  Hello. I'm new to Labview. I'm experimenting with labview and create just simple VI to learn more about the software. I placed a control of the ring and attached an indicator to this control of the ring. I found that the object of a control ring to select an element and an output value. For example, I placed 3 items in the properties of the ring (red, blue, yellow) and given the value of these items 1,2,3. But when I run the VI and select blue, I was expecting the indicator attached to the control to read 2, but on the contrary, he says 'Blue' (even for other items).   Your meter is another ring that has the same pair name / value, so it's going to see the name associated with the value.  Remove the ring indicator and just drag in an ordinary digital indicator.  Then, it will show you the value.

  Hi, I have the same problem as TSULLY 1981. Move from CS to CS6 on a Mac and can create an empty box with the text tool, but that's it. Any ideas?

  Unger027. Could you share with us the size of the image in pixels? You can see if you go to the menu located at the bottom of your picture, and if you click on the triangle, the size of the document, rather than the size of the document:

  

  As Sandee Cohen has suggested, too big or too small an image could make the invisible text on your image.

  Check the settings of the text tool in the character Panel (window > character), or reset the text tool by right-clicking on its icon in the options bar:

• selection of the ring-control do not work. Cannot select any other item as the first item.

  I have some problems with a control ring in a panel of the CVI. the ring comprises several elements. No matter what I choose, the result will always be the first item. I can't select something else than the first (Recent not necessarily the default item).

  When I redraws the Panel, it works for the next few days. but somday in built version (production-application) the selection of ring control no longer works. When I start the uir-file in the labwindows cvi gui editor, I can understand the problem. Even in mode 'exploit' I can't select other elements than the first.

  When I convert the ring article in another ring (F11 key), and then convert back into the original it works again (1-2 days).

  When the problem appears, the contents of the file is always the same!

  I also redraw the Panel in different versions of labwindows cvi (2010/2012/2013), still the same problem.

  another ring-control on different panels (many more controls) never come whith this effect.

  all the guys there whith the same problem?

  Hi Lukas.

  If you think the UI to be corrupted file, you can

  -Save in a version different (e.g. 2013 instead of 2010) and see if that makes a difference

  -Save it as a text TUI file and re - import (Options / Save in Text Format)

  I make a business card CD on Auto Play Studio 8. I have completed the project and burned the cd to test on different computers. When I clicked on the 'Video game' button, I get this warning. "This file has no program associated with it for performing this action.   Before playing the files on the CD, make sure you cross check if you have the right program installed on the computer. If you have not installed the right program, then we recommend you to install the program that supports the file type and use them to read the files on the CD.
   
  You can also change the default program to read this file. The program opens the file only if the file format is supported by the latter.

  Well, then it is a problem of configuration of SQL Developer - maybe just restart it? Nothing of such a 'reboot' ;)

  Page 3 in the link above, I understand that when you use the context menu to create a control to data from a POJO, JDeveloper will create a metadata XML file to describe the control. In my case, there is no XML even if control data appears in the data controls panel. Does anyone know if there are circumstances in which JDeveloper will not create the XML? Is there something I need to do to enable this feature?

  Yes, you are on the right track. Unfortunately, this part of the API is much finer grain than is really desirable, it takes a bit of work to evaluate the expression of visibility. Basically the code in order to evaluate the visibility attribute looks like:

  There is also a known issue that assess the visibility of the list of options for the controls on a screen entity collect will cause an exception. 10.2 this issue has been addressed and the API has been simplified to ListOption.isVisible ().

  It's very simple, when you are in the application that has your view layer, have to drop-> open and locate the jpr for your EJB project file.
  This will open the project and add it to your application.
  Then you can go in for your project to view preferences and under dependencies set up a relationship between the projects.
