required do not point to colors in form 10g

When executing the forms deployed on Oracle Application Server - gr 10, 2 the color of elements does not appear. Which means that required fields have a white background such as required fields.

A test of basic form when compiled and deployed on an Oracle Application Server environment - 6i shows the good yellow background clear color - same form in Oracle Application Server - 10 gr 2 is not running.

The test form is compiled using f60gen in the Oracle - 6i environment application server and is compiled with frmcmp in the environment of 10 gr 2.

Can someone tell what environmental factors might be responsible for this and all the solutions?

I realize that there are a lot of environmental information, absent of this but the DBA has gone fishing!

The relevant parameters are "app.ui.requiredFieldVA" (the value true | false) and "app.ui.requiredFieldVABGColor" (the triple RGB value) in forms/java/oracle/forms/registry/Registry.dat

  • XML report (with report.xsl stylesheet) print shows the font colors, but not highlight table colors

I try to print the XML report generated by TestStand as a PDF for archive.  When the XML report in Internet Explorer, everything seems fine - sequence names are highlighted in blue-green, the neck is green, in case of failure is highlighted in red.

However, when I print this page as a PDF (with BullZip PDF printer, or even the XPS printer), went to all the light of table layout.  The result of the object to be measured in the header is colored red or green depending on the State of pass/fail, but sequence and setting names in the form applied to the tables in the body of the report have no highlighting.

The stylesheet modifies what is returned when the XML file is printed?

It is the output seen in Internet Explorer

It is the output seen as a PDF printed from the same file read in Internet Explorer.

    Thank you

    Hey Matt,

It is in fact due to a default setting in Internet Explorer to not print the colors of background on Web pages. To change it, simply go to the configuration Page screen (on IE9, you click on the gear icon, then print > Page Setup) and select the option to print background images and colors. After doing this, the printed report must contain the colors you see on your screen.

  • Color Laserjet CP1518 will not print in color

    XP SP3 usb connected.

I found other troubleshooting solutions. Namely, that where the solution is to uncheck "print in grayscale".  I don't see this option on one of the property tabs.

The 1518 has been in service for months, maybe more than a year.  Had some problems with it not behave like a printer and would remove and reinstall through control-> printers/Fax Panel.

Tried again with this instance, nothing helps.   Color toner supplies are all over 80% - and print supply page in the menu of the printer _does_ color print.  Fact page of toners 'Colorsphere.

Any jobs sent to the printer, with elements of color, prints in grayscale.  The printer is shared through the connected usb XP machine.  network printing also does not print in color

A search of this forum did not turn anything for this situation.  If anyone can provide a link to the query (solved) of another user or perhaps an explanation for changing the appropriate printer property to start printing in color once again I certainly appreciate it.

    Thank you.

A solution of sorts.  I'll post here so when it happens again in a year and my addled brain can't remember, maybe that I'll find myself here.

At HP, I downloaded the printer driver.  These are apparently "universal."  Deleted the XP printer and it - he added point to the level of the 8-12 different folder with .inf files that I had just downloaded.  No idea which one to use.  And apparently not so universal that HP would have you believe.  I presume that one I chose (proabably the first alphabetically) only allows gray - or is gray universal for printers.

Well, rather than waiting on the long tail of wisdom on this forum I tried a reset hot of the printer (pull the plug while its on and wait 15 seconds).

did.  tried to print (in excel the view print used to always display in color and he wasn't yet). There not also to print in color.  However in the meantime that the print job, I noticed that my "equipment was ready for use.

Checked the printer and found a new listed HP cp1518ni.  has chosen to print in excel and the preview showed in color and voila! print color too.

I've never cared for lack of HP of discrimination re: printer drivers 'universal '.  At least, they should give more guidance on which .inf to use _if_, you're going to be looking forward and install it yourself.

However, I am impressed XP and HP got the correct auto-install.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600: Printer does not print in color

I just got the color cartridges refilled at Costco. Now, my printer does not print in color.  I printed out a diagnosis and cartridges are showing that they are full.  The actual color of magenta is a deep rose, so I know that some of the magenta is crossing. Cyan (blue) and yellow printed black on diagnostic tests.  I know that Costco filled cartridges with the appropriate color because I can see the color on/in the cartridge.  Suggestions on what to try? I bought the printer on January 27, 2013.

  • How to change the color of form fields

I don't know how to change the color of form fields. They default to gray, but I don't know how to make a different color.

Gray does not match the color scheme of my landing page!

    Thank you!

I think you have two options when you are working on a landing page with an embedded format:

    • You can change the background color of the entire form field set by selecting the shape, and then clicking on the Toolbox. In the window that opens go to the second (on a paint brush icon) and select the background color you want.
    • You can change the background color of the actual fields in the form by adding CSS styles. Select the Toolbox, go to the last tab (Tools Extract page) and in the middle of this window, you will see "head | CSS | JS"- select this average CSS tab and enter the style code to get the color you want. Here is an example of code you can put in it. Note that #000000 is the color code for black. Here is more information about the code: css - background in the input fields and text color? - stack overflow

  • Lightning is not applied to colored items (u3d)

Take a look at the following teapot.pdf:

    http://DL.dropbox.com/u/4571/teapot.PDF

The walls around the teapot are lightned, but it seems that the teapot is not lightned at all. The colors of the teapot are created by diffuse color table, as described in ECMA U3D (9.6.1.1.3.5). So my question is simple. Is Adobe Acrobat that does not apply to the Flash on the objects colored by a range of color and if so, why?

PS: I ask whether it is the fault or the function of Adobe Acrobat or something else. I actually use converter IDTF created by:

    http://sourceforge.NET/projects/U3D/

so maybe I just create the IDTF in wrong way.

That the type of lighting is not supported. Because of the limitations of direct rendering on windows, 3D annotations support that point and colors of unique value.

In more recent versions of forms, navigation became more strict. However, you can return to the more relaxed behavior by changing a setting on the level of the form. See the property "postpone the application required.

In addition, know that in 10.x, to that you can no longer navigate disabled fields programmatically. This may be relaxed to his old behavior with a switch setting. See FORMS_REJECT_GO_DISABLED_ITEM

  • The color in printed images is not match the colors on the screen

I've recently updated to an iMac, retina 5K and the colors in the printed images do not match the colors of the image on the screen. I use CS6 and the screenshot below shows that, in the window of the print settings CS6 image does not match the image of origin either, the original image on the left.  I've updated all print drivers, and the images are also too green/faded when I print them, or download them on Animoto or Mpixpro.  We tried a Spyder calibration system, and that did not help.  For now, I have to make a folder separate with "twisted" images that have increased the saturation and Communists to give them a normal appearance.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Unless you have a current color profile for the display you are using and you have calibrated the printer for the specific of ink and paper that you are using, its not surprising there are differences. Without a color managed workflow screen and software have no information on what the printer can produce.

The range Spyder products are not up to the task.

The normal options for managing your color workflow are:

    1. using the X-Rite i1 photo system,

    2. purchase of a custom profile for your type of printer, paper and ink, done by a specialist in color management

3 - Send your files to a professional lab that is capable of producing quality work.

  • DesignJet T770: DesignJet T770 will not print in color

After you move a DesignJet T770 44 inch queue from a Windows 2003 server to a Server Windows 2012 R2 the T770 will not print in color.

The general tab on the properties T770 printer States ' color: No. '.  Yet once on the printer properties on the tab color color management is set to "Automatic (recommended)".

The T770 printer driver has been downloaded from Windows Update I was unable to get a T770 driver from the HP website.

The T770 product no is CH539A / CN375A. Strangely, none of these product numbers have been recognized by the search for product number for th HP Web site.

My question is how do the T770 to print color again?

    Any help would be appreciated.

I would say that you definitely have a driver problem if you has not changed the settings in the built-in web server printer at the time wherever you spent since Windows Server to the other server in Windows.

I check all the settings on each tab in the driver to see if it is possible that somewhere in there color is disabled.

I also go back to HP.com and look for driver for that machine again.

I am also looking for a print utility for this machine, which should not be confused with a printer utility, even if they might be named roughly the same.

I recall there are two utilities is to monitor the status of your printer, and the other is to print and work around the driver.

When you have found the right print utility you save your print format JPEG or PDF file and then open it in the print utility and send it to the printer without ever open drivers.

Another experiment, you can try it if you have a practical PDF just open a web browser and access the built-in web server printer and then try to print the PDF file directly by using the option for printing on the web server.

The purpose of some of these things is number one determine if the printer has developed a problem that it prevents printing color and print JPEG or PDF from the built-in Web server where all you do is send the file directly to the printer would let you know that the printer is always able to color.

So if you can get the print work utility where you can open the PDF on a PC and then send it to the printer you have to least a workaround while you solve the driver problem.

  • Officeject Pro 8600 Plus: Officejet Pro 8600 will copy in color but not print in color

I have an Officejet Pro 8600 Plus able to make copies of color, but it will not print in color of my office.  My printer uses the version of the firmware CLP1CN1416AR.  When I go to print a document in color, I go to the properties of the printer and then advanced and set print in grayscale on Off, but I get still only prints in grayscale.

    Thanks for your suggestions Zac.

    1. we have tried using several different programs (paint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, a test of the printer properties page, etc.), but all printed only in grayscale.

    2. it's connected via Ethernet cable to our Wi - Fi wireless router and then to our laptop.

    3. the ink levels are all above 40%.

I had already tried electric bike on the printer several times as well as the computer, which did not help.  I tried to change the printer settings default to print in gray and then changed them back to the color, but that did not help either.  I tried resetting the printer, mentioned in another thread (unplug the power cord at the back of the printer, while he was conducting, then unplug the power transformer in the decision-making, hold button power printer for 60 seconds, then reconnect the), but which did not help either.  Finally, I uninstalled the Windows printer and reinstalled a couple of times, and finally, it started working properly again, so, apparently, there was a problem with the driver who eventually got cleared up by reinstalling the printer/software/drivers.

  • HP Color Laserjet 3550 Printer not print true colors

I have a hp g72 laptop I received last year. It's a little.  I have a printer hp color laserjet 3550 which is about 5 or 6 years.  I think that I have just updated the drivers to accept 64 bit (not sure). However. My impression went crazy.  It does not print true colors.  I have three new cartridges and waiting for the fourth one to tell me it needs to be charged.  I don't know how to calibrate, but I can't seem to find a way to make the colors print correctly.  Thank you.

    Hello AnnetteShort,

I suggest you get the latest drivers for your HP Laserjet 3550 from the following HP location:
    http://h20000.www2.HP.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=411173&TaskID=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=411171&lang=en&cc=us

Be sure to enter the proper operating system and whether 32-bit or 64 - bit.
You don't specify your operating system so I can't take you to the correct driver.

There is not a driver listed for Windows 7, so if you have Windows 7 then download driver Windows Vista and right click to install in compatibility mode.

If this does not help, I suggest you post in the forums of HP support for your Laserjet Printer.
