    Hi Jean-Luc.

I retested it with Flash Player 22.0.0.137 &.144 and Firefox Beta of 47 and 49 every night and it works now.

DOM. IPC.plugins.asyncdrawing.Enabled is set to true for the tests.

So I would say that we can close this topic set with Flash Player 22.

  • Flash player beta 11.6

I downloaded the beta Installer 11.6 from the Labs page because 11.5 won't work for me most of the time. I use mozzila and watch the vids of e-mail in outlook. After the download, I could watch vids until a break is spent of buffering and then the vid would freeze. I found that also that flash player would not work at any time. also the debugger would not and gave me this (flashplayer11 - 6_debug_win_pi.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read) autonomous beta would only 24%. I had problems with the FlashDrive for months with 11.5. I tried the safe mode fix. remove all the flash registry and reloading. and when it works it is gone again with a new shoe. If there is something in the processor that is missing I don't know what it is. any suggestions?

I just checked and the 146 is now the only version found now. also, the download for intel is for xp and I have vista. Thank you, and by the way for Henry, as I installed the beta version for IE the flashplayer works for firefox when I changed the default firefox for copy forward or popup that he wanted to kill. so far things are working ok. do not understand how firefox slipped.

  • Windows 10 - Flash content from Internet Explorer asking you to Install flash player

    * Windows 10 Pro Version: 10.0.10586

    * www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer, Microsoft 25.10586.0.0 edge - flash content shows just a blank space, so I tried Internet Explorer 11.212.10586.0 same thing happened.

    * When I go to test the flash, I get the following message:

Sorry flash player is either not installed or not active

Internet Explorer sorry flash player is either not installed or not enabled.PNG

As you can see, flash player is installed, it comes pre-installed with Windows 10.

(which I think is a bad move on the part of Microsoft, such as flash player is slowly being choked out with HTML5 as the new King of the interactive content world, it is also a bad move on adobes part, because they now try to push updates through windows updates, it scr@ws also we) , users, because now we cannot choose to install it, or even to fix! When TI gos wrong like today!)

I think that the problem started after the update of KB3154132, I tried to remove the update and then put it back, I got in touch with Microsoft technical support, which are like (something I'm not going to say) I'm an advanced user, or they, can not solve this problem!

    so I'm here,

The files needed for the flash content seem to be in the correct locations, I tried to delete Internet Explorer then put it back in place, Grr and ive tried what the help page adobe said... to activate ActiveX also works to ensure that the plugin is enabled, on which it is

the only other place I can think, who have not tried, is the appdata (data user) that could contain the fix for the problem

Just to add, this could be a registry problem, I found a few entries that are not the same, but I think that the entries have changed, because I installed flash player manually, under windows 8 under compatibility mode windows 10, I did that, because flash player no longer works, as I explained above,.

    should be changed to:

you will also need to make changes in the registry, in opening race and enterying regedit, and then press ENTER.

  • Flash Player WebCam Control on Surface Pro 4 running W10 - ZOOM IN TOO FAR?

Hi forum.  Using Surface Pro4 10 and good w/Windows version of Adobe Flash and installation, my front facing webcam grown way too much to be usable.  Never the case on the Surface Pro 3 or earlier.  Thoughts?

We were able to reproduce it and have a bug open about it.  I have no ETA at this moment, but I think it will be quite simple.

For IE and Edge, we are generally linked Microsoft patch Tuesday schedule, mi - Feb would be earlier that a fix would be the ship, although it is entirely dependent on whether or not a fix committed in time.

For something like 64 - bit Firefox Beta (which is a much better experience than the ordinary Firefox 32 bit on Win10), we have the distribution pipeline, so the difficulty could land in a weekly Flash Player beta by then.

Betas of flash player are available at http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta and 64 bit Firefox is available here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/beta/all/

In the meantime, you can probably work around it with an external webcam, but I know that's not ideal.

    Thank you!

  • Flash player crashes in all browsers

    Hello world

3 weeks ago, I bought a HP Pavilion laptop 2052sd g6. Since the first day I used it, I was not able to play videos on the internet (youtube, facebook, etc).

For example when I go to youtube and click on a video, it starts to load and then it stops just loading and freeze my browser and the operating system. It stays like that for about 5 minutes and then I get an error message saying that my flash drive crashed.

After that my browser and operating system start again work normally but I still cannot play videos because when I do everything freezes again.

I've updated all my drivers audio and video, and even re-installed my browser and flash player. I also tried to use different browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome) nothing I tried works. So hopefully someone here can help me out.

    I am currently using:

    HP Pavilion laptop 2052sd g6

    Windows 7 home premium 64-bit

    Firefox 15.0.1

    Flash player 11,4,402,278

AMD Radeon HD 7520 G video driver version: 8.941.1.0

Audio IDT High Definition audio driver version: 6.10.6381.0

Liana, try to go to a video (on youtube or something), to pause the video. Right click (on it) and goto "settings". Uncheck the hardware acceleration. I posted the 10.3.183.25 fix, but I have since downloaded Flash player beta 11.5.xx.xx.xxx and tried the thing right click that, and it worked. But before that, even this beta crashed, for the first time. 10.3.183.25 not all crash. So u can try to install that.

Download the stand-alone Flash Player does not require a browser? I have ver 11.5 r502 I d/l the last year (February 11, 2013); want a more recent version.

Cannot find a lot on the standalone viewer, except in the docs of Flash Builder, who says a .swf can specify to use. I can't find a download link.

    Thank you, Doug

You can download the standalone player (projector) since https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

Note that the download is the player, not an installer, you will need to manually .swf file association.

  • Since the upgrade to ver 11 flash player 11 disappears on reboot

Since upgrading to firefox 11 I need to reinstall adobe flash player 11 whenever it disappears when I reboot. But works fine otherwise.
Also after you download the download window stops responding. This happens all the time lately.

Solved the problem that I now moved to Google crome who seems to work correctly with flash. I have no more time to try to make Firefox 11 work. Thank you all anyway.

  • Adobe Flash Player for Mozilla (ver.30) will not download

Then Mozilla 'Check your Plugins for updates' determines that the shock wave Flash Player Flash must update and sending me to Adobe to get updates (14.0.0.125)... DOES not depend on what link I click on the is I have the option to install McAfee* (not * or GoogleChrome * + w (No * + is not *) *.) Then I have a 'install it now' button to click, which will ask you to save the file (stops as <install_flashplayer14x32ax_gtbd_chrd_dn_aaa_aih.exe> for downloading 'Google' options)... (stops as <install_flashplayer14x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe> for "McAfee" options dnld).

When I type "run", the Adobe Flash Player installer window opens... (a small window, only to see the progression, I guess) and just sits there, white... forever... doing nothing - until I have * ctrl + alt + delete , end the process (the only way to stop it*)... and when I checked, went to the "registered" file as well.

I WAS * to finally upgrade my Adobe PS (for Internet Explorer * only) with a link m_vargas was kind enough to send (after I posted in the wrong sector/debate), so I'm posting my Mozilla problem here (hoping that this is the right place to post the question).

I'm currently experimenting on another page, trying to find the page, the link, the name of the file that contains the options "McAfee"... (but in the end, he does exactly the same thing and will not be updated either). Of course, I'm not the only one who has this problem, but I do not see other messages concerning a problem of 'Mozilla' like that... maybe I'm in the wrong place.

... ok... the 'Google' link just of using IE Tab options or by using IE itself is to make to "http://get.adobe.com" "... while link/options"McAfee"comes to using Mozilla to join the"http://get.adobe.com"" " page."             BUT like I said... OR / link to the results page to get FP set to level.

AND *, make the "clean install" gave rise to ALL * of my saved Flash player versions get annihilated... GONE *... from my computer.

So I hope that someone knows m_vargas, or is as smart as they seem to be and don't know a "Good" link for the update of MOZILLA FP (either Flas * or ShockWave...) I finally read somewhere that they are the same... *).

    Thank you

    Use the installation offline programs:

  • I need to know what version of adobe flash player should I use with firefox 38.0.5 and Win XP.

I just installed graphics card GEFORCE 210 with a new Viewsonic 23 "screen using hdmi. I installed the latest VER of Flash Player (18) and dismissed the installation. Firefox apparently told me he wanted not later than Flash Player 10 or 11. I can not even find the free download for one or the other. Help!

    Brent Hawkins

My advice is to use the Extended Support Release - Flash Player 13.0.0.296 on WinXP - it appears about 3/4 of the way to the bottom of the page that linked philipp. This version receives security updates, but not the new features that are mainly for OS Vista, Win7 and Win8.

  • Firefox 6 does not recognize my latest Adobe flash player. It works with IE, so I think it's a problem only Firefox.

Woke up to find that my Firefox has been automatically updated to Ver 6 +.
The usual questions have emerged, with a few plugins not working do not. The annoying thing is Adobe flash player.
I downloaded the latest version of the Flash player and installed Ver 10, however non of my Web pages back on this. All Flash content I want to watch (from a Web page) tells me to install the latest version of the Flash player. Done so 3 times nothing helps? Any ideas?
NB: Works IE and flash worked fine on the same websites.

IE uses another version of Flash (ActiveX), that most other browsers use - the plug-in version, which is what needs Firefox.

    1. download the file of configuration Flash from here:

    Adobe Flash - Plugin version.

    Save it to your desktop.

    2. close Firefox using file > exit

Then check the Task Manager > processes tab to make sure that firefox.exe is closed.

    {XP: Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Vista: Shift + Ctrl + ESC process tab =}

    3. then run the Flash configuration from your desktop file.

    4. run Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

    • On Vista and Windows 7, you may need to run the installer of plugin as administrator by starting the installation program via the context menu if you do not get a UAC prompt for permission to continue (that is to say that nothing seems to be happening).

    See this:

    http://vistasupport.MVPs.org/run_as_administrator.htm

  • On my web site, the Adobe flash player, replaced by a white box "need to install adobe flash player and Java script" both installed. My fine web site using Internet Explorer and Chrome.

I've updated to Firefox ver 5.

    Gordon

    Hello Gordon,.
It seems that you have only installed Flash Player in Internet Explorer but not in Firefox. This is why the Adobe site now offers to allow you to download FlashPlayer * here * to install on Firefox, you should now do, you use the Firefox browser.
