  I recently got a new PC, initially, I installed the Windows 10 and it worked quite well apart from crashing just by playing a game. Thought that accidents were due to Windows 10 I uninstalled Windows 7 from my old office and installed on the new desktop.

  Same problem with Windows 7, if I play Tera Online at some point which seems to be random, the system hangs, I get a black screen and press the power button for four seconds for the computer to shut down properly because it is not responding to something else.

  Thank you for the help, I used the Debugging Tools for Windows to read my memory dump that led me to believe the error is caused by nvlddmkm.sys which seems to be among the NVIDIA drivers. This track seems to me the solution because I need to underclock my graphics card.   Click Start, then options type power and press ENTER.  Let us make sure that the system is not configured to sleep.  Go ahead and put the power plan to High Performance, then click on change Plan settings below.  There will be a framework for "put the computer to sleep".  The value than ever.
