  I installed RoboHelp trial in Windows 7 64 bit with Office 2010.  But the Office 2010 file format is not recognized in RoboHelp.  Word 2010 is not listed under options.  How to configure RoboHelp, such as Word 2010 files are recognized by HR.

  Adobe (or Macromedia who owned RoboHelp before purchased Abobe) have not changed the RoboHelp for Word in a long, long time. So if the documentation says that Word 2010 is not supported, it is not. Your only option then is to use a supported Word version or hover over using RoboHelp HTML.

  If you produce a CHM file is by far the best option. Why? To start, it uses the actual HTML source code. RoboHelp for Word does not. He uses the word. It can convert Word to HTML file (very well) but the result is widely accepted to be hopeless. So, you are likely to get all sorts of questions.

  It's your choice but producing CHM of the RoboHelp for Word application is like trying to run a 100 meters race while drinking a cup of coffee. It can be done, but it will slow you down and do a lot of damage in the meantime

  I can't advise you how to backup your personal data, since it depends a little on the program that you use to back up your data, but I would recommend that look you at something else that the backup utility provided with your version not specified XP.

  I think that the Microsoft Support engineer should follow its own advice, use the XP Backup program to backup some system do not have a floppy drive (which is today typical), completely knock out the HARD drive or at least remove all personal files to simulate a disaster, restart and then see how he gets back data by using the backup utility in XP.  Please post your results.

  With this (free 30 day trial) you backup, you can make a bootable CD or bootable USB (which is modern, huh?) and use than disaster.

  They used to have a completely free version - maybe no more - just the trial, then you must buy it, but it is highly respected.

  It is so much more robust than the XP Backup, it's laughable.

  Many other options if you do a little research on Google...

  What happens if you try the following steps:

  Right-click on your desktop and choose... New / folder... Name pictures.

  Insert the CD in your optical drive (if auto execution or Windows Media Player launches... Close them)

  Reach... Start / computer.

  Right-click on the drive letter for the optical drive, in that the CD is and choose... Explore.

  This should display the directory of the CD.

  If it is a data CD, you can open the folders and find your photos.

  When you see the photos posted... go to... Edition / select all... then go to... Edition / copy...

  Now right-click your new folder of pictures and choose... Dough.

  Have patience... 820 pictures could take a long time to download.

  If you are not able to open the Photos App images directly in Photoshop then, this is the expected behavior as App Photos does not allow for any third-party application interact with it directly.

  You must export images from the Photos App and then open in Photoshop.

  Don t be angry with me, but I don't really understand why you ask for the solution.
  The solution is simply. You must activate the Microsoft software ;)

  Generally, the serial key is always placed on the cover of the CD. There must be a label with a compatible serial key.

  If the software was already preinstalled on this laptop, then you need the internet connection to activate this software product.

  I had a virus or a spyware called windowsrepair.  The computer would not get past the repair screen I did a system restore which seems to have worked except that all my photos and documents have disappeared.  What I've done wrong? and is there a way to recover them?

  For a moment I thought you could run under a profile different than the original but your report says otherwise. Since the system restore does not affect the user files, the damage must have been made by the virus. I restore files from the backup media, and then introduce a robust backup routine.

  I found a lot on the Internet about wiaacngr.exe not opening not or refuses to recognize the camera.  My problem is almost the opposite!   Whenever I connect my Canon camera, by USB, my current laptop (Windows XP Pro SP3 of v5), wiaacngr.exe opens a window asking me to select the program to start.  But it offers only two options: M/S Office Word and scanner and camera assistant, neither of which I want to use.  If I close the window...  Not much, but it's a nuisance.  I would be happy if she has proposed to launch work stations.  I then click on the box "Make this every time" and will never see the window.  Otherwise, I'd be happy to remove the program completely.  Can someone tell me how to achieve one of these?  S ' Please!

  So what's with Office Word 2007 or you notice in any other program or window?
  Run the Office Diagnostics utility
  In Word, click the Office logo in the top left, and then click Word Options. In the section resources, run Microsoft Office Diagnostics by clicking on diagnose. Follow the instructions in the wizard.

  If you still get the same appearance even after diagnosis, test opening Office in safe mode and post your results:
  To open Word in safe mode, press the Windows key + R on your keyboard, the program will open, type the following command and press ok:
  WINWORD.exe/Safe Rami

  Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, it shouldn't charge for continuous use.  Packages of creator Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Standard, Pro, Pro Extended) cost money.  Microsoft Office is often loaded on a computer as a trial package.  You need to follow up with Sony on these items to make sure if they sent packets of the trial or fully paid packages, and if they are supposed to be freed from the packages that your only relief must come from Sony - we cannot help you here.

• Printing of photos and graphics using MS Word 2007

  I have a document with several photos and graphics.  As I find the screen (to include the print preview mode), everything seems to be in the correct position.  However, when I send the file to print (I use a HP Lasjerjet 4700) the photos / meta-balises do not print on the correct pages.  How can I fix?
