picture in the connection details of the user created DB (ODI_WORK_REP) and follow through.

  Scripts:

  create the user ODI_WORK_REP

  identified by

  tablespace ODI_WORK_USER default

  temporary tablespace ODI_WORK_TEMP

  unlimited quota on ODI_WORK_USER;

  Grant connect, resources, SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE to ODI_WORK_REP;

  So I've now successfully created two repositories of work (Dev/Exe) related to the master repository even. Mission accomplished

  It is not possible to monitor and administer a basic physical or logical standby, IE using Enterprise Manager Database Control Data Guard.  This is mainly due to the fact that Database Control is designed to monitor the 1-database and an environment Data Guard, by definition, includes more than 1 database.

  If you attempt to run emca against a database of pending, you will get an error like (i.e. ORA-01219: database is not open).

  Of course, database Control, can be used to monitor the current main database (with no capacity to administer or control Data Guard related features).  In such a case, failover Database Control needs to be reconfigured to run on the new primary database using the commands described in detail in Note 278100.1 how to remove, create and recreate DB Control In A Database, section c. recreate/ReConfig DB control, Option 2 10 g. recreate the control DB Configuration files and repository.

  Enterprise Manager Grid Control or Cloud control provides the functionality for display, monitor, and administer the primary and standby databases in a Data Guard configuration.

• Lin Bus using a master and a slave 8476

  Hi, I'm kind new to the LINEN and have 2 Lin 8476 s tied to a single computer on 2 pieces of equipment. One is a master with it's LIN pin-7 since the hardware device-related and the other is a slave with his unit of material related to the pin7. I need to read the data of the LIN slave and pass it to the LIN master or vice versa. I modified this example to see if it would work. I see the message that the slave sends to the master, but then an error of 84 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 LIN Bus. The reason why I have 2 LINs on the system is to intercept data on the State of the master and force the errors in the data to see if the slave responds with errors. I need to get 2 talk first to each other. Keep in mind the LINs are attached to separate the pieces of equipment and not interconnected. Does anyone have any information on the conversation between 2 LINs on a computer this way?

  Thanks, I solved the problem. The error is the result of loading not correctly the picture of response slave with the chassis of 16 before response header the slave sends a command. The 00 84 error means, he received a header, but no response.

The program worked with El Capitan until the logic board failure - I use it every day.  I reinstalled the entire Collection, but when I open I get that Word to Acrobat in the finder without other menus - the application does not open. As a first step, I get an error message.

  Thanks for the explanation. I actually have to install Acrobat and it now works. I downloaded and installed Adobe Reader XI (I think, http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/mac/11.x/11.0.02/en_US/AdbeRdr11002_en_US.dmg ) and opened the program. I noticed that after I opened the new drive, my Adobe Reader 9 program began to work. After that, I tried to open Acrobat and instead of getting the error 6 message that I had before, I had an error on a question of license that would require me to uninstall and reinstall the software. Once I did these steps my Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro started working! Don't know why my program, but it is fully functional again. I hope it helps someone else, I have why I came to answer.

  OK, it worked. Someone suggested dismantling drives all connected. In fact, no luck. But while all the disks were taken out and closed all applications I uninstalled Acrobat Pro using the application in the folder Acrobat Pro. Then I went back to the installer and have already told him only to install Acrobat Pro. Once done everything first, I opened Acrobat Pro. He asked to install some extras and I said no a few times. It opened and worked on a test pdf. With her still open I tried to open Acrobat Distiller. He did not ask a serial number, but I wanted to just install an extra.   I'm creating a master and a detail to record simultaneously, using a managed bean method. I am populating the sequences of db using EL, not database triggers. So:

  (1) Insert main record, the new return ID.

  (2) Insert detail associated with the previous record

  It works well, unless they select a foreign key between the main table and details, so I me "ORA-02291: integrity (XXXX_FK) violated constraint - key not found kinship", as it seems that the book of the child is inserted before the parent.

  I would not disable the FK, but can give you advice on this topic?

• Confused about A-master and layouts

  I was recently told that it is best t layout pages helps A-master and not facing the ticked page.

  When I did I was present with a Virgin 2 page document which I presented my work. I had a problem when it came to print, as would print only one page.

  Throighout my workflow it will always take a box that remains in the same position in all the new pages/document and it is a title with my name etc. block. I highly doubt I'll keep the same layout each time.

  What would be the best way to save a layout for this? And what exactly is A-master?

  (I looked at a few tutorials, but they did not really help)

  A model is an entire document. It can have one or more pages and these pages can be based on the same or different master pages. Models can have predefined styles and shades, as placeholder or actual content that you want to use again and again.

  Master pages are templates to create pages in a document. You use them to set the margins and guides (if you want to repeat on multiple pages guides) and position all the items that will be repeated on several pages, such as the header, footer, page numbers, etc.. You can also use them to apply a rigid structure layout of magazines and similar publications. Any content placed on a master page will be visible on all pages in the document that are based on this basic form. If you create a master of two pages, and pages change aside on a facing pages document, the main content will be amended accordingly.

  New documents made not from a model have two default master pages: no and A-master. You can not edt no master, who is white, except for the margin guides that correspond to the preparation of the document. A-master will begin in the void, but can be changed. If you want to have content that is repeated across many documents you need create a model. If you just want to implement many documents that share size and page margin settings, but do not need content, create a document preset.
