  I have the 2001 version of Photoshop Elements (I guess it's technically Photoshop elements 1). I recently had a problem where when I click new image doesn't show the window of size/resolution and I can't select anything, causing me to have to stop the program by using the Task Manager. This also happens if I select one of the 2 color boxes, pallets will not come. I have used this for years and it is the first time, it never happened. I uninstalled the program and re installed and continues to be. I tried to install on my laptop and everything works fine. I use two monitors and I wonder if that's the problem. I have WIndows XP if that helps someone knows what could be causing this. Does anyone have an idea?
