  As long as you have purchased a cross-platform license, it should be as easy to install the version of Windows on the Windows machine and using the serial number, you must activate it.  In the past licensed PES was cross-platform default, so you might be lucky.

  Hello

  I bought the license for Photoshop Elements 9 via the website less than a year ago.  I now use a new machine, as my previous went to heaven Mac.  Please can you tell me the Photoshop elements 9.0 installer so that I can download and set up on my new machine?  I have no interest in the purchase of 10 items.  I barely used Elements 9, if I want to use some more to get my money!

  (BTW, I have backups of the old machine - data, but not the installer.)

  When I updated all of my applications to 2015 CC, I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects. All my other apps are not affected.   In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

  Sorry to disappoint you but Photoshop is no longer available to purchase outright, to instead rent you it for as long as you need. Research on the good side, if you were able to buy Photoshop it would cost $1000 as was the retail price of the latest version to be sold directly to customers. You can get Photoshop for $10 per month now, which is certainly better than paying $1000 for it?
