Resolution max M6800?

Hello

I would like to know the maximum resolution supported by AMD over-pants m6100 Firegl V. I tried to find more information via google, but nothing.

I have connected my M6800 of precision to a 4K monitor (ASUS PB287Q) and I can choose only 3840 x 2160 to 30 Hz. There is no option to use 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. The monitor supports 60 Hz and is connected with DisplayPort. I use the latest version of the driver 13.352.1014.0 and I also installed the driver of monitors. I tried with both Windows 7 and later I upgraded Windows 8.1 and the same problem with the two BONES.

I intend to install Ubuntu as main operating system in the future, but I guess that's a limitation of the graphics card and not OS issue, or?

THX

Andrefm,

Does the AMD over-pants 6100 M 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz.

You should be able to affect the flow of your DP 1.2 monitor mode, then 60 Hz should work.

  • Resolution Max MacBook

I have a Macbook to 2016 at the beginning.

I have selected 'ladder' and 'More space' in system-> display preferences.

If I hover over "Default", then he said "looks like 1280 x 800", for "More space", he said "looks like 1440 x 900".

I appreciate, is scaling and not real pixels of resolution.

Now when I connect a Dell U2713HM via a HDMI cable and with "Mirror poster" selected in the display on the Macbook display suddenly much more space - in my opinion it "looks to 2000 x 1200" or close. "."

So my question is why can not select this resolution superior/more space when the external monitor is not connected?

Or maybe that I can only do not know how?

The reason why you can not change the resolution when it is not plugged into the monitor is that it displays the size of the screen resolution, and so you can't use one while the MacBook is unplugged screen.

  • Tecra S5 - nVidia resolution max w/Vista

Is it possible to have more than 1280 x 800 on my Tecra S5-PTS53E with NVIDIA Quadro NVS 130 M version 7.15.11.128?

    Hello

According to the textbooks of use this laptop comes with different views and also the optimum resolution is not the same for each of them.

    For example:
    -WXGA 1280 x 800 pixels
    -WSXGA 1680 x 1050 pixels

I don't know which your Tecra has but if you send us any PAxxxx-xxxxxx number it will be possible to identify the display.

In any case, if your laptop comes pre-installed with a supplied recovery media display will be determined at the optimum resolution automatically.

  • Cannot get the resolution max X 1 carbon (3443CTO) and Dell U2713HM

I recently bought this dell monitor and trying to connect via a mini displayport to DVI Dual link adapter to a Dual Link DVI cable to the monitor.

Can't see an option to increase the resolution after 1080 p.

Have updated the dispay driver 4000 Intel and install the U2713HM driver.

    Does the x 1 carbon (3443CTO) support 1440 p?

Just use a miniDP to DP cable. I use this with mine first generation X carbon 1 and U2713hm and it can support this resolution very well.

I saw this issue raised repeatedly in this forum, and have yet to see a feasible solution.  Give it a try more. I have a cable dual link DVI - D, the updated drivers for graphics card and monitor.  Graphics card has DVI - D port and is quite capable of resolution max. What Miss me?

I came across this same problem with my Mac Book Pro 13 "."  With the help of an Apple Mini Display port to Dual LInk DVI (mainly for movie screens), I was able to achieve the resolution of 2560 x 1600.  Hope this helps.

  • U2713HM, Radeon HD7870, max resolution?

I'm considering the purchase of this monitor, but with all the talk about HDMI not support resolution max, I wonder if my video card is able to get up to the maximum resolution I have a DVI port, but I don't know if it's double or not.  I have a GIGABYTE RADEON HD 7870.

    http://www.Newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16814125418

I would appreciate any feedback, as well as suggestions for a cable I would need to buy to support the resolution. Also, if I use something other than HDMI, it reduced quality? Everything I use this computer for is the game.

    Thank you!

So should I get the combination of the three ports to achieve this resolution?
    * No. comes from port to port.

    Port DVI - D video card--> cable DVI - D to DVI - D Dell--> U2713HM DVI - D port = 2560 x 1440
port of CDM video card--> mDP to DP cable (not supplied by Dell)--> port U2713HM DP = 2560 x 1440

    Hello

External resolution mainly depends on the graphics chip.
The external support resolution max is: * 2048 x 1536 * (via the VGA Port)
The HDMI-CEC output port provides the 1080 p max signal

  • Satellite Pro M10: Cannot get a resolution of 1680 x 1050 px

    Hello

    Recently I have bougth a screen Dell 2005FPW with a native resolution of 1680 x 1050.
With the standarddrivers of the geforce4 420 go in my satellite pro m10, I can't get this resolution (max 1280 x 1024).
How can I solve this problem and work to the full capacity of my screen?

    Hello Jorré

Sorry, but I don't see any problem. The fact is that there is a restriction of the graphics card and if the max resolution is 1280 x 1024 you cannot set upward for external LCD.

Maybe you can try with something like this http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Viewsonic/VTBOOK/

  • Better resolution of the screen on Portege S100

    Hello
I have a Portege s100. Is it possible to change the resolution? I don't mind having fewer colors, but I would like a higher resolution...

    Andres

    Hello

I put t know that your device uses the resolution, but generally you can change the resolution of the screen in the properties of the graphics.
As far as I know the possible screen resolution max is 1024x768px

  • the envy 15 - k238nd: want resolution maximum 15-k236nd

Sorry, I have little technical knowledge. My system is equipped with a NVidia GeForce GTX850M graphics card. I use a separate screen res 1920 * 1080. In the settings > screen is specified that the max resolution in use is 1920 * 1080.

When I read the specifications of the graphics card, it is much more powerful than this resolution.

Q: is it possible to increase the resolution max?

1920 * 1080 is the max of your laptop screen resolution. The only way you will get a higher resolution is by connecting to an external monitor.

A screen of 2 k or 4 k will do the trick.  you will achieve higher resolution on the device.

You will need a HDMI input on the external display and an HDMI cable to make the connection between devices.

  • Increase the resolution on the ProBook s 4540 with AMD Radeon 7650 M

I have a ProBook s 4540 with the AMD Radeon 7650 M card.  The graphics card and drivers are up to date with the latest settings on Win7 Pro 64 bit machine.  I installed the I want to know if I can increase the native resolution of the Catalyst Control Center installed and switchable graphics on in BIOS (F.40).

I use my machine for graphic design & website and you want to increase the native resolution of 1366 x 768 setting above.  I know that the CCC will allow you to change performance for games and other programs, but I'm looking for the resolution.  The Basic setting for my office lists only the graphics card Intel for the resolution settings.

    It left me speechless.

    Thank you!

Figured it out for anyone who needs help with this.

Resolution max screen 1366 x 768 even if the video card will support more resolution, it cannot for the screen built in on the laptop, only for screens outside.

  • UP2414Q, rMBP 13, mid-2014, resolution

I have problem on the resolution. The display setting can not display 3840 x 2160 with 2560 x 1440 (low resolution) max. The OSX's more recent 10.10.2 with i7 16G RAM config. If anyone can help?

Hey to run resolution native you must hold down the option key, key and select chipped and you will see the additional resolutions that you can choose which includes native 4 K resolution.  That's what I had to do with my external monitor in order to to use the native resolution.

  • What is the maximum screen resolution for a 201 X (t) via X 200 ban & Displayport?

Since the X 201 (t) has such a small screen (when will we finally see tablets with 1400 x 1050 screen resolutions or even 1600 x 1200?) Manufacturers - wake up!) I plan to buy a large external screen.

But what is the maximum that a 201 X (t) can lead by the Displayport 200 X of the ban? I couldn't find any reliable information on that and the installation program does not say, as long as there is no such screen attached.

I read somewhere that it is capable of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Sounds great, but I have some doubts, that it is indeed the case. Could someone using such a screen please confirm that? I don't want to buy me such a screen high resolution just to watch some blury, set on the scale of resolution 1600 x 1200 (or other). Integrated graphics is actually capable of managing this resolution and this resolution will then be just unbearably slow?

    Michael

the displayport can lead a monitor 30 inches of WQXGA (2560 x 1600) resolution in its native resolution using either the displayport or if you use an active displayport to dvi converter dual link.

If you are not running any games or other graphics intensive programs, the X20x can drive the resolution max is very good.
