  Firefox Sync has been abandoned in favour of Firefox accounts - so that users no longer have to worry about the keys to Sync.

  You should be able to reset your password via the page Firefox accounts:

  • https://accounts.Firefox.com/

  Please let us know if it works, or if you have any other questions. Please also check that you are using the correct email address for recovery.

• I installed it on a new computer and my password would not work to connect, now I can not connect on any of my devices and reset email does not get sent?

  I have a new computer. I installed the beta version. I run beta 2 other computers a Tablet and my phone. He taught me that I needed to separate other devices and try again. My credentials will not work and a reset email hasn't shipped yet. I would get my devices connected and connected again. If this is not possible I reluctantly will go back to explore. Mozilla has been so easy to use so far? Very frustrating.

  Thank you for your question. I understand that you want to synchronize all your devices. Please make sure that all the devices are updated at least at version 29.
  If you were on a version before that, you need to set up a new email and the password with the new synchronization.

  It is very strange indeed... with only 2 causes possible I think.

  (1) your e-mail (on your PC) application blocking the link provided in the email... a lot of apps email will do that and sometimes you have to replace them. If you have another interface to use (for example, webmail interface, GMail and Outlook), then try the other and see if that helps. According to the messaging environment (for example, private corporate e-mail system), it is also possible that some bridge along the trail is stripping on the necessary link for safety.

  (2) the installation of e-mail to reset is actually broken, and enamel does not contain what it is supposed to. If this is the case, then it requires a formal attention to the RIM. The only way to achieve this is for you to contact the Association and to degenerate the RIM of your case.

  Sorta, Yes.

  You can wipe the device of all your personal information and get back to almost a factory as parameters... Options > Security > Security > Security Wipe.

  If your phone is locked to O2, and he uses it on Tmoible, it will have to be unlocked for use on another carrier. See instructions and the links below.
