See http://kb.mozillazine.org/index.php?title=UserChrome.css in my case is the new required folder & new file are in ~/.mozilla/firefox/randomalphanumeric.default/ you have to create the directory 'chrome' and in the 'userChrome.css' with this text file:

    I don't know how long it has been happening, but my adobe flash, and any flash programs will crash on right click.  I've tried it with Add-Ons disabled and enabled, and am still having the same problem.  I've tried uninstalling Flash and I've reset Firefox.  I've attempted to turn off protected mode and disable hardware accelleration through the mms.cfg found in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash and I still cannot.  Any help would be great in trying to identify why this is happening.
