RMA receipt status

On 21 March, I launched an RMA for a Dell Precision 6800 I bought on the outlet site. I got the machine backwards through the UPS return label that the representative has provided me. The package tracking shows delivered from March 28, but I received no email receipt of Dell, grateful that the machine was in their possession.

I am aware that a return of credit can take 20 additional business days after receipt, but I would like to know if the machine has been received and the process has started. I can provide all the necessary information.

Demand for original media that has been opened for the RAM always shows the status 'pending receipt' which is what worries me.

    The LWA is used only for internal goods traffic so that it is used in fields as FCL, if you remove the element of load balancer and point it to the web server (OHS), then it should show if it is related to the load balancing, I saw this error with the planning and LCM when there were questions type load balancer.

  • RMA calendar

    SanDisk has received my m250 in mid November 2008. It is now January 2009. There is no other activity at the request of support after the acknowledgement of receipt except my asking what the current situation is "update".

    How newspapers should I intend to wait for an RMA?

    Everyone will see the entry "Update your answer", I added? Or do I close the ticket and start over with a new?

    Although the typical delays could have been ten days for my Exchange m250, a data entry or computer error caused a problem.

    Even if a correct return address was shown on my pre-paid ticket of RMA, and my correct address has been verified in the text of the support ticket online, the m250 return was shipped to a different address.

    The RAM was status 'received' (showing that SanDisk had received the m250 guarantee that I sent) for about five weeks before that I had an update. Six weeks is not abnormal for other companies. The ticket was never changed to "shipped replacement" or "on the road". Once I posted an update and phoned, an agent told that we had given a wrong address and the item had been returned to SanDisk. It was only after I started track of the ups that I discovered the SanDisk ups had delivered to the wrong address, a different address that is listed anywhere in the support ticket.

    As is often the case, the number one difficulty here is that the personal support does not seem to read the history of the support ticket. It seems that the support staff can only have access to the most recent message in the client. I was often restating information previously given or having to start over at the beginning of the process. In addition, the tone and the text of the support agent was accusatory and placed the blame on me. It was stated that exceptional will be in my RMA to reship the m250.

    The conduct of the support agent seems particularly harsh when he or she says with certainty that the item was shipped to an address which I am absolutely certain that it was not. There has never been a recognition of the error of SanDisk.

    The good news is that after all this, I got a replacement m250 and it seems to work perfectly. It certainly does not show the glitch posted guaranteed unit.

    I created an RMA number using back to credit with receipt Workflow and after having received the amount in stock. The status of line become awaiting invoice Interface - incomplete data. I have read some material and he tells me that it is due to the Source of the invoice field in finance, tab Type of Transaction is not entered but my installation has this area.     Just to clarify the above,

    (1) the Super user management responsibility order

    Navigation: Setup-> Types of Transaction-> define

    Click on the Finance tab, check if you have assigned a customer accounts

    type of transaction (this is also called the type of transaction (invoice))

    Please select a transaction type of customer accounts and keep.

    (2) claims responsibility

    Navigation: Setup-> transactions-> transaction types

    Questioning the "type of Transaction (invoice)" assigned to the step 1

    Check "Crédit mémo Type" is defined for this type of Transaction (invoice).

    If this isn't the case, you must define the type of credit for return lines and repeat step 1.

    I see that you are wanting to save a copy of the fax on the computer and send faxes to the computer. I'd love to help you.

    You can send a fax from the HP software. Please, try the following steps:

    Click Start, click principally made programs, and then click HP.
    Click on the name of the product, and then click HP Send Fax. The fax software opens.
    Enter the fax number for one or more recipients.
    Click Send now.

    You should have access to the Toolbox, if you have installed the complete software of the Solution. The Toolbox of device HP for Windows is to check the condition of the product or to view or change the settings of your computer product. This tool opens the HP embedded Web server for the product. But it doesn't have the features of fax and the view from the Software Toolbox with this model.

    To open and view the HP Toolbox:

    Click the Start button and then click on the item in programs.
    Click on your category of products HP, and then click on the element of the device HP Toolbox.

    There are other software that you can download to fax to PC. Just do a search on the web and the search for Fax from my PC.

    The help of the State declaring get:"last notification is the most recent Act notification to the declarant. If no notification is available, the function returns a value of zero for the data type of element that you wired in function get declaring . »

    I use Windows Vista Ultima Winfows Fax & Scan.

    I need to get a confirmation of fax receipt when I send faxes. Windows Fax Scan & has a "receipt of e-mail" option, but when I select it, I can't send faxes. I get an error message indicating that I have to deselect this option. I have reviewed all the menus and options, but impossible to find other options for confirmation by fax. I can't even include a "status" column in the "sent" box which would take account of the 'success' if the fax went through. I was able to add a "Status" column in the regular Inbox.

    Can someone tell me how to change the setting so that I get a confirmation when my fax is received?
