  I agree, but you need to use Windows Update to install the language adds on.

  As the Korean language pack is apparently installed, this leaves Windows Update out of the picture.

  You may need to uninstall any existing keyboard software from inside the virtual machine Windows 10.  There were some threads here lately where already a keyboard or trackpad software has interfered with the keyboard or mouse to the virtual computer after a P2V.

  If moisture has happened under the keys, there is no much you can do. You can try to turn upside down for several days see if it dries up. Other that that, you probably need to make a trip to the store for a new keyboard.
